The First Day: The Dinner

For as long as Tatsuya could remember, she had always been a crowd-pleaser. She was always intent on going on adventures, making new friends, and finding a puzzle inside of everyone. Don't you ever judge anyone, Tatsuya. The world already has enough coldness, you know? Her mother's words hummed in her head. From a young age, she learned quickly to be warm, and that was always rewarding. Paris had reminded her of that with the smile in her bright cheeks. The gleam in her roommate's eyes set her walking once again to a palace of bliss. She had done good. And the best part was, she genuinely wanted to get to know this funny Uzumaki piano prodigy. Even though she said she wasn't a prodigy, she had to be to get into Ongaku. Tatsuya grinned. A modest prodigy was rare to find!

"Good! You didn't have a choice anyway~" Tatsuya chirped with enthusiasm.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

Hm. So, a new roommate wasn't always a bad thing. He could already imagine Tatsuya crossing her arms and spouting something about shounen ai. Well, unfortunately for her, Tsukino found he was comfortable enough with his new roommate to throw her comments out the window. "Right." Tsukino stood, brushing some dust off of the shoulder of his hoodie. It was the best dinner of the year, excluding the Christmas dinner that everyone usually missed out on. They were all gone to their families, opening expensive presents, dining in the most exclusive locations. Tsukino didn't blame them. He followed Michio out the door, finding his mannerisms quite.. interesting. So, it was true. He really had been financially well off in life. Brunette hair covering his eyes, Tsukino could feel an involuntary smirk coming on, and he shoved his hands in his pockets.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

"Come ooooon, Uzumaki-san! We're gonna be laaaate!" Tatsuya pushed, adjusting the signature bun on her head. That was how, Tsukino had once told her, how he distinguished her in crowds--the bun on her head. Applying pink lip gloss finally, Tatsuya found herself tugging at her roommate's hand and rushing down the hall. She had decided to beat Michio and Tsukino there, and if she didn't beat them, well, it was totally unfair because Michio had a Senior and she didn't. Though, truth be told, she would trade away a Senior for her modest piano prodigy roommate any day. Looking back at her, Tatsuya grinned widely. "We're gonna beat 'em for sure!"

Dragging her poor roommate along, Tatsuya followed all the signs leading to the grand dining room, and stopped when she saw the open doors leading into a warm occasion. Hundreds of tables covered the floor, but there was even enough room for people to walk around. Surely this was the hugest room at Ongaku. Tatsuya's eyes grew large when she stared at the ceiling. Chandeliers. "Holy-- Whoa! Uzumaki-san, isn't that cool?! It's so huge! Everything is! And--" She stared around the room to see people already there, including.. Tsukino and Michio, having sat at a table near the right of the room, having two chairs saved. "Damn it! Those bastards won!" Tatsuya could feel her cheeks growing hot, but the girl shook her head, heaving a sigh. "No matter. We'll win next time, huh, Uzumaki-san?" She stared down at her roommate, who was probably gasping for air by now, but Tatsuya was too oblivious to notice.

When the girls made it to the table, they were greeted with a smile from Tsukino. "Ah, Tatsuya. It's been too long. And this must be your roommate." He grinned, tipping his head at the poor girl next to Tatsuya. "Good evening. Are you alright?" He asked, already assuming the worst. Tatsuya puffed out her cheeks and crossed her arms. "Hey! Why're you asking her that? Hmmm..!" She pouted, turning to look at Michio, puching his shoulder playfully. "Well, you might have beaten us to the dinner, but we beat you to Ongaku in the first place!" Tatsuya teased, taking a seat, noticing all the people starting to file in.
Bahahaha! cx Yay! Lovely post, everyone! There will be a post from me shortly~ <3

And ha, poor Michio. XD
Thank you! After you post, I'll skip ahead to the dinner! <3
@hatakekuro Wow, that was awesome! c: They say that the lower your voice is, the more soothing it sounds!
So I'm assuming that Hiro just has a single room now? Unless you want to reopen Mr Pink's slot in the RP, in which case I'd be happy to shack up with whoever takes his place.

Oh, poor baby, he needs a roommate! If anyone volunteers to fill that slot, they may. I was thinking that @BlackCat would, since they are making another flamboyantly homosexual designer assistant character anyway. c: <3 But if not, if anyone does not volunteer, I would be glad to make another character!

Sorry, but got to drop out of this.

We'll miss you! Was nice having you! c:

Yes, I hope it's okay if sometimes we don't voice act~
I have a family of seven younger siblings and it's ALWAYS loud here.
I very rarely have quiet time unless it's really late at night xD which always isn't the best to write.

