I did put as much in my original power description: that it would develop to the point where his body would catch up with his mind. And that he would inevitably burn himself out from overusing it. That got approved. I'm not adding anything new, I'm just explaining how that works.

If you don't like it, then I'll amend it if you've got a better way of explaining how he can move at super-speed without turning to mush. While being balanced of course :)

No I don't. The adjustment of Mark's perception of time somehow provides super-speed and invulnerability? The power, as I am aware of it, is to slow down his perception of time while maintaining the speed of his usual thought process, yes? I don't see how that makes him invulnerable or grants his body super speed. The power relates to his perception and his brain procession, not other unrelated superhuman feats.

That is the development of his power: having control over your perception of time is the first stage. The second stage grants him the durability needed to actually move when time slows down, but only for very short bursts, and it would hurt like hell on earth and be very tiring. Stage three would make small uses off it completely painless, with bigger uses being able to be used for longer, but it would still hurt like hell on earth and be very tiring. Stage four would make extended use of very high speed not incredibly tiring at all, but still overdoing it would hurt like hell on earth. At stage five, he would turn to ash from inevitable overuse.
Shush. You know what I'm trying to say.

He would need superhuman body-control, and a durability to pull that off.

His current power lets him slow down his perception of time. His developed power is effectively scaling durability, which inadvertently gives him superspeed. The body control isn't an issue, as if he can slow things down, he can do things as precisely as he pleases.

Anyway lets explain what I'm saying. Before his power develops, if he tries to move his body while his perception of time is at double speed, he will find that it causes quite a strain on his muscles. If he tries to move his body while his perception of time is around 1000x faster, he will find that he can't without turning his muscles to mush. Of course, this doesn't happen because if he tries, his brain dampens how much he can stress them, and if he actively tries to anyway, he'll get incredibly sharp pains. After his power develops, he will find that when he tries to, his body can fill with an energy that makes him invulnerable. Not durable: invulnerable. At least, to and self inflicted damage... If he wants to move at double speed, his body will compensate for it, and it won't take too much energy to do so. If he wants to move at 1000 times speed, his body will compensate for it, and it will take a huge amount of energy. I mean, heck: how much energy does it take to make a potato move 1000 times faster?
And how much would that hurt to get hit by? Before I get told that this is OP, how much energy would it take to keep that potato from exploding into a million pieces when it makes impact? A whole lot more!

So, if he threw a punch at double speed, it wouldn't take much energy to keep his fist together. If it hit something on the other-hand, it would take a whole lot more to keep the fist together when it impacted. And the possibility of him running out of energy to protect himself from an attack is very very real. Ashing, as stated, is also the inevitable consequence of over-use.

But this is all his ultimate potential. He can't do any of this yet.
I've expanded on Mark's developed power: it makes him effectively invulnerable, which is what allows him to move as fast as he can think without immediately turning to mush.
Mark doesn't have one :|
Mark

Mark didn't quite know what to make of 'capture the flag'. He kept up a smile, yet his face betrayed a slight apprehension. He was surrounded by the fantastical, and he felt very far from that. Apparently further than Nikki, as she didn't seem all that put off by it, at least not outwardly. Perhaps that would mean it could be a laugh. Who knows. At the very least, it was nice to have his own insecurities echoed.

And then a new voice came into the conversation, and Mark gave her his moderately divided attention.

"Hi, erm could you guys help me out? I literally got here like twenty minutes ago and everyone seems to be doing stuff" she scratched her head laughing awkwardly "Oh wait, my manners, i'm Est-...Ella, Ella Seizu" she cut herself mid way and looked towards the three "nice to meet you!"

...You know what, screw it. If I want to analyse someone, I'm damn well going to do it. If I come off as weird for accidentally derailing the conversation, then thats just something I'm going to have to live with.

Well.. she's got blue hair for starters. And based on how much effort she's put into her makeup and how freaking long her hair is, it would be reasonable to assume that it's dyed.. And that she is used to getting a lot of attention. You could probably assume that she actively seeks that attention, but thats getting ahead of myself. It could just be that she likes to take care of herself.

Hmm.. what else can we tell about her? Well, she has a slight blue glow about her. I'm going to put her into the 'fantastical' power section until proven otherwise. I can't really tell why she's approached us specifically, but the fact that we aren't half animal probably played a part in that.. So shes nervous because she wants to make a good first impression, or she just gets nervous talking to people. But no, thats impossible for someone that puts that much effort into their appear-

He cut off his own thoughts as he noticed the beginnings of scars on he arms: the rolled up sleeves made them just about visible. If he could have bitten his lip while keeping the world at a standstill, he would have.

...Ah. There are a bunch of scars going up her arms.. A bunch. Now if it were on her forearms, I would have hoped she had a cat, but because they are mostly hidden from view.. That generally means.. Self harming. Could that mean that she is nervous talking to people because she was bullied? Maybe it's a problem at home: why else would someone popular want to leave it behind? Or maybe it's something completely different, and I'm overthinking this, and I'm freaking out at what I should possibly say to someone who is self harming, and what they'd then say back to me, and how the hell I'm going to handle something that demands that much commitment and patience to actually resolve..

...

Yeah, I'm overthinking this.

The world span round again, and his head twitched slightly, and his facial expression turned blank and indifferent. Nikki spoke.

"So, do you guys want to do something? We are free to practice after all.... But if you don't want to, that's fine. I just don't want to sit here doing nothing."

Mark was about to say something, but was cut off by Red.
Nah, he was about to, then got cut off when Red introduced himself and he went into detective mode. He forgets a lot of things when he goes into detective mode..
How did Nikki quickly learn Mark's name? I was planning to make it a running joke that he keeps forgetting to introduce himself ._.
Alright, question time. These tiny cameras that are on Sixgun: are they at all visible in the slightest?
