Too bad it's not socially acceptable to kidnap people and put them in your pocket.

Bio

Hello, everyone! My name is Raleigh, and I've been role playing for a little over eleven years now. I've dabbled in a little bit of everything, and found that I really enjoy creating original things and building worlds.

My schedule is all over the place, because I'm a full time: student, bartender, cat mom, and Netflix enthusiast. So if you ever need me, it's probably easier to get ahold of me over discord.

"What are you, Gin?" Effy asked in a flat voice. The question felt odd as it rolled off her tongue. She had never dreamed that he was anything more or less than human...yet here they were. It was Effy's turn to look a Gin, to have her heart broken due to the state he was in. He seemed so small, almost as if he had been deflated. She couldn't take this. Swallowing her fear and ignoring her instinct, she move closer to the shell of a man that stood before her. Forcing him to look into her eyes, she spoke "For months after the attack, I was terrified. I couldn't leave my loft. When I met you, it was like you breathed life back into me. I wasn't afraid anymore. You made me feel safe. Despite what you are...you still make me feel safe. God, I want to hate you. I want to tell you to leave and never return, but I can't. I fucking can't." her voice shook, and tears continued to spill down her cheeks. "You stupid bastard. I...I love you, and part of me knows I always will." She pressed her lips to his once again, channeling all her anger, pain, and sorrows into the kiss.

Things would never be the same. For as long as she lived, things would never be the same. What this meant for her and Gin, she did not know. All she knew as that she could no longer stay here. Effy glanced around the small loft, her heart breaking even more. This was one vacation she had no desire to take.

She let out a shaky breath as she pulled out her hair, letting it fall down her back like a blonde, curly waterfall. Effy ran her hands through it repeatedly, a nervous habit she had developed over the years. "Let's leave before someone comes looking for me." She grabbed her duffel bag and headed for the door without another backwards glance.
For the first time ever, Effy stepped away from Gin. She stared at him with a blank expression, unsure of what to say or feel. Her mind felt torn. Magical creatures were the things of her nightmares, and her hatred for them ran deep. How could she have loved Gin for so long without realizing what he was? She felt dirty. They had loved one another more deeply than she thought possible. He had slept in her bed, and made love to her in the early hours of the night. How could she not have known? "Please, stop. Don't tell me you're not human. I don't want to hear it. I don't want to know you're like the creatures that hunt me at night." she whispered. Her heart told her that he was not like the others, but her mind screamed that he was. A filthy animal that would leave her to die at the first chance he got.

"Please, don't hurt me..." Effy begged, her fragile body beginning to violently shake. She turned away from Gin, raising her arms in a pathetic effort to protect herself. Bracing herself for claws or fangs or both she closed her eyes, holding herself until she was red in the face. She was terrified of what Gin might do to her. What if he was the necromancer and this was all just an elaborate scheme? Tears began dripping down her cheeks, though she barely even noticed she was crying.
Effy began the sway, placing a hand onto the wall to brace herself. It was happening again; a magical creature was after her. If she had learned anything from the last time something like this happened, it was that no amount protection could keep her safe. No amount of running could put distance between herself and her hunter. She stared into Gin's eye, searching them for answers. "If a necromancer is after me, there's no way you can protect me. You're just a human. The last human that tried to protect me was ripped apart by rabid wolves. I will not watch you sacrifice yourself for me, Gin." she said as she grabbed her bag, preparing herself to leave without Gin. "I'll hand myself over to this necromancer. People will not die for me. I will not allow it."

A shaky breath escaped her lips. Where the hell was this bravery coming from? She crossed the room to Gin, pressing herself against him as she continued to stare into his shocking emerald eyes. She only closed hers as her lips touched his, a bolt of electricity racing through her body. This is where her bravery came from. Gin. She would be strong for him, but she would not make him be strong for her. "I love you, Gin."
Micael leaned back in rich leather desk chair, placing the phone back on the receiver. He grimaced. Gin was right, Ra's was after him. Then again, the Necromancer was after everyone.

