"Okay," Lighthooves said as he continued reading through the newspaper. "So, where are you off to now?"
Miles away in the city of Hurricane, an art exhibit stood on display for the world to see. As a guard walked by, he noticed that the entire exhibit had been vandalized. Nothing taken, nothing missing, but everything turned into a wreck of garbage as if someone wanted to ruin the valuable collection of paintings by Remanebrant. In the middle, holding a used can of spray paint and looking around the room was a masked armored pony taking in and looking over the rim in fine detail.
The guard pony pulled his club and pointed out at the intruder. "I know who you are Vici Veritas. Put your hooves on your head and lay down on the ground."
Vici looked his direction, right in the eyes and shook his head 'no.' As the guard approached him, a smoke pellet caused a massive busy of thick fog to roll around the mysterious figure. When the room cleared, Vici was gone, leaving spray paint and trashed scraps of art prices all over the floor.

"Yeah, eventually it was busted open because she made a sloppy mistake. What I'm saying, it's not just security increase to deal with them."he said and then took a sip.
Lighthooves thinks back. "If my memory serves me right, wasn't there a thief named Rough Diamond who was such a master burglar that, even with police on the scene with a tracking spell on the artifact, they still stole the priceless object?"
"So.... you draw a line at that but not lower penalization crimes?" He said thinking.
Lighthooves looks at him and chicks his eyebrow. "Almost?"
Lighthooves picks up the newspaper and hands it over to him. The headline reads "three banks robbed in two hours. Wanted pony Vici Veritas spotted at all three locations."
Lighthooves looks at him. "So, if a pony like the criminal in the newspapers, Vici Veritas, came to town, you would go against them."
Lighthooves looks at him. "Really? Little a pretty criminal or home invasion burglar?"
Lighthooves smiles as he still puts from his cup. "It's a calm town. Very rare there is ever really a problem."
