Wandering into the building and quickly disappearing the Faechild Finick quickly made his way to the top floor his hands retrieving a piece of chalk from his back pocket. "This place seems nice." He said with a small smile before he began to write quickly marking one wall with a simple promise. "I will keep the top floor clean and tidy if you give me mastery over it." He wrote before replacing the chalk in his pocket and placing his hands together like he was praying. Holding the pose for a moment or two he then smiled and swiped his hand across the chalk his contract accepted and his powers further enhanced. "Alright lets get this place looking like new." He commented to himself before inspecting the rest of the upper floor not even bothering to open any doors as he seemed to simply walk through them. "First things first, a wet rag to clean up those chalk marks."

Quickly losing interest in Kel Finick's gaze next fell on Roxy as he almost leaped forward suddenly before her on one knee as he spouted out french. "Ma dame, vous êtes aussi belle comme le ciel de la nuit et aussi élégant que les étoiles qui la traverser. (in english: My lady, you are as beautiful as the night sky and as elegant as the stars which cross it. (also forgive me if it is wrong I am lazy and use google translate))" Beseeching the woman for only a few moments though Finick soon seemed to realise where he was and what he was doing as he straightened up and dusted himself off. "Ahem... sounds like a most noble pursuit, if you might lead the way?"

Appearing surprised for a moment when Kel interrupted his conversation Finick took a step back before shrugging his eyes closing briefly before he opened them again and revealed that they were now a different color the iris having changed to aa bright yellow instead of the old dark amber color. "If one does not wish to have his conversation overheard one wouldn't have it in public now would they?" He asked as he cocked his head to the side looking quizzically at Kel. "And I have a name you know, it is rather rude to refer to me as Red after I gave you my title?" He added after a second really enjoying these strange people he had come across.

Seeing Sonja jump at his appearing Finick was suddenly fascinated by the poor guy the fae quickly closing the distance between the two of them and honestly getting a little bit to close. "The name is Finick Quick, I make deals. You wouldn't happen to want something would you?" He said as his hood fell back first showing off more of his strangely intense red hair but then also the delicately pointed ears that marked him as a fae his passive magic able to conceal these abnormalities from the common man but it's unusual magic useless against those that knew there was things beyond the realm of normalcy. "And who might you be?"

Slowly walking out of the darkness and in step with the group Finick couldn't help but smirk his impossibly white teeth flashing briefly in the light. "Plenty of room I hear? Where might you all be going by chance?" He asked his tone inquisitive and his eyes sparkling with an impish glee.his feet almost seeming to never touch the ground and he looked from one person to the next casually seeking the answer to his question even though he had never been invited to the conversation.

Name: Finick Quick
Age: Appears around 17 or 18 actual age is unknown due to his "condition"
Race: Fae
gender: Male
Skills: Fast talker and even faster driver Finick has a way with words and while he is generally lacking in the physical department, and his mouth has a tendency toward gets him places others would deem unmanageable his powers generally can get him out of any situation.
Ability: The Power of the Contract
This ability while simple in nature has proven it's usefulness time and time again. The base concept is that Finick can make any deal, and this does not mean he can make people unwilling to deal accept his proposals instead it means that the strange Fae child can make deals to edit with reality.
Examples of this include making a deal with fire to gain the ability to throw fireballs or with the concept beauty to look fabulous, but it can also be used in conjunction with other mortals/supernaturals to give them whatever they desire in life. The problem is that with these deals come costs, such as setting the whole block on fire in exchange for the fireballs or spending the next month as a local museum to appease beauty.
Appearance:

Personality: Cocky and talkative Finick sees himself as the hero of a modern day fairy tale and he shows it in his actions. His obsession with contracts though have often times gotten him mistaken for a devil of some kind though and this is not helped by his hedonistic attitude. All in all though he tried his best to be a nice guy always being there with a scroll of paper and a extensive contract whenever people are in need.
Backstory: Born a normal human Finick got the attention of the Fae at an early age the strange otherworldly people taking him in (kidnapping him) at the age of 16. From that point on his life was filled with magic and mystery as they made him one of their own. Starting off as a lowly changeling (part fae) his power quickly took hold and advanced him to the level of a noble Fae and with that he decided it was time to return to the mortal realm. He found it to be much different from when he left it, gone were the massive unexplored lands and potato farms of his homeland and replacing them were highways and skyscrapers... he couldn't say he missed them though as he made his way into this world of new experiences intent on making his mark upon the world.

Yet here I am on some message board I found via google, hopefully it leads somewhere entertaining.

As for me I am a young 20 something male with a tendency towards monologuing, my characters in general range in age, species, and determiner and while I like to use descriptive words I generally stick to one or two paragraphs per post simply for simplicity and speed of posts. In general I like to think of myself as fairly accommodating and while I find this whole introduction thing fun I think I will just jump right in. Expect to see me around.
