• Description: Standing at a small five-foot-one, Ceren is petite and stature and appears extremely fragile and doll-like. Her skin is as pale as porcelain, her eyes as dark as the fading moon, and her hair as bright as the pure fallen snow. She has a lean build and not muscular at all. She has a few places on her body that resemble spider veins, the lines black and jaded.

• Is your character cursed? Were they storm touched or generational storm touched? Ceren has been storm touched and cursed to resemble a porcelain doll. Her skin is as pale, but not exactly as tough as porcelain. Any rough touch results in spider veins lanced about her body circling a small dark patch of skin.

• What ring does your character come from? Ceren comes from the lost fifth ring, but has been outcasted and shamed due to being storm cursed.

• Active Role: While she has lived a life of solitude and poverty, she has a strong yearning to rage against the current goings on in the world. She wishes to be a part of the revolution, but as she is feared by many, she has a very strong feeling that she will be outcasted by the group as well. Yet they will not stop her from standing up for what she believes is right.

• Biography: Born to Destiny and Myrel, Ceren grew up a normal only child in the fifth ring. Her parents were part of the revolution from almost the very beginning, and always pushed their daughter to believe in the underdogs and to always stand up for what was right. That urge was instilled in her from a very young age and it carries with her to this very day. When the storm came for their ring, her parents died trying to protect her. Her mother shielded her, protecting her child's life. But, that didn't stop the storm from laying a curse on the young girl. From the very moment her curse took it's hold, she has been an outcast and living alone and on scraps that she has been able to find. She believes in the work her parents put into the revolution, and is bound and determined to live out their legacy.

Species: Skinwalker

Abilities/Magic: A local witch with the ability to shapeshift into any animal at will. However, if she chooses to shift into a human, she must take a lock of hair from the original. Cameron then has the ability to change shape and walk the Earth looking like a normal human being. Her eyes are the only give away, as they shine brightly in front of a camera. If she needs to shed the identity of the human, it usually leaves a giant puddle of melted skin in her wake.

Skills: Has the ability to retain all the memories of the human being she is wearing, knows all their languages. When changing to an animal, is able to use all of their skills and defenses.

Weaknesses: Bright eyes with a camera, can only retain the skin she is wearing for a few hours. If injured, her blood is black instead of red.

Personality Traits: Reserved but easily provoked. Spiteful. Vindictive.

Backstory: Born Cameron Monzel, an ordinary witch in a small coven, she grew up wanting to be the best. Instead, her older brother was the one to watch. He was adored and loved by all who met him and was destined to be the next leader of their coven. Cameron despised all of the attention that he was getting; she was the better witch and she wanted all the power to herself.

At the tender age of fifteen, she set out to prove herself to be the best. She successfully cursed her brother, causing him to be near death. Instead of the praise she thought she would get for how strong her powers were, she was exiled from the coven. Left alone as a young woman with no coven to protect her, she plotted her revenge. She waited until her brother slowly healed from her curse before one night sneaking into the coven. There, she crept into her brother's bedroom and slashed his throat. Cameron watched him bleed out, unable to scream for help.

Something changed in her that night. A searing pain entered her body as she morphed into a creature of legend. Her bright blue eyes changed into piercing red ones, her body soon developing silky feathers over every inch except her face. Ashamed of her new identity, Cameron stole away into the night and lived a solitary life.

It wasn't until she was near the year one hundred in age that she was approached to join the Council of Night. They needed a monster of each legend to join, and as far as Cameron was concerned, she was the only skinwalker in the area that she knew of. Tired of being alone and desperately needing a new coven, she accepted the offer.

Name: Reika

Age: Twenty-one

Gender: Female

Appearance: In normal form, stands at a mere five foot one and has a slender build. She has dingy brown hair and bright orange eyes that can pierce your soul. Freckles are speckled all over her pale nose and face, creating the illusion that she is much younger than she appears. In wolf form, her coat is pure white speckles with black streaks. Her paws and tail are a dark gray in color.

Reika wears comfortable clothes, usually a simple tunic and a pair of breeches, items that she can easily hide or carry. She becomes nude when she shifts into a wolf, and shifts back. A red, hooded cloak is usually hidden with her belongings as well.

Personality: Although part of her is a pack animal, Reika has been on her own for many years, so therefore is very solitary in nature. She tends to stay to herself and is reserved, but once she becomes comfortable with another being her entire personality changes. Reika will become loving and clingy and fiercely protective of those closest to her. She is extremely loyal. In the face of danger, you will never find somebody as calm and courageous. She will gladly go to all ends of the world to protect those she cares about.

