Jezebel gave the other girl a small wave. "I'm Jezebel." She said, lowering her eyes back to the ground.
"So tell me, Jabe, what's a tree like you doing in a place like this?" The Doctor asked Jabe kindly. "Respect for the Earth." This made The Doctor scoff. "Oh, come on. Everyone on this platform's worth zillions." "Well, perhaps it's a case of having to be seen at the right occasions." Jabe said smoothly. "In case your share prices drop? I know you lot. You've got massive forests everywhere, roots everywhere, and there's always money in land." The Doctor explained. "All the same, we respect the Earth as family. So many species evolved from that planet. Mankind is only one. I'm another. My ancestors were transplanted from the planet down below, and I'm a direct descendant of the tropical rainforest." She explained.

The Doctor noticed something. "Excuse me." She then scans a door panel marked 'Welcome to Platform One. Guide of Platform One Do You Need Assistance with her sonic screwdriver. A keypad labelled Maintenance log in, then Access denied. She cursed under her breath. Jabe took that as a sign to continue. "And what about your ancestry, Doctor? Perhaps you could tell a story or two. Perhaps a woman only enjoys trouble when there's nothing else left. I scanned you earlier. The metal machine had trouble identifying your species. It refused to admit your existence. And even when it named you, I wouldn't believe it. But it was right. I know where you're from. Forgive me for intruding, but it's remarkable that you even exist. I just wanted to say how sorry I am."

He puts her hand on her arm, and the Doctor puts her hand over his. A tear then drops from her eye. And at that moment, she gets the door open. She quickly wiped the tear away. Before they entered the room.
(.....*sigh*)
The Doctor raised an eyebrow at the voice in her head. It was weird having someone in her head. A strange feeling. Having not felt it in so long. Well, I would question what you mean but, I have a feeling I'm not suppose to know. Not yet at least. She would leave it be.....for now. She then turned to Jabe who offered her his arm. "I'm all yours." She said when she looped her arm with his. They both then walked out of the room, towards the engine room.
"Pleasure to meet you, Sam. I'm Jezebel. And yeah, I'm looking to join." Jezebel said, relaxing a bit from being able to put a name to the face of this stranger. And knowing his intentions.
(Stupid double post.)
The Doctor was in her own world. Speaking to herself. A flurry of words. "That wasn't a gravity pocket. I know gravity pockets and they don't feel like that." She then noticed Jabe wander over to them. "What do you think, Jabe? Listened to the engines. They've pitched up about thirty Hertz. That dodgy or what?" Jabe shrugged. "It's the sound of metal. It doesn't make any sense to me." He said. "Where's the engine room?" She asked him curiously. "I don't know, but the maintenance duct is just behind our guest suite, I could show you and your husband." The Doctor chuckled. "He's not my husband."

But, Jabe wasn't discouraged. "Partner?" "No." "Concubine?" "Nope." "Prostitute?" He finally asked.

As soon as Jezebel stepped out of her taxi, she knew this would be sucky. As soon as she stepped a foot out of the taxi, she saw so many glares at her or looks of awe at her. She had black hair, red eyes and very pale skin. She could've been a ghost for all they knew. But, she wasn't. The taxi driver was actually nice. He didn't question her, just was a gentleman. So, when she paid for the ride she threw in a $100 tip. Did she overpay? Yup. Did she care? Nope.

So, she then began the long trek to the Titan Tower, she could see it from afar. She had her backpack on and her hands in her pockets. She didn't need to have any suitcases or anything. She just drew all her clothes. Saved money and time. She then noticed the large amount of water separating her from the tower. So, she took off her bookbag and looked through it until she fount a picture she drew of her with wings. It glowed as she blew purple air on it. Then, she felt wind behind her as she magically grew wings. She carried her backpack in her hands.

She felt a bit tired but, it was nothing really. So, she then proceeded to fly to the tower. She landed gently before she took the picture back out of her backpack and she ripped it in half. Her wings disappearing. She then walked into the tower cautiously. She looked around in awe. This place was amazing. That was when she noticed a guy sitting on the couch. She felt herself become shy. A reflex. "Um, hi." She said to the guy with a small wave.
The Doctor chuckled. "Yup, took it in school. Great class." She watched him talk on the phone but didn't listen in on his conversation, seemed rude. Then, when he hung up, the ship started shaking. "That's not suppose to happen." She remarked with a slight worried look in her eyes. She then heads to the door, fully prepared to walk back into the main room and hopefully get some answers. And without looking at Dexter she called to him. "Come on Dexter." She said before leaving the room.
The Doctor tilted her head with a smug grin when he said 'always'. He trusted her, she liked that. "Tell you what." She started as she began taking the phone apart. "With a little bit of jiggery pokery." She said absentmindly as she took out her sonic, changing it to the right setting and then used it on the phone. Before putting it back together and handing it to him. "There ya go. Call someone." She said to him, leaning against the glass and crossing her arms.
