Name and Nickname(?): Amaline Accart (Lina from some friends)
Sex: Female
History: Amaline grew up in the booming metropolis of a SafeZone, Carcassonne, France. Her father was a worker bee at the enormous Carcassone steel manufacturing factory, and her mother was a struggling street musician. The family wasn't living in poverty, but there was always a bit of a struggle to get food on the table. Nonetheless, Amaline was happy with her life. However, the marriage was unhappy, and a divorce tore the family apart when Amaline turned thirteen. Deemed more fit to support her and her kid brother, the father was given custody of the children for three years, until Amaline decided to quit school to join the Lowley Rail Runners Regime at the age of sixteen.
Motivation for Enlisting: To move her kid brother and mother into a better home together using her salary; though, there is another source for her motivation as well.
Special Skill(s): having almost infinite patience; has an eagle's eye for possible malfunctions
Strengths: Reading people; teamwork; steady hands, useful in handling Rail Gear; running
Weaknesses: weak stomach; little physical strength (compared to most other Runners); childish (and secret) fear of the dark
Family: Cain Accart (father), Viviane Accart (mother), Marion Accart (kid brother, age 14)
Origin: France
Description: Wavy auburn hair that reaches below her shoulder blades when left out of its usual bun; button nose that is dusted with fading freckles; pale complexion; small, slender frame; average curves; very light brown, round, large eyes; slim brow; full lips; rounded jaw; stands at about 5 foot, 4 inches.
Just one more thing (that I forgot to mention - again):
Runners are equipped with Runner Gear - a set of dual, nearly indestructable blades holstered inside of two shieths at their hips; cleated combat/running boots that grip to train rails with manual magnetic force, and two nearly indestructable steelgrappling hooks that are activated by pulling a trigger on the hilt of each respective sword. The wires connecting these hooks to the body can be shortened or enlongated at will.
