I've also built up some setting and history on that little island I was eyeing on the map. So once I've finished that -- which should either be later tonight or tomorrow -- I'll send it your way, Prisk.

For Queen and Country [Supernatural / Slice of Life]

Ooh, definitely interested! I'm actually leaning towards playing a Fae myself, but notmaybe the sparkly kind. I have a character pre-made from a different roleplay that never got off the ground, but I'll reshape her for this plot and tweak around her background and what-not. I'd also love to add to some lore, particularly Fae's and Fairy lore. If you'd rather I go with something new, that's totally fine too.

Either way, I'm really looking forward to playing through this. So count me in.

I'm not in a hurry, so I will let this interest check sit for a while. Lore suggestions and worldbuilding is much appreciated, if someone is interested in that kind of thing.

I might be down for some worldbuildings, maybe whip up some lore. I have a few ideas in mind, character wise and setting. I'm especially eyeing that small island on the south eastern end of the continent, just on the border of the Dark Zone. Before I start working on anything I did have a few questions, though.

To start, I was wondering if the Guardian's have any connection with the Spirits? Are they able to communicate, or converse via mind or dream? Or is it more along the lines of a typical summoning? Has Mordrem effected the oceans or sea life in the Dark Zone? Can Guardians have artificial implants? Be it for physical enhancements or due to a loss of a limb? If so, will that effect their connections to the Spirits within them or the magic they're capable of?

Personality:
Soft spoken, but not a push over, Elena Guerrero is a strong minded and mildly optimistic young woman. Not really a social butterfly, her attitude is often seen as laid back or quiet. Sitting in the back of groups, observing conversations and the people around her. This can be seen as snubbing to others, but those who know Elena know that she isn't all that talkative. It doesn't help that her tone can often come off as harsh, or that her prideful nature doesn't allow her to take any form of insult from anyone -- besides those in authority.

Not necessarily something she admits to now that she's older, but Elena has always looked up to her father. Inspired by his sense of justice, and his compassion for others and his own culture, Elena has grown to be much like her father when he was young. Much like her father Elena holds a high sense of honor as well. Nothing means more to her than trust and honesty, and because of this Elena has never got the hang of telling a lie. Living by the idea that honesty is the best policy, her words can come off as too blunt or offensive at times despite meaning well.

The hard truth isn't for most, but Elena has lived by it her entire life and will take it over comforting lies any day. Due to this thought process, Elena puts almost too much trust in others. While she's not a fool, she has a hard time looking at flaws or warning signs in others. Believing that everyone deserves a second chance and that those close to her would never lie to her, Elena will put herself through hell to back up those close to her. Her sense of heroism has come from years of watching her mother and father. Their sense of justice, and duty is an ideal that she lives by, and her stubborn tenacity is bringing her closer and closer to her goal to becoming a hero.

Short Bio:
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Elena Guerrero is the only child of the great American hero, El Matador. Known from the southern West Coast of California, the mid-west Texas, and even in the heart of Mexico in South America, the Guerrero name is revered and well known. Among the oldest Mestizo and Hispanic Hero Families, it was only expected that Elena would follow tradition and become a hero. So upon the manifestation of her Quirk at the age of four expectations and family honor was pushed onto her shoulders and Elena was set on course to follow her parents and ancestors footsteps.

Growing into her teenage years, schools like San Francisco Hero Academy, Colorado School for the Gifted, and New York Private Hero Academy began to contact her. Despite their interest, Elena turned them all down without a second thought and instead set her sights on Yuuei Hero Academy in Japan. For the sake of gaining a little freedom and an interest in traveling and gaining a new culture experience, Elena put in an application to try out in Yuuei's Entrance Exam without her fathers knowledge. Unable to deny his daughter the education, Elena's father permitted her to go to Japan on the exception that if she was accepted, upon graduation she is to join the Family Hero Agency.

Quirk:
Will-O'-The-Wisp: Elena's quirk is the natural manifestation of her energy outside of her body and controlled through sheer will, Elena can manipulate said energy and construct two dimensional and three dimensional objects through thought and imagination. In its basic form her internal energy takes the shape of baseball sized blue levitating orbs of light, or Wisps as she likes to call them. Much like her own father, who's quirk can create energy constructs as well, Elena can merge her wisps into basic three dimensional weapons; such as spears, swords, daggers, or staffs. In their two dimensional form Elena prefers using the Wisps for means of travel, often using platforms to ride around on or to reach tall heights.

For defensive purposes Elena can also use her Wisps as force fields or walls, able to block hard hits and handle extreme weights up to 226kg. A mix of her own mothers force field quirk allows her to throw back said objects or weight with enough concentration, but this will often leave a toll on Elena's body. Heavily connected to her Wisps mentally and physically, extreme use for battle purposes will often leave her heavily exhausted. Multiple hits or enough weight can cause the Wisps to crack and with enough force, shatter. During these situations Elena will experience extreme headaches and even nosebleeds, in a worst case scenario the shattering of her wisps can even cause temporary unconsciousness or debilitating bodily aches.

Other:
- Born with dark brown eyes, it wasn't until the manifestation of her Quirk that Elena's dark eyes became a fluorescent blue. Giving off a dull glow much like her Wisps, her eyes make it difficult to sneak around in the dark.
- For means of speed, and getting around, Elena will often ride around on her Wisps. Constructing platforms to reach tall heights, or a single platform that she rides around like a surfboard.
