Liam Matthews

Location: the Church
Interacting With: Aloise Zamora @Morose

Glancing over to Aloise as she quite literally facepalmed, Liam established it would perhaps be best to let the expert speak for them, falling into relative silence as he glanced between the woman to his side and the other pair they spoke to. As Aloise introduced him for what he was, Liam simply gave something of an awkward wave, still having a little difficulty fitting into the whole 'prophet' role - it would take him a while, but he would get it in time, if he survived the day, that was.

Turning his gaze back toward Amy as she spoke up again, he couldn't help but find something comical about it all, Satan bringing wine and hot dogs in order to convince the woman to let him in, though in a way it was somewhat comforting to see how relaxed Amy seemed about all this. Well, perhaps relaxed was the wrong word, but there was something about her attitude which almost put Liam at a degree of ease, as she seemed to almost be shrugging off the whole 'hunted-by-the-devil' thing.

Darren Andrews

Location: Altsoba County Prison
Interacting With: Jade Cornish @Morose

"Real bullets, and a safety, in case you'd want to ask questions first this time." Darren smirked back over at her idly, resting his shotgun over his shoulder as he moved toward the prison with her, pausing as he heard the shrill scream which came out. Pausing, he shook his head with an irritated groan, glancing back at her. "I need to start getting paid for this shit." He commented, chuckling softly at her comment as he moved along.

Staying close to her as she led him through the prison, his gaze shifted around, carefully looking for anyone, or anything which might have been following or watching them as they followed the trail of blood to the pile of bodies. Groaning as he looked over it, he shook his head. "You know, sometimes I hate being rig-" He was cut off again by the second scream, pumping his shotgun suddenly out of instinct as he turned around, glancing around, on edge now from how close it was, this was all just a colossal pain in his ass so far.

Javier Crypt

Location: Crypt Manor
Interacting With: Belladonna Crypt, @Lady Amalthea Mercurial Crypt @Morose

Sighing almost solemnly as his dearest spoke, Javier shook his head. "All the birds have to leave their nest, my darling, think of it as more time to each other..." He commented with a wink, as if the two of them didn't spend enough intimate time together already. But Javier couldn't help but feel the slightest bit of anguish at the thought of their daughter leaving home, after taking such care of her over the years, from her brief stint in sports using his head as a soccer ball to her first murders and tortures, it had been a marvelous and horrifying ride, just as he had loved it.

As Belladonna spoke again, Javier smiled happily, gaze turning over to her as he nodded. "Ah yes, it never is a good day without some marvelous mayhem..." He grinned happily, eyes settling upon the two undead shambling toward them. Grinning at the sight, Javier idly twirled his blade in his hand as they moved closer, watching as the two creatures lunged for them and tripped over one another. "Ah, the poor critters." He chuckled as he relatively casually approached, moving to give one of the undead a firm stab through the back of the head before they could get back up.
@Lady Amalthea

Whoops, forgot to make it last night :P done now.

@The Elvenqueen: Stehrr manages to score a few lucky shots on the stormtroopers. As he takes careful aim, one of his charged shots slams square into the chestplate of a stormtrooper, the sheer force of the blast sending him flying back past the Imperial group, his body hitting the shuttle behind them and dropping to the ground in a heap. Another trooper would take a blast to the head as he dashed toward cover, sliding as his momentum carried him into a heap by the crate he charged toward. The last stormtrooper would be lucky though, avoiding the incoming fire as he fired back at the wookiee, narrowly missing.

@Morose: Jaina manages to disarm Kyatrah with relative ease, slamming her E-11 down into the dirt as the stormtrooper captain would stagger backward in response to the blow, having not expected it. Jaina's shots toward the Rebels go wide, slamming against the walls and crates, while her other shots slam into the falling corpses of the stormtroopers. As she takes more careful aim at the Chiss, he held up a hand as if to stop her, but the blasts were already on their way, two hit his chest, and a final to the head sent him falling back, dead in the sand.

@Lady Amalthea@Morose: Kayala manages to succeed where the Imperials were so desperately failing. As Kayala sprung out of cover, her whip would fly smoothly through the air, wrapping around Jaina's arms and torso almost like a lasso before the sparks ran through it, sending a shock through Jaina's body with an even stronger force than an average stun bolt.

Luke & Kordath

Location: Ancorhead Spaceport

Kordath groaned as he lay there, letting the medic get to work on dealing with his wound as he shook his head. "Believe me, my good man, if I had any remote idea what on earth has gotten into her, I would tell you." He said, letting his gaze turn over to the rest of his party as the stormtroopers and the Chiss officer would meet their demise to the Rebels accurate shots, things had rapidly fallen apart here, and it certainly hadn't helped that Jaina had suddenly decided to attack both sides for the pure fun of it. Luckily she seemed to be put down soon enough, Kordath watching as the shock whip curled around her and activated. He didn't much care who had done it, as long as she was out. The mention of the Commodore certainly didn't help things, Kordath was, to say the least, getting rather stressed as he lay there, his wounds tended to relatively well under Morgbra's skilled care.

