"I will be stronger and join the Vongola! I won't let anyone else near me get hurt for my sake!"
Username:
RainDash

Name:
Aiden Rose

Age:
16

Gender:
Male

Country of Origin:
Italy

Role:
Student -> Boss-In-Training -> Vongola Boss

Flame:
Sky

Weapon/Fighting Style:
Staff with 2 blades on each end -> Lance/Nunchuk thing

Appearance:
Current:

Aiden isn't very tall, standing at about five foot six. He looks tired and 'washed out'. A lot of people often even go as far as calling him 'sickly'. His hair has grown out to a point where it looks shaggy but not quite unkept yet. He's thin, but underneath that is muscle. It's fair to say that he often has marks on his face from sleeping in uncomfortable places, such as his keyboard or desk. His purple eyes often look unfocused and glazed over, due to lack of sleep.

Ten Years From Now:

He looks healthier and his hair is kept neat, but somehow it still sticks out everywhere. He's gained some color to his skin and his gaze pierces even the most difficult of lies. He is known for smiling while fighting, and often has ink on his face or hands from various papers or projects. He gained some weight and now has even more muscle than before, but his loose clothing disguises it. His clothing is often strange and seems to be gifts from various people. The one he wears most is a knitted scarf.

Personality:
He's actually pretty nice and sweet, under all those layers of isolation and anger. Aiden goes to extremes to protect those he's close to, and sometimes to him that means keeping them all at arm's length. He's very smart and intuitive, when he's not half-asleep or daydreaming. He's also cynical and tries to be unempathetic. However, he's also a terrible, terrible liar. Saying that he doesn't care will reveal that he does and doesn't want to be involved in it because he himself is hurting too much to allow anyone else to get close. A lot of people think that he's a thug because he's often bruised from training, but the truth is that he'd lose in a fight no matter what. He just doesn't want to harm anyone unless there's an actual reason to fight that's meaningful to him.

History:
A normal kid, born in Italy to a Japanese mother and an Italian father. He was very kind and people were naturally drawn to him growing up. His parents were both around and cared deeply for him. Things were going well until he turned fourteen years old. Walking home with a friend they got caught in the crossfire between the Vongola and a rival group. When it appeared that the rival group was trying to target Aiden his friend protected Aiden from the attack.

Aiden was able to escape and told his parents what had happened. The next few months became a blur of packing, school, and finally the funeral. The shellshocked Aiden made a promise to his friend to never let his sacrifice be in vain and to never let anyone get close to him again. Aiden thought that if anyone was close to him they would be targets and only get hurt.

The move to England left Aiden's father in Italy, and Aiden quickly went to work studying the Vongola and learning about their tactics. There wasn't much to go on, but Aiden used every bit of information he had to try and join the Vongola to become a part of the biggest and toughest mafia group. He pushed every one of classmates away, but was reliable enough to do various tasks for them. He rationalized that it was strength training. After a while he had one particular person start to ask for his help more often than most and a friendship developed despite Aiden's recalcitrance. Things started to look up and Aiden started to forget about his training to join the Vongola.

His friend committed suicide about a few weeks after Aiden and he started to hang out. Aiden, now driven by grief and heartbreak renewed his vow and decided that anyone near him would get killed. He trained in various weapons to no avail, often going to school bruised and battered and earning him the reputation of a thug. He's made no comment against it, but continues to help teachers and students from time to time, if they're brave enough to ask.

Quirk:
Sits on arms of couches. Typically sits in a certain way so as to be ready to get up at any time.

Theme:

Other:
Speaks Italian, Japanese, and English. Some Spanish since Italian is related, but not that much.
Has a phobia of thunder.
Related to Vongola on his mother's side.

Overview:
A kid who saw his friend be killed by a rival mafia at fourteen, he moved to england not long after and vowed to join the Vongola. He made a friend in England but they soon committed suicide and Aiden was left alone again. He's since thought that he's a death sentence for his friends and tries not to make any. Despite his tough guy appearance and outward attitude, he's a big softie.
@RainDash
For Achilles Noble Phantasm..
Maybe it would be a better idea to change it up a bit:
He still receives damage on his entire body, but they can't actually damage it?
I don't believe they strictly mention it in the myths, but lets just keep it at that?
He can't be damaged anywhere besides the back of his feet maybe?
His spear and shield are ordinary weapons, so I think it should be fine.

Lancer from the anime wielded 2 spears, I think wielding a spear and a shield at once should be fine?

As for my master, Kasumi, maybe I should change my wording.
She can cast magic, she just doesn't out of choice as she hates magic.
I think this would allow her to be a master?

As for the Ivory Flower thing, I actually meant The Flower of Eden. She wants to use the power to erase magic from the world.

She is a bit like Kiritsugu from the anime, I meant for her to be some form of magekiller. Her ideal is different though, she is against the use of magic, so she would rather not use it (walking on walls etc is magic but still).

I think he could get wounds, but doesn't feel pain except on his heels?
Plus I know, but a shield limits the flexibility of the arm. Just something to keep in mind, and a Lancer wouldn't have too much trouble with it, but being aware of it affects how you write your fighting.

Just keep in mind a Master also summons a servant, using magic.
That makes sense.
Okay.

I believe Achilles actually had his elbow sliced open when he got hit by another person's spear throw in the myth. Maybe have a huge damage resistance but it starts losing effectiveness against very strong attacks?

Or you could do the Nasuverse Achilles variant and have his invulnerability be disabled after his heel gets hit once.

