That would be 3 points of damage. Which ain't that bad when you consider that Brutrumukk weighs 300 lbs and is currently carrying 118.68 lbs of stuff. 
Out of curiosity, does the adventure book say that this encounter is meant to be a plot advancing unwinnable fight or was there a way we could have actually won this had the Bunny Brigands not kicked our asses as hard and as quickly as they have?

Did Gabe move during his turn? Because he would have had to in order to be close enough be as close to Aurora as you described in the post.