"You know how everyone has their 'crazy ex'?" Luke explained rather plainly toward Sutton, shrugging his shoulders in an almost embarrassed manner as he peered around the crate he was behind, The Imperials truly seemed to be falling apart, not that it helped that Jaina had suddenly turned against them, which Luke assumed was perhaps due to his own presence. But also in no small part due to the efforts of their wookiee tearing through the stormtroopers. Luke did let out a momentary sigh of relief as he saw Kayala's shock whip wrap around Jaina, putting her out for the count as the last stormtrooper remained firmly in cover, seeming to contemplate what action to take next against the rebel onslaught.
Jackson Tanner

Location: Anisa's Bunk

There were few people who could even mention Jackson's deceased wife and get through the act unscathed. The last time one of the crew had done so, Jackson had hit him so hard he'd almost broken his jaw. Gideon was still apologizing for it from time to time, so as to avoid another hit quite like that one. Anisa was perhaps the only person really Jackson would listen to when she was brought up, it was more than a touchy subject, it was a painful one, one Jackson never wanted to speak of, one he wanted to keep to himself, down in his heart where it could be his and his alone.

Sighing, Jackson took a seat, reaching up to idly scratch at his stubble as he stared off into nothing, listening to her words and letting them flow through his thoughts. "She would've wanted us to win the war." He commented idly, more to himself than anything as he turned his gaze over to Anisa, sighing quietly. Jackson had, more or less been a mess since the death of his wife, while he'd made an effort, he'd never been able to quite get over the event, and he certainly hadn't been able to properly put the thoughts of his wife to rest.

Gregory Quinn

Location: Captain's Office

Gregory sat in silence, staring idly at the screen, he didn't know what to expect, in reality he didn't expect anything but the beeping of the console as it tried to call Camilla's private channel. The thoughts continued to run through his brain, this was a terrible idea after all, it was immensely unorthodox and against protocol for him to be doing this, to be calling not only the woman who was technically a target of his current mission, but who realistically, regardless of what prior relations they had, should have been his enemy. Reaching up, he moved to halt the call but seconds before he could it opened, presenting the image of her.

In mere seconds, the years of pain, of anger, the stoic and hardened Alliance officer on Gregory's face melted away, his mouth opened a little, and he stared wide-eyed, as if he was seeing her for the first time all over again. It had been too long since he had seen her, really her, rather than a photo, and it placed him into a stunned silence, even as her gaze met his own and she spoke. For a few moments longer, he remained in silence, trying to bring up enough of a backbone to say something. "C...Camilla, I..." He stammered, having not even considered to think about what he could say, eyes focused on her own, on that light, gone from it as he sat there, a feeling of guilt running through him.

Worry not, post coming now ^^

Whoops, missed that, i'll make a little addendum to my post after i've finished my post in AM
Harry Walsh

Location: The Grand Continental Hotel

Turning his gaze toward the journalist as he gave Reginald's hand a firm shake, he couldn't help but find himself momentarily perplexed at his mention of the hun, but he shook it off as his gaze turned back to the Lord Major. While he'd tossed off the title a while ago, after the war, Harry couldn't help but find something refreshing about hearing the rank before his name once more, or in just being around another of his ilk. Harry had avoided visiting the garrison when he could, or attending reunions or any other such event, but perhaps now it wouldn't be so bad to do so, if being around the Lord Major was so relaxing.

Hearing Aziza's comment over his shoulder, he glanced over, unable to help but let out something of an awkward chuckle as he slipped back to her side, warmed further by her comments as the pains and concerns he'd had earlier faded to the back of his mind. The warm company was certainly allowing Harry's curiosity to be piqued as well, while before he'd simply wanted to get to the bottom of the symbols and move on, not he was curious to see or be involved in whatever expedition was planned.

As these thoughts crossed his mind however, his gaze shifted to Aziza, he had come here as her escort, and considering the more recent events, he certainly felt he couldn't abandon her for this journey if she as well would not be coming along. He remained silent, but resolved that his decision would be the same as hers, regardless of what it may have been. Glancing about the room, excitement certainly seemed to be the flavour of the room, among most however, aside from perhaps the two most qualified, Lady Munn, and most certainly Mr. Drake seemed far from excited about the regard, more exasperated or even grim.

William Drake

Location: Egyptian Museum

It wasn't often that William openly agreed with Vera, particularly when it came on the way to conduct an expedition. However, the preparation that she preferred was not entirely indifferent to his own preference, although, he usually only needed to secure such provisions for himself. No, what was mostly different was of course the intent, Drake took far less concern with securing and preserving the ruins or artifacts, and more with ensuring he got the most money possible out of the trip, although, a grim feeling was telling him he wasn't going to get much cash out of this.

