CloudHaven West District Outskirts -Dawn
Isaac's eyes began to open, staring at the sky. It was quiet, except for the faint chatter and commotion coming from the district, and a breeze that whistled soft tunes in his ear. He didn't mind the tickle of the grass as he lay down, the breeze, or the chatter. What disturbed him the most was how real everything felt. He wanted home. That's what was real, that's where his family was. His support; his safehaven. A place in which he can have good times and get a kiss on the forehead from his mum and and get annoyed at his brothers. It had felt all guaranteed at the time, and damn did he want to have it back. He grabbed a fistful of grass, ripping it and watching it drop to the ground before dissolving into particles. His hand remained in the air, looking at it, then to his arm, then awkwardly looking down at his chest and his feet which seemed so much farther away; no, were farther away from him than in the real world. He didn't know how tall he was, but he was definitely taller, and stronger. One of the few pluses of this prison that was for sure. He sighed, and brought up his menu, looking at his class name. Hope Keeper. Answering all those questions, to think that he was excited at the time of answering those questions. It sickened him. He took a deep, calming breath. He tapped on the "Abilities" tab, and gave it a read through again. Yup, he was a support. A groan emerged from his throat.
Isaac slowly stood up, brushing the grass off himself as he continued looking at his abilities menu. There was nothing he could do, or think of to change his class. He knew he was a positive person and a team, but the idea of relying on someone else to deal the damage, scared him. It honestly did. He took a big breath. The only way he knew was going to survive is finding someone or some people to be with. He closes the menu, looking at Cloudhaven. Seeing players talking, bartering in the distance.
Cloudhaven's Market District- Midday
If he were in the normal world, Isaac's feet would probably get sore. He remembered being dragged into malls and events and they would always ache after half an hour to an hour. Though not with this body. It was odd, being able to carry such armor on him easily. Though he wasn't complaining. Isaac's eyes land on a bakery shop, and he smiles faintly. Food. Almost as in response, his stomach began to growl and he headed over to it. He bought 3 loaves of bread, and began munching on one as he continued to walk deeper into the district. It was odd how homely it felt for a place he's barely been in before. Maybe it was the fact that everyone was scared, and trying to make the best of it. His gaze went to a man in some sort of pirate getup. Singing beautifully about their shitty situation. The cat ears is what really got his attention. He guessed avatars must really range in differences in a game like this.
Isaac continued walking around, looking at people, and other shops. He bought some potions, and an armorsmith's shop caught his attention. Mainly the large shield that was beside him. Isaac strolled up to the NPC, asking how much it was, and damn, was it pricey for his taste. He knew that if he were to get the attention of other players, he would need to commit to being one of the best supports there were, and by that, it is by making such moves. He bought the shield, It was large, but it felt completely natural to him. He smiled lightly, feeling that he made a good choice. Even though he only had about 50 gold left though. His gaze went to the other players that were around him. Now he had to find someone, or some people, to support. He began his search, ready to see what the world has to offer.