Most Prominent Virtue: Fortitude

Skills/Abilities: Can shapeshift into a wolf. Once transformed, has all the abilities and skills of a normal wolf. In her natural form, she has not been able to transform into any other animal, but has found that she is extremely good at mocking the noises of any animal known.

Weaknesses: Is totally and completely vulnerable as a basic human in her natural form. Is not a fighter despite her courageous nature. Does not know hand to hand combat and is not skilled in the use of a weapon.

Goals(besides saving the world): Learning how to shapeshift into any other animal, becoming skilled in combat, finding other shapeshifters like herself.

Fears: Being hunted and slayed as wolves are seen as ferocious enemies to the land. And, although she is solitary at first, she does have a fear of being forgotten. Also fears not being strong enough to protect anybody that is near to her.

What did you think about the dream/the world's manifestation of herself? Did you think you were dreaming?: Reika definitely thought it was all one big joke. How could a small being such as herself save the world? Though, as she thought about it, she knew that it was something she had to be a part of. If the world needed protecting, she would gladly step into the line of fire for it. Innocent people are worth protecting.

Why do you want to save the world? Money, Fame, Just General Good Will?: Reika just wants to be someone bigger than herself. Wants to be a part of something that is grand in scale, that she can pass on to other shapeshifters.

Standing at a reasonable five foot five, Delaney has long blonde hair that falls to her mid-back. She has piercing blue eyes that off set her tanned skin. Her body is slim and toned, not overly athletic but definitely works out to maintain her figure. She is usually always dressed in comfortable clothing, yet will always splurge on a dress if it's a special occasion.

Delaney is always the first to laugh at a joke, or make one to calm a tense situation. She is only truly serious when it comes to her work, but even then she's seen making hand balloons out of gloves for the children. Making friends comes easy to her as she is very easy-going and sociable. She loves a good time and enjoys her tequila shots, usually partying til the wee hours of the morning when she isn't on call. As her mother's side is Italian, Delaney can be loud, obnoxious, and always speaks with her hands. As her job demands it, she is always the calm in the storm and can take on a leadership role when necessary.

Growing up in the pacific Northwest, Delaney is the only child to Emme and Grant Barlowe. She grew up in a relatively small town that hardly ever saw a sunny day. Her parents were well off, her mother being a Chemistry professor at the local community college and her father a beloved Pediatrician. Delaney did not want for anything and just flowed through life without a care in the world.

Everything changed when she was fifteen years old. Her adored father was killed in a drunk driving accident and life seemed to fall apart at the seams. Her mother never recovered from the loss and had a mental breakdown, leaving Delaney to move in with her party hungry, twenty one year old aunt Sadie. The two had to learn how to grow up together and it often found Delaney doing odd side jobs to help her aunt pay for bills.

Unbeknownst to her, at the age of eighteen Delaney was awarded a trust-fund that her parents had created for her college education. She quickly decided to go to medical school and after her preliminaries was accepted into Stanford Medical. After completing her schooling she was accepted into residency at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. There is where she stayed on and accepted a prestigious role in their emergency department.

Today she resides in Rochester, Minnesota in a comfortable bungalow, alone and without any worries. After several years of working, she has decided to use some of her earnings and trust-fund to vacation in the sun.

It's more like they have one specific virtue that they've used/developed even more than all the other virtues they have, and fortunately, it's something that could be used to keep them and their party going on their quest to save the world, as well as helping them give hope back to the people around them(and it doesn't even have to be a civilian; it could be an enemy/antagonist, if you're clever enough!). It's something useful for that whole thing like bravery, trust, or love, and not "showing up early to things" or "knowing how to spend money wisely", if you catch my drift! xD

Okay, everyone, two questions:

1. Do you want a CS now or later? Having it now will help you all start to think about your characters ahead of time, while having it later will help anyone who joins after you guys(and before I make the OOC) have more room to ask questions about shit like the lore, without the pressure of making a character immediately after they read the IC pitch. Then again, I'm not exactly in a rush for you guys to make characters, so I don't know.

2. Should I make a Discord where you guys can talk amongst yourselves about character ideas and maybe come up with ideas about this world's lore/places/NPCs related to your characters, or do you all think that the IC/eventual OOC will be enough for that?