While the vast majority, especially Miss Clark, seemed fantastically enthused about the journey, Drake was less-so. The mysterious notion which would be bringing them there, along with the danger of bringing many, perhaps 'unfit' people along with them, could have resulted in disaster, both in terms of injury, and in terms of having any reward which was rightfully his (at least in his mind) stolen out from under him. Alas, this was what he feared greatest about the journey, Drake preferred to make such expeditions alone, after all, his haul was safe then from the non-profit clutches of a museum.
Lucas Walsh

Location: Safe House

Lucas couldn't help but chuckle at Risa's eagerness, despite his immense concern over her condition, he was still pleased to see her eager to get out there again. It filled him with a kind of confidence which, at least for a moment, overrode his concern, made him think she was really going to be okay, that things were back to normal. Of course, this way just to distract him, things weren't the same, things wouldn't be the same for a very long time, if ever, they were being hunted by the organisation they had worked for not long ago, and he had been asked by that same organisation to take the life of the woman he loved, and neither of them knew why. He sighed at the thought, reaching out to wrap his arms around her as she approached.

Yet again however, she knew just what to say that made his lips split into a wide smile, a laugh coming from Lucas as he turned his head to kiss her cheek. "Sure we can't focus a bit on the 'inside' part first?" He chuckled himself as he slowly let her slip from his grip, going back to his weapons, ensuring they were prepped and loaded as he moved to secure the other, far more concealable and low-key parts of his gear. Not knowing what to expect, he ensured he was equipped with everything, everything inconspicuous at least, he wasn't about to walk out onto the street in a full suit of body armour with an M60, that was a little overkill.
Alrighty, finally posted with updates, I included who got shot within my post, but I may separate it out into an easier to read format from here on as there's more actions being taken by both sides. I should also be posting far more frequently now that i'm finally free of exams as well, so thanks again to you guys for the patience. ^^
Luke Teth

Location: Ancorhead Spaceport

Luke let in a sharp breath as he saw the Imperials down the hall start making their way toward him, nodding toward the Senator as Kayala made her suggestion, watching as the woman started to make her way to a more concealed and safer position while Luke cleared his throat and turned back toward the Imperials. For a moment or two he took on his usual facade, planning as always to talk his way out of this all, but that fell apart rather quickly as his eyes set upon one of the particular members of the Imperial entourage. Jaina had clearly recognized him already, the look on her face was rather clear in that regard. "Oh Kriff."

Stehrr seemed to have reacted a bit aggressively, grabbing his bowcaster as a few of the stormtroopers at the end of the hall rapidly moved to respond, seemed talking was not going to be an option here now. A pair of the stormtroopers brought their weapons up quickly, and unfortunately for Stehrr, the big wookiee made for an easy target as he took a pair of blaster bolts during his attempt to shield Luke and Sutton, one to the shoulder and another to the gut. It was lucky for him that he had a thick hide, they had burnt through the skin and would've hurt like hell, but they weren't fatal by any means. The third popped a shot toward Kayala, narrowly missing the woman as the shots flew over her shoulder, sparking on the wall further down the hall.

The shots kicked Luke into action, his hand wrapped tightly around his blaster as he brought it up, aiming toward one of the stormtroopers and managing to hit the trooper in his chest, leaving a smoking hole as he collapsed to the floor, dead, around the same point that Kordath hit the ground, holding his wound. The Chiss officer among the Imperials took his chance then, taking a knee as he took more careful aim toward Jaina, lucky for her, the commotion had meant he had little time to line up a proper shot, and he ended up shooting one of the crates between them and their Imperial foes. As he ducked back into cover and peered out toward their enemies, Luke quickly spoke up. "Don't shoot the girl who shot their officer, just stun her if you have to!"

Kordath Targon

Location: Ancorhead Spaceport

Kordath had certainly not expected to be shot, and certainly not by Jaina out of anyone. As the searing feeling of pain had hit him, it took a moment for it to actually override the shock and set in as he let out more of a pained groan than a scream or anything, falling back as his hand reached up to rest over the wound. He simply seemed confused, shocked almost at the turn of events which had suddenly unfolded. His eyes went up to Jaina, watching her curiously as he grit his teeth through the immense pain he was feeling. He saw the stormtrooper behind her take a blaster shot then, seemed that things were certainly hitting the fan.

As Morgbra came over, he groaned and moved his hand to let him do his work, clenching his fists and not worrying about combat at that exact moment while he was treated. The wound was bad, Kordath had reasonable armour but the shot had essentially been point blank and had gone through most of it, leaving a hell of a burn as well as some broken and bleeding skin around the wound. However, it didn't seem fatal, under Morgbra's care he had a fair chance.

Kyatrah meanwhile decided to take her chance with the suddenly more-insane-than-usual Jaina, moving closer as she brought her blaster up, this one actually set to stun as she fired at a distance almost identical to the distance from which Jaina had shot Kordath... And she missed. I guess it really was true what they said about a stormtroopers aim.
