Current Some events have happened in my life which has driven me to decide between leaving or staying here. I've decided to leave. I will no longer be on this site to roleplay. I may come back as Rae Zerg .

Well, my Father was in the ER after throwing up blood today. Apparently an ulcer burst and now he can't eat anything more than soup. I'll be home for the next two days off of work though.

I...don't know why corporate can be closed on July 4th but the stores themselves can't.

Just spent the last four hours bringing sheetrock into my house and helping my father place it on the ceiling and walls of one of our rooms. Everything hurts.

I posted my nation's location.

Your location overlaps Inlaa's Nation's lands.
Oh it's not a problem to read through it. I like to focus on details. It's just going to take me a while since I'm working on a collab for a rp I'm in right now.
Yeah, I'm still here. Just writing for response while doing work on the sheet here in my free time.
Holy Jesus, so much to read through. I've been through just the story though and I must say that I'm interested.
I would but my character isn't anywhere near you at the time XD

The closest people to me are those in Fulton Library and even they are about 1.4km away, so once more Deven's got some trekking to do.

Actually, the closest would be Tori and Benjamin at Metropolitan. That is, unless you are on a different portion of Mitchell St SW.
A sign I consider bad for a roleplay is when the GM posts to move on the roleplay after everybody was ready and then only one of the people who had posted before that posts after. Another sign is when you accept A LOT OF CHARACTERS. Though having quite a few people around is great an all, some GMs will get overwhelmed by a large amount of characters going about. The final sign I've seen often enough is when nobody says anything in the OOC for at least a week. At least, anybody who isn't the GM or Co-GM talking in the OOC. If people disappear from the OOC and don't post in the IC then it is going to be a good sign that they have disappeared.

"Fear not the Night
Dear Child of Light
For though Shadows and Beasts Roam
A Rider dressed in Grey rides to save thy Home

In the Blackest Darkness
Men and Women are Hopless
Yet, Thy shall be saved by a Rider
His blade strikes true to protect though an Outsider

They who live in the darkest Forests
Together Thy voices cry in Chorus
For they are the Grey
The ones who Slay"

-Ode to the Grey Riders

The Northern Realms have existed for many centuries in peace with each other. The cold Summers and even colder Winters provide little time for making War even if they wanted to. Yet, the North is also the last bastion of Beasts. These creatures born from the darkness hunt man as one would hunt a wounded dear. When Night arrives, the North hides in their homes and bar the windows and doors. Yet, the Beasts are also being hunted as they hunt Humans. Their hunters are known simply as the Grey Riders, Grey, or sometimes Fiends by the common folk. The Grey hunt the Beasts in their natural territory to protect the people of the North.

Every twenty-five years, the Grey open the doors to their keep, High Watch. Hundreds of recruits pour in accompanied by a Hunter who had decided they were skilled enough to join. Many enter the halls of High Watch yet few leave. Those who do leave, are bound by the Oath to keep all that is inside a secret to their death. Many commoners believe that the Grey kill the majority of recruits who come and consume their flesh though, when asked, a Hunter will simply say that they aren't cannibals. But those rumors often fade away quickly after the Hunters kill Beasts in the area.

You are one of the many who have been chosen to go through the Gauntlet to become a member of the Grey. Your worth will be proven through the months spent training with the Grey and, should you pass, you may will go through the Initiation. But few survive training with them and fewers survive the Initiation. But, something has disturbed the natural order of Tetras and now the Grey have opened their doors much earlier than they previously had. Beasts have been seemingly retreating from their territory and the Realms are on the brink of War. All that the world requires is a single spark to ignite the fuse and it could explode into Chaos. The Grey hope to prevent this but even they are stumped by the disapperance of Beasts.
This is becoming a tad too big for me. I could use some help in GMing this. Anyone interested?

I'll take up the mantle of Co-GM is you'll take me.
Well, I've got nothing to do this summer so I'll join this.
That... is horrifying. I myself have not seen anything like that but my friend once was involved in a roleplay like that. Lets just say that an elf ended up somewhere in a mythical creature it shouldn't have been. That's just wrong.