"Gin, I don't even give a fuck about the phone. Please, just tell me what the hell is going on. I don't want to be thrown into darkness on this one." Effy said, being unusually stubborn. Was this how Casey felt when he had pointed at her head? Trapped and desperate for a way out? Her eyes pleaded with him, the spark that they once held beginning to fade. Fear began to fill her like water. She felt helpless, like she was losing control. "I will not leave this house until you tell me what the fuck is going on. I don't mean the small bits and pieces, but every.fucking.thing." Normally she would have never raised her voice at Gin, but desperate times called for desperate measures. God was she desperate.
Micael sighed, his irritation with the shape shifter growing as the conversation progressed. "As much as I would love to aid you in your cowardly attempt to hide, I cannot. You see, Ra's came to me with an offer I simply couldn't refuse. What is that offer, you ask? That offer is Effy. He's going to give me the woman you love, with the simple request that I return her body once I'm finished with her. And for fucks sake, please do not try and pretend you haven't fallen for the girl." Micael paused for effect. "Gin, I hope this doesn't anger you, but am going to rip her heart out and eat it in front of you. You iwill watch as the life leaves her eyes and the blood drains from that beautiful body of hers. You will listen as she begs you to save her, but you will not. You will sit and watch in silence. Then as most necromancers do, Ra's will bring her back and we'll get to share her. He'll have weekdays, and I'll have weekends. Joint custody, a beautiful invention." Micael let out a contented sigh before continuing on. "Gin, do you understand what I'm telling you?" The {enter whatever Micael is here} new he had Gin where he wanted to. He had always enjoyed a good chase.
"Gin, how nice of you to ring me. Tell me, how is Ephesian doing? I'm sure her body is just as delightful as I remember. Warm, soft, and utterly delicious. I miss being inside her a great deal." Micael said, his rant just beginning. "I had a velvet ticket for tonight's show, but it seems Ms. Winters couldn't make the show. Samual said that she fell ill, or something of the sorts. You should bring her to me, Gin. I'll have her back to sucking your dick in no time. That is, after she sucks mine and does whatever ungodly act I ask her to perform. She's quite the willing whore. I was thoroughly shocked, she seemed like such an innocent girl." He paused to gauge Gin's reaction, continuing on. "Has she told you about the time I kept her tied to the bed for three days? You should have heard how she begged for me." Micael was as sadistic as you could get.

Effy ran around the loft, nervously. Haphazardly stuffing clothes into her black duffel blag. She didn't know what was going on, and she wasn't sure that she wanted to find out.
"If this 'huge fuckin' problem' is that Ra's Naser is in Noir with a velvet ticket, demanding that Effy's sweet, heart shaped be in his face...I already know all about your earth shattering woes." Samual bitched, less at Gin and more in general. Beads of sweat and on his brow and the back of his neck. He worked well under pressure, but this was too much. "Where the fuck is Ephesian, Gin?" Samual hissed, dabbing his forehead with a flamboyant, silk hanky. A groan escaped him, he was not prepared to suck any dicks tonight. That was Ephesian and Casey's jobs.

The Necromancer sat in a red, velvet winged back chair, scotch in hand. He swirled the light amber liquid around its glass, watching it intently. Beautiful, exposed women danced around him, pining for his attention...yet he was displeased. He was not here for these average whores, he was there for Effy. She was a priceless piece of artwork, and he wanted her in his collection. He had the perfect spot for her, his bedroom. She would be even more lovely hanging over his bed. "Samual, where is Effy?" he growled.

Samual simply shrugged in reply to Ra's in fear that words may anger him more. He turned his back to him as he spoke to Gin, his voice barely above a whisper. "Gin, protect her. The Necromancer will stop at nothing." With that he ended the call.
Sounds really cool!

"I don't want to do the show tonight. No, I cannot do the show tonight. I'm shaking worse than Casey was, it's really hard to look sexy when you're shaking like a drug addict." Effy held her hand up as if to prove her point. It was trembling violently. She sighed, sinking into Gin's warm embrace. "It doesn't make any fucking sense. Samual allows anyone a ticket, all they have to do is pay his price." Her head was spinning.

Unlike Gin, Effy had a phone and it was on her person at time. She had even invested special case that allowed her to safely take it into the shower. While most people her age would have died without the phone, Effy would have happily lived without Apple product. Being on call, at all times, did now allow her that simple luxury, though. Samual required that his favorite dancer was available at every moment of the day, no matter the time, day, or business of her day. His favorite times to call seemed to be while she was showering or having sex, or if he was really lucky, while she was having shower sex. It was if he knew, and chose only those times to call. Knowing Sam, he did know.

Effy pulled the phone from within her corset, handing it to Gin before wrapping her arms around him.
