Suicune savored the feeling of the rain pelting against Kaze. The water was calming and empowering. Enough to do away with these ignorant foes. The Avatar of Lugia stood over him and had begun one sentence, only to change thought midway. "I was wondering when I would see you again, Spirit of the North Wind . . . "
Through his host, Suicune offered a smile to Lucas. "The host of the Beast of the Sea. I am graced to have you at my side," Suicune said, his own deep voice intermingling with that of the soft-spoken Kaze. Rising to his feet, he noted the Baltoy--which appeared angry as a Houndoom--regaining its balance. Flanked between two Pokemon who appeared ready to Self-Destruct at any moment, Suicune had to land his next attack swiftly and precisely.
The power of the surrounding rain filling Suicune and the mighty Tailwind yet blowing, the tide, as it were, was in their favor. Suicune launched a Hydro Pump out of Kaze's outstretched hands, arcing it in a large circle that struck the white-hot Baltoy in its blindspot, and continuing to douse it with the power as it was rapidly forced to collide with the Pineco. The massive torrent they had suffered, while not instantly causing the two to faint, did enough to delay their exploding for Suicune to unleash a barrage of Bubblebeam that sent the two sailing into the abandoned remains of Suicune's own float.
Moments after burying the two within the melting papier mache mound, it burst into a colorful show of pyrotechnics. While loud, it was perhaps the least dangerous way to end the terror that might otherwise be caused.
Summoning the power of the winds, Suicune created a Gust attack that lifted the slowly recuperating trainer of the quartet of terror that had just been defeated. "You have failed in your mission," Suicune boomed through the rain, the light around Kaze's body now amplified and shaped as if it were Suicune himself. "Cease your foolish games! Take your comrades and return to whence you came. Should you defy the embodiment of the North Wind, I shall find you and strike you down where you stand. Begone from me!" he declared, using the Gust to slam the man into the wall.
As the attack finished, the wind surrounding Kaze calmed, and the glow slowly died out. Then, Kaze collapsed to the ground, unconscious from exhaustion, but otherwise almost completely unharmed.
