@Thundercrash Because she's Rebeca. I know if Alain ends up being the one rescuing her, she'll pick until the ends of the earth, at least. Just because it's Alain. And that's a looooong time for Avatars XD

EDIT: Wow, 1k1 OOC posts. Now if we could get the IC that long lol
@Thebastardbrasta Luckily Kaze's out cold, so he's spared all the public nudity right now lol
So . . . how many people are left who actually can walk after all of this? Granted, there's that one Koffing left sneakin' up on Lucas, but he shouldn't be too dangerous. I wouldn't think.

Speaking of which . . .
@Dawnscroll Want to do a collab? Jingle and Lucas can take out that freakshow? Since, y'know, Jingle and Lucas can talk to each other?

EDIT: I feel like I should tag this on Rebeca

I know that's terrible because, y'know, she's dying, but I feel like she's going to be taunting whoever touches her to try to help.
@Zanavy Fine by me. RL comes first, after all. I've got to finish up my taxes and get some work done on my RP system(s) anyway. Then tomorrow I turn 21. [sarcasm]yay~[/sarcasm]
Suicune savored the feeling of the rain pelting against Kaze. The water was calming and empowering. Enough to do away with these ignorant foes. The Avatar of Lugia stood over him and had begun one sentence, only to change thought midway. "I was wondering when I would see you again, Spirit of the North Wind . . . "

Through his host, Suicune offered a smile to Lucas. "The host of the Beast of the Sea. I am graced to have you at my side," Suicune said, his own deep voice intermingling with that of the soft-spoken Kaze. Rising to his feet, he noted the Baltoy--which appeared angry as a Houndoom--regaining its balance. Flanked between two Pokemon who appeared ready to Self-Destruct at any moment, Suicune had to land his next attack swiftly and precisely.

The power of the surrounding rain filling Suicune and the mighty Tailwind yet blowing, the tide, as it were, was in their favor. Suicune launched a Hydro Pump out of Kaze's outstretched hands, arcing it in a large circle that struck the white-hot Baltoy in its blindspot, and continuing to douse it with the power as it was rapidly forced to collide with the Pineco. The massive torrent they had suffered, while not instantly causing the two to faint, did enough to delay their exploding for Suicune to unleash a barrage of Bubblebeam that sent the two sailing into the abandoned remains of Suicune's own float.

Moments after burying the two within the melting papier mache mound, it burst into a colorful show of pyrotechnics. While loud, it was perhaps the least dangerous way to end the terror that might otherwise be caused.

Summoning the power of the winds, Suicune created a Gust attack that lifted the slowly recuperating trainer of the quartet of terror that had just been defeated. "You have failed in your mission," Suicune boomed through the rain, the light around Kaze's body now amplified and shaped as if it were Suicune himself. "Cease your foolish games! Take your comrades and return to whence you came. Should you defy the embodiment of the North Wind, I shall find you and strike you down where you stand. Begone from me!" he declared, using the Gust to slam the man into the wall.

As the attack finished, the wind surrounding Kaze calmed, and the glow slowly died out. Then, Kaze collapsed to the ground, unconscious from exhaustion, but otherwise almost completely unharmed.
Yay, got a post up! Two in one week. Haven't done that in a while. Feels kind of nice, and Kaze is now unconscious, but no one has actually hurt him.
@Dawnscroll As long as Kaze can legitimately Avatar-State something, I don't care. Or maybe . . . if the two of us did a collab?
yeah; the 1/2 stats is turning out to be a MUCH bigger penalty than expected. lol
Well, dang. Checked it all myself an that Baltoy's still sitting at about 30% HP. Some-friggin-how. My Hydro Pump did much less than I would expect. ;-; Also it seems to be the only one I've done anything of significance to, aside from slowing down the others. Baltoy prolly is planning a Self-Destruct soon . . .

Also, legitimate question: Is this particular segment of the parade outdoors around Mauville, or inside? My post will be different depending on which it is.
@Zanavy Hydro Pump vs Baltoy gets STAB & Super-Effective, not to mention it's a 110-power move . . . Of course I don't know the Level of the Baltoy, but in most instances, I don't think that Baltoy would make it. Unless perhaps this thing is on the verge of evolution or past the point it might have evolved? Similarly with Jingle using Confusion on Koffing? (Though Confusion is much weaker than Hydro Pump, I'd imagine that'd still hurt like heck for that thing.) Not trying to argue. Just wanting to understand exactly how these STAB/Super-Effective moves (especially Hydro Pump) didn't result in utter defeat for these Pokemon.

@Eklispe Sounds fair enough.
