Yeah, and Riley's dislike of father-figures? Let's just say he's safe from those ;)!
Thank you!
But he's far more than was stated, as some mystery and character developments are always good in my book :)!
What if you were a newly knighted youngster tasked with protecting their prince or princess? What if said royal charge was a little... difficult? In a world that wants your beloved monarch-to-be dead, you will have your work cut out for you as mystical monsters, discontent populaces and even the curse of bad luck and other magical ailments plague your charge, you will have to be the strong one and protect them at all cost!

Barely out of adulthood, you will learn, week by week, to handle the perils of life in the royal court, the valorous art of questing and the diplomatic chore of cleaning up after your Prince(ss). It will not be all sunshine and daisies for sure, but you signed up for this, didn't you? Just don't get killed... and that means keeping the Heir of the throne alive, for a dead charge means a dead knight! Luckily for you, if you die your legacy will continue in the form of your younger siblings or, if you make it, your children. Each successive generation will retain knowledge of the previous, at a less skilled level, of course, but what can you do...

Now, your Prince or Princess will be out of your hands, but you can choose one of the eligible young ruler and thus have some kind of control about what you will have to march on through... to an extent. Yourself, you will have entirely control over, and will be able to choose your first skills and decide what each week will hold and what reactions your character will have.

More information will be provided about this medieval fantasy tale of magic, beats and shenanigans if you are interested, and even more will be available if this goes to the OOC stage, so don't hesitate to state your interest :)!
We are still accepting :).
It's still far too close to the truth for comfort ;)!
Hello, ladies and gentlemen, to my humble request thread.

I am Reveuse, a female who wishes to partake in a peculiar type of roleplay: one who, like a book, follow the adventures of a sole protagonist. We would take control of said character and any who may be useful to the plot equally, our sole goal, rather than merely make two crafted souls fit together, to develop the plot, the world and the protagonist to the best of our combined abilities. This will be hard, our styles must mesh, but I am hopeful of finding a few souls able to become my partners in crime, so to say.

And so we go into the thick of the matter: I can do anything beside pure smut, anthropomorphic characters (commonly called furries) and... well, gross things. Ask if you must. Besides that, I am fond of both Historical, Futuristic and Fantasy settings and enjoy horror and alternate timelines. I am always open to original ideas and characters and can and will provide a writing sample later on. For now, I say that, yes, I can do fandom, but most of them are OC only. Here is the list as I remember it:

Fanon Friendly:
  • Harry Potter

  • Pandora Hearts

  • Death Note

  • Persona 4

  • OC Only:
  • Bleach

  • Inu Yasha

  • Skip Beat!

  • Naruto

  • Dragon Age

  • Persona Series

  • Now that that's done, here is a sample of what you can expect from me:

Now, what I ask is a plot idea and a writing sample, to see if our minds and writing match enough for us to do this. If you are interested, merely post either here or send me a PM.

    Good night!
    Any suggestion for those?
That and governments, trade routes and cultures, Some history and new fuels and luxuries would also be needed.
Yes, this will take a while.
I see it as being a strict meritocracy corrupted with rumors, contacts and public opinion, everyone would get paranoid after a while as they gain power and influence. As for the higher up, I meant the social ladder, which can be climbed in various ways, especially since that particular system is extremely corrupt.

Each character would start as a standard low-class citizen just out into adulthood and make their way up from their in any way they can.
