Dead men tell no tales
So listen to this story from a whale
She sailed the silver river
But only found a purple butler
There was a grey parrot, and the crane both agree
That the turtle should search for the one manatee
Now you see your monster
Or maybe your insanity
The pirate needs more ales

Grey began to look over the two archways. As he stepped toward them it became obvious to what they led. The easy stairwell led back to that cozy world where nothing really happened. It was a nice place and very refreshing, but not the type of life Grey wanted to live. Vacations there would be nice again, but he wasn't sure if that would happen. Nonetheless he looked back down the hallway that led to 'The Truth'.

He noticed the older girl was making her way through the tunnel, very painstakingly. He saw passed her and down the hall to see three others at the end. It appeared someone else had joined them as well. Another friend wouldn't be bad in this strange place. It still appeared he was the oldest and biggest of everyone though. He really was going to need to get everyone's name. He didn't even ask for the girl's names before entering this place. It was nice to see they all made it through though. It seemed he was the only one holding them up.

He made his way to the edge of the hall and began to feel the heat emanating from the floor. 'Well it's certainly hot' he thought to himself. He reached out to touch a barb on the wire and cut himself at the touch. 'They're definitely sharp as well' he thought again. If everyone else had made it there was no way he wasn't going to go as well. He stepped in and felt the floor begin to rapidly heat up his foot. Fortunately calluses had formed on his hands and feet from hard work and poor footwear in his time. Maneuvering the barbed wires though was a much more difficult for his large size. No matter how he moved it felt like every barb managed to grab and hold him. He soon just gave up and covered his face and began to burl through the barbs. The floor was rapidly heating up as well. Even his feet were beginning to blister and burn.

He soon caught up to the girl though. It seemed she wasn't trying to just sprint through the wires like he was. He almost ran her over as well if he hadn't seen her subtle outline through his arms. "Oh well hi again. This doesn't seem like a good place to talk, so would you like some help getting through here? I think I'll be taking all these barbs anyways I might as well clear the way too." Grey began to steadily make his way around the girl.
Of course, I was going to wait for one more person to post before I did, but I feel like everyone is just waiting for me and Airalin, so I may just post again soon.
I am intrested in this, but I am involved in a couple of things right now, so I don't really have the time to put into it. If my schedule frees up I'll swing back and give it a shot.
Echo was feeling quite uneasy right now. He was certainly caught between a rock and a hard place at the moment. The approach of the being from behind, startled him a bit, but with this other person unnamused with his writing he wasn't sure who to confront first. The creature from behind was quite large, but didn't appear to have any ill intent, whereas this person seemed to want answers or she would get answers by beating them out of him. Even with the blinding hammer coming from around him, he squinted his eyes and held his door close.

He quickly waved his hand through the light streaks and they dimmed into nothingness. He began waving his lantern again with the intent to write. "I'm Mute." He quickly wrote in an attempt to appease her nature. Realizing his door would probably do little to stop these two, he quickly put it onto his back. He kept the lantern straight up with one hand and with the other he held it out with the palm up, trying to show he meant no harm.

He hoped the creature coming from behind him was peaceful. He barely noticed it in the other room, and it didn't seem aggressive there. Echo wasn't small, but these two had a way of making him feel that way. Although neither of them did look that terribly fast. If worst came to worst then he could possibly outrun them.
@squints I remember that he was there but like gvboy said you didn't really introduce yourself and we're just lurking, and it's fine, anyone that wants can follow him.
Echo was eager to find the Bright Road and began to wander off from the circus of knights, witches, and all else that was making it's presence known. He wasn't sure which hall really led to the road, but this particular road felt really good. He decided to just check it out a bit. Several meters later he found he was already in the Bright Road. He looked back to see the hall, but the path felt different. He couldn't have been that close to the road. He wondered how everyone else was doing, but it didn't feel like he could go back now. As odd as the halls were, he could probably find a hallway back nearby.

He began walking down the road in search of another hall when a strange light seemed to be approaching around the corner. The lights of the road were impressive and put his little lantern to shame, but they were very spread apart, so his lantern was still useful. That was until he noticed this new light that seemed even brighter than the halls stagnant lights. The light was moving towards him as well. What sort of magnificent lantern was coming towards him. He began to notice a shadow accompanying the light on the wall. It looked massive and the crude shape was quite intimidating. Whatever carried this grand light was certainly grand themselves, and nothing in the halls was guaranteed to be friendly. He pulled out his door and set it on the ground in front of him, preparing himself for what was to come.

He wasn't to shocked when he saw the grand person emerge from around the bend. He was a little shocked to see that the light came from a warhammer. It was grand as well in fact everything seemed grand about this woman. She carried herself with a confident aura that seemed like it could conquer the halls itself. One swing from her blinding hammer would smash him like a bug. She was rather pretty in her own way. She did have a few scars and seemed very tough, but her complexion appealed to his own. He liked her pointy ears too. She was certainly an exotic being that had grasped his attention in several ways. Echo stood up straight behind the door that was lying sideways to shield him. Letting the door rest against his leg, he brought his lantern over the door and attempted to write in the floor, but the stone was to clean and hard to make any real marks. A little frustrated at his failure, he tried to brainstorm for another means to communicate. He noticed that a streak of light had formed around his head. It confused him, but as he moved his lantern again another streak appeared where the lantern had moved. With little hesitation, he began to wave his lantern through the air leaving light streaks in the pattern of words. "I'm Echo" He wanted to give a quick introduction and he didn't have time to gawk over his new power before the new person noticed him.

@Gisk
LOL almost everyone has introduced themselves to the first group so far. I'm not sure if GoW is around. We've been waiting for the Mindskitter to react to some things. The witch and chimera have really introduced themselves to our group so far and we do already have Fazra in the Bright Road ready to meet some others.

Edit; Yeah I don't think the first group has really met Cyrano, Victor or Mathias, so they could join Fazra possibly.
I almost went with a Zora; I was debating between that, a Twili, or a Goron. I went with a Goron because I felt like they were picked the least out of anyone.
So basically humans are found on every continent, but the crystal continent. The natives(Elves, Orcs, Dwarves, etc.) were kicked out of the technology continent which is now populated entirely by humans. The technomagic continent is primarily humans, but has some natives as well, and the magic continent is primarily natives with some humans. The crystal continent is only populated by the hyperhumanoids which are native to the planet, and is visited by everyone else in search of power crystals.

Aside from each group's dispositions due to war and such, if my summary was correct then it makes sense and seems good to me.
I might even be interested in joining a smaller group if a lot of people are following the mindskitter. Possibly even a third group.
