It's an interesting concept and probably an experience that would be initially entertaining for the Human players, but for the Ghost players, I don't think there's enough here to make the game last very long.
Seems like the majority of the players would need intimate knowledge of your endgame to be able to accurately play it out. Without that knowledge, a Ghost player is being asked to come up with looped behaviors and slightly modify it over and over to the point of attacking humans. To what end, we're not sure. Or they can be Staff Ghosts who have to be friendly and cannot lash out. Either way, the required behavior seems like it would be mostly repetitive and linear for Ghosts, as I understand it. Maybe I'm missing something.
I suppose that's the truth about entertainment-based Haunted Houses in the real world. The Humans have a blast while the Ghouls perform the same or similar feats over and over. Just not sure it translates well to RP.
