Okay so before I even post the plot and such, I just want to say Im new here so I'm not really sure how the forums or community functions just yet, but I'm not new to roleplaying in general so I figure I'll get the hang of it :)

You are being contacted because Hindether Academy has taken note of you exceptional abilities. You are classified as guardian material. Your job shall be to protect the daughters and sons of the elements, as well as learn more about your powers and to enhance them. You will be among other students whom jobs are not as important. You will be picked up within the week, parents notified, to come to the academy. When you graduate you will continue protecting the elemental children, as they are vital in any society. You will be assigned to your element upon your third week at the academy. Do not take this letter lightly. You were chosen for a reason, not many are, for your exceptional skills and strength.

The cryptic letter appeared within your mailbox nearly a month ago. Now, three weeks into your year at the academy, you are assigned to your element as promised. You will meet them tonight, as your dorm changes into a large house. You will be roomed with other guardians and children of the elements. Some are delighted and others, not so much. Yet lately you have heard talk of the academy being corrupt. You have seen some proof yourself. Talk of escaping is just beyond the horizon.
People whisper amongst themselves, some so loud it as if they are tantalysing the academy itself. The professors stalk about the campus with their heads bowed and in class their eyes appear half hidden. Professor Evans is scarcely seen, along with the other head professors. A dark, bitter taste has stained the air and you are only getting a whiff of it. Behind closed doors lies secrets better left in the dark. Yet, perhaps its time that light is finally shed upon the ordeal. But with guards stationed at every corridor and exit, and eyes on the back of your neck, it makes it all the more difficult. It may be fight or flight time and odds are , flight may win out. The academy claims to have taken the children of the elements under their wings to protect them. Yet others say it is for self gain. If they have the sons and daughters of the elements, what is there that they cannot control? The Academy has now been nicknamed The Society and are believe to be training their students for brutality against something. Against what? Well, that just may be the golden question.
Elemental children: The title pretty much sums it up. They are sons and daughters of the elements that have basically the same powers as their parents, yet they are weaker than the actual elements due to their mixture of human blood. The elements have taken form in a human body and are immortal and have chosen to take a human wife or husband, resulting in children. Their children still have much to learn and use the academy as a chance to enhance their abilities for many of them cannot fathom the entirety of their abilities. Their guardian is there to protect them and, really, to lie down their life for an elemental. Classes are set up so that the guardian never leaves his or hers elemental.
The elemental children's parents, the elements, reside within a village named Elemental Lane. Here is where they converse, become friends, and live in harmony. The village is said to be within the clouds and only accesable to an elemental and their true friends.
Guardians: These six have been chosen from hundreds of mutants because of their expertise in weaponry, cunning intelligence, or brutal strength. They have stood out from the rest and because of that must protect an elemental child with their life. Some may hate their elemental, others love in a sisterly or brotherly way. If danger were to come about their job is to get the guardian to safety and cut down everyone in their path. It Is considered shameful if they fail in protecting them.[/size]>/list]
