I've been roleplaying since I was 11 years old. Back then I wrote stories in notebooks with a friend, we passed them back and forth in and out of school whenever possible. My first online RP experience was when I was 13. To this day, I still chat with the guy who introduced me to the site, he's my best friend.
Both my interests and preferences widely vary, from original ideas and characters to fandoms and canon, in all sorts of genres. Please message me if you're curious and I'm happy to answer. I prefer to stick to PM and/or Discord (preferred) for roleplays, for several reasons that I'm glad to share!

Feeling slightly nauseated by the smell of the gore, I swallow hard and enter the mess hall, headed for the kitchen. As much as I don't want to, my eyes are trained on the floor to avoid stepping in the blood, even if it's dry. If I'm going to be in here, I better double check for food, water, anything...was my thought.
As I tried to open the door, it felt as if something was propped against it. Only after shoving my entire weight against it was I able to open it, the sound of something heavy smacking the floor. Going inside, I found that the object was, in fact, a body that had sagged against the door. There was a gun lying on the floor nearby, almost as if the (now unrecognizable) person had committed suicide and bled out on the floor. What the heck is going on here? I asked myself.

We'll be settling in Northern Virginia. Not toooo far from DC. C:
Ahmergerd...LoneSilverWolf is stationed in northern VA, I'm moving out there too this year with him. Would be interesting to meet. :)
There certainly is not enough snow, or mountains. I recommend combining the two for superior results.

I know how you feel. I've got a terrible cold and an awfully sore throat, but unfortunately I don't get sick days. :/ That's what happens when you have a set schedule and the other person whines whenever things don't go their way.
I'm trying to distract myself from the fact that "Spiderman" was misspelled. "Sperman" just sounds dirty if your mind is in the gutter. I apologize for pointing this out.