This also works.
<Snipped quote by RainDash>

Yeah of course. Gilgamesh had the support of draining the magical energy of orphans in good old neighborhood totally friendly priest Kirei's orphanage, but I don't think doing something similar would be too effective in regards to keeping stuff secret. Will there be any repercussions to manipulating and using random people?

If they're mostly NPCs and non-mages probably not, but remember that the Eden Magi are looking for Servants and Masters to wipe them out, so a sudden case of mana draining might draw their attention.
damn I really need to finish Stay Night, I'm on the second season so not much spoilers me but holy shit
Hmm, probably, but even then you'd need a source of mana, which Gilgamesh had only because he had a reincarnated body.
For everyone:
ONE noble phantasm! ONE!
Be sure to check the rules!

I'll get to the master later.

Okay. *cracks knuckles*
First off, you're missing something from the rules. Please read them to see what it is. I think I see it but maybe put it somewhere else as well

Next, I would prefer you to have one Noble Phantasm. The knife is good, and you don't have to have it decline in effectiveness, but the curse is a problem as you could be virtually immortal, which presents a problem. Also it could be loosely interpreted and it'd just be a huge issue and hassle later on. ex. 'But my character was born by c-section' or 'but mine was born magically' and so on and they don't need evidence.

Then please explain your abilities, the names give us a vague idea of what they could be, but I'd like to know what they do.

History, you say that the legend was reinterpreted, but pretty much this was a real person so he shouldn't have been affected by that. How does what Willy Shakes did change him as a person?

You're also missing something from the rules. Read them again, please.

I don't see anything else wrong with it right now.

Okay, like I said with the other guy, only 1 noble phantasm. Either one is fine, but it can only be one.

I don't see anything else wrong with the sheet.

Can a servant have healing/support abilities?

Servant WIP
Username: Suiko
Class Name: Caster
True Name: Empress Suiko
Country of Origin: Japan
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Master: Prefers to serve a Master who will negotiate.
Abilities: Mostly support/administrative/defensive abilities. Some ideas I had were:
Noble Phantasm: Gate of Babylon. Charisma. Divinity. Golden Rule.
But these can be changed.
Appearance:
Personality: Suiko negotiates well with foreigners. Sometimes she is quiet and prefers some alone time for reading tactics and enjoying walks on the garden terrace. Suiko has a few flaws, mainly that she sometimes feels inadequate. She wonders why so many people trust her to lead them when she feels that she cannot lead herself. However, she has a strategic and tactical mindset that allows for optimal placement of resources and goals to be reached. Sometimes she spends too much time in her head and doesn't say what she's thinking.
Short Biography: Suiko as served as an administrator in a kingdom a long time ago. She enacted rules and kept peace. During her rule, conferences with neighboring courts were opened and negotiations had. She also declined requests from powerful officials that sought to take territory away from the mainland.

Catchphrase: "The walls aren't high enough."

I can tone the abilities down if this is too powerful. Also I play league of legends on NA too! My name is Suikaz.

Yeah, they can. Once again, please only 1 noble phantasm. Gate of Babylon is used by Gilgamesh, and is used to summon a lot of swords. Just to give you an idea for how it's used in the show. I won't critique this because it's not yet done.

Just a question about his Noble Phantasm. Does he still get damage, ie: could it be possible for him to get an arm chopped off? Or is he immune to damage? You mention that he's immune to damage and pain, but can it still be inflicted?

Nice use of the internet. Maybe make it so that if he gets hit on his foot that he gets hurt instead of his heel, because I dunno about you but a heel is a hard target to hit, and they only hit it because of a god's assistance.

I'm iffy on the shield, but as long as it's just a plain shield it's fine. Keep in mind that a lance is a two handed weapon, and thus that shield might get to be a bit of hindrance.

To start:
She can't really cast magic herself.

She can't be a master if she can't summon something on her own. :| Like, this is a cool concept, but she can't be a master if she can't summon something.

the Ivory Flory

What is this? Seriously I'm confused.

You could alter this by making her a magekiller, someone who uses some magic (not much) to kill mages and monsters. There was a character in the show whose whole job was killing mages and used very little magic to do so.

now I'm going to go stumble off and make my own sheets.
@RainDash He got info, on the Vongolas. He wants to destroy the next heirs, before taking out the rest of the Vongola trash. My character going forward really depends on the characters around. However, for one way or another, he will (obviously), join the Vongola. Whether it be to destroy from within, or he finds certain characters interesting. From then on it's still going to be an unsteady alliance.
Genso's development will be simmering down of his wrath, finding a meaning to his life (aka friends, family, and perhaps lover). He will never be unselfish, but if all goes well, he will fight alongside the Vongolas for a long time.
If Genso cannot find meaning well, then he will go on to try and kill the Vongola from within, and proceed to annihilate the world. Perhaps he will try to use the Vongola to destroy most of the world and then throw them away.

It's totally up to the players how Genso will develop.

Okay. Give me a bit, I'm also gming something else so I have to go through a bunch of sheets and critiquing them as well. At a glance your sheet seems to be a lot better. One comment is about the mind control, that's edging into godmod territory since you could control probably the other characters.
@edgeout quick question before I go over the sheet again, what's your plan for this character to develop and evolve going forward? Why is he in England? if you answered the second in your sheet I'm sorry I just woke up and had breakfast
@TheUltimatum basically he vowed to join the Vongola because they're the biggest and toughest group around. I'll make it clearer in the sheet.
Sun is still a WIP but they're working on it, just do you know, @Ambra
I just a quick reminder that this isn't a holy grail war. As far as I know there aren't limited spots. I'll get to reading and accepting sheets in a bit.