That's just fine! c: Sometimes, I just get tired or my family is sleeping and I don't want to disturb them. xD

So quiet. o.o

Too quiet >.> <.<

I'm sorry. ;---; I'm almoooost not busy! I've been dragged to be in a musical, so rehearsals are usually an every day thing. And school and all this extra-curricular super important stuff. But I should be able to post at least once a night! More so whenever we begin the dinner. After a couple of posts or so, we will skip to the beginning of the dinner! :3

And uh, yeah, I love Goro. XD He seems so cute! I would go to an amusement park with that kid! And you know, a nice restaurant with Michael! Handsome fella he is. c:

Sorry I can't get a post up tonight, tomorrow after work/between school and work I will do my best!

No rush! >3< You've been great at helping with this roleplay! I mean, all of you have too of course! <3

That's mostly why I enjoy it LOL.
I feel like Michael and Paris will be able to relate on this.

Michael and Paris definitely would. XD I bet Tatsuya and Hiiragi would rock the hell out! Along with Goro, of course!

c: And Fukatsu would chill.

Annnnd Michio and Tsukino would be like, "Yeah, we're actually kind of normal, so.." .3.
Thank you!

And I finally posted! I'm sorry I didn't voice act for Tatsuya this time. Really tired, and I sound like a dying whale today. v3v I'll try to get the snippets up tomorrow! Proooomise! ^w^

The First Day: An Intro to Ongaku

This girl was.. moe. Her hair was dyed pink and she was polite. She probably would do very good service being a maid at a cafe! Then again, students who dedicated their lives to music or whatever they were at Ongaku for, usually did not have a part-time job unless they wanted to exhaust themselves. She had heard horror stories from students collapsing on the way to class. Tatsuya's hazel eyes scanned the girl once more, and she relaxed into her own bed, watching as Paris unpacked her things. Another thing was, Paris kind of calmed the air down a bit right off the bat. In a way, Paris made her alert and on her toes. Not because of Paris herself, but because of their surroundings. Tatsuya felt.. obliged to help her, protect her. She was just so moe! How could Tatsuya not? Then again.. she dyed her hair pink. She must have some kind of rebellious streak. Or she was dumb, which would give her a hard time getting into the Academy in the first place.

So. Paris Uzumaki dyed her hair pink because she liked pink, and her mother was into French things. "Eh? What am I studying? O-Oh, I'm studying singing and guitar!" There were probably more technical terms for it that her mother liked to brag to the neighbors about, but as far as Tatsuya was concerned, singing and guitar was the reason she was there. "And I know why you're here! Aren't you some piano prodigy or something? I read that you were!"

She grinned, crossing her arms. "Hey, they're having a big dinner to welcome all the newbies this year, and if you don't already know someone here, you should sit with my friends and me! They'd be glad to have you." They better be damn glad to have her. She was a moe maid after all! And she was really pretty! Maybe Michio would finally get a girlfriend. Or Tsukino. But Tsukino would absolutely butcher Paris' confidence, Tatsuya felt. The girl watched her unpack, a twinkle in her eye. Hmm.. Maybe the first potential possibility for her new idea. A piano prodigy.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

The more they spoke of Tatsuya, the more comfortable around his roommate Tsukino felt. He was comfortable anyway given his superior, senior status, but they had something in common and that was a girl that caused them absolute hell. A girl they both loved. Tsukino grinned, leaning back against his headboard and shutting his eyes. Hm. Michio-san might just be qualified to become a new character in his upcoming novel. "Classical violin and piano, huh? And composing and theory?" That was rather common, nothing out of the ordinary in Japan. He could have sworn two roommates ago, that was what his first year roommate was there for. Maybe his first year roommate was less talented than this Michio. Even if he was calm and reserved, he had this air around him that Tsukino couldn't exactly pinpoint, and that was saying a lot considering Tsukino was golden at reading people.

Is that why you like Tatsuya? Because you've felt pain too? Tsukino abruptly stopped himself, his thoughts, his body movements. "Well, that's rather noble. I bet we even have the same taste in music too. I'm the same way." He chuckled, and when asked of his own talents, Tsukino took a deep breath, setting his hands on his lap. "No elusive mystery here. You're correct. I am here for writing and acting. I also draw a bit too, mostly manga for Tatsuya-chan, but I would have rather attended here for acting than drawing, you know?"

Tsukino observed his roommate with an intrigued gleam in his eye, clearing his throat. "Anything I should know about you before we get down to this roommates thing? Any allergies? I eat a lot of junk food and stay up a lot, so if that's a problem, I'll change easily."
@Obscene Symphony &@hatakekuro Yep! :3 And I KICKED THAT FINALS' ASS! >:O Whoo!
