I'm definitely one of those people who never changes their avatar or signature and I'm 100% ok with that.

I'm not sure what I did to lure you here but I do apologize and I also would like to welcome you to my page. Now with the pleasantries aside, a bit about me.

I have been role playing for about 3 maybe 4 years now, I love writing and I spend a lot of free time doing just that. I also spend a lot of time that is meant to be for work writing but that's another story. I live in the American midwest (think great lakes region) so that should give you an idea of my timezone. That being said I am often up at many hours of the night, or morning depending on your point of view.

I am indeed a girl and she/her whatever works.

I was going to wait for someone else to post but screw that, its been two days that's way too long.
Despite the gravity of the situation and what the mysterious text could mean Gwen couldn't help but giggle when Gio's phone went off. She was trying really hard to be serious as this was a serious situation but she couldn't help it. She was smiling a bit now, "The text we all just received, I'm assuming we all got it because the odds of it being a coincidence are astronomical, changes things a bit. It means what we are looking for is some where under the city. We don't have a lot of time, only a week. I imagine its going to get harder to look for whatever we are looking for as our changes progress. But we'll just have to come back, we can't live in the underbelly of the city and we don't have the time to wait for the TARDIS." Gwen stood up, "I'd like to talk to other people in the hotel but we don't really have time for that and I haven't seen anyone else staying on this floor." She looked as if she might have stumbled upon an unsettling realization. "We should leave, I can take another person on my bike if need be." She grabbed the complementary note pad and wrote the address on a few of pages. "I'm giving you the address because I'm leaving, right now. Whoever wants to go with me, speak now or forever hold your peace."
I'm not sure of the connection you're making. I'm say we should suspend our disbelief in the validity of the police situation in order to move on. I could be missing the point of your comment entirely but from my understanding of the phrase as well as explanations from several online sources and a living breathing intellectual source, that comment makes no sense. However it is in everyone's best interests to put up the white flag. You win, this isn't worth arguing over.

I apologize to everyone who witnessed this, it was unprofessional on my part at least.
Gwen was on the other side of couch, she put her helmet too for a good measure, they wouldn't know her face but if she ever wore a black bikers helmet they'd know her. Not everything about a roleplay should be completely realistic whenever possible, the point of RPing is to sort of escape reality. I mean if we have no problem with people turning into fictional characters why are these two police men causing so many issues. If we don't move on soon this will be the death of the RP. I didn't make the situation any better and I apologize for that, but if we sit around pointing out stupid mistakes we will never get any where.

This wasn't meant to be mean, I'm just kind of tired of being hung up on something that doesn't even matter.
Sorry to take over the situation like that but somebody had to do something, other than run away. Also if Sarah is still alive, now would be a really good time for her to wake up. If there's no body and no people no one will believe the police.
Now, Gwendolyn had never had a problem with the police, heck, the only time she had ever met them was when her parents disappeared. They asked her questions and then they never came back, no news, nothing. However, Celty was a completely different person. She was afraid of a few fictional police men and hated the rest. So when Gwendolyn put on a darkened version of her helmet, launched herself over the couch and flipped the guy over her shoulder before he even got a word out, it wasn't really her. It was Celty, and Gwendolyn was cooperating. They knocked the guy out, took his taser and communicator before locking him in the bathroom. The two could have been described as lethal, the way the emotionlessly tracked down the other cop, tased him, took his stuff and dragged him and Gio back to the hotel room. There was an increase of black smoke around Celty, yet it didn't seem to bother the smoke alarms. She locked the door and threw the other cop in the bathroom, breaking the door knob for a good measure.

Just as Celty had come she was gone, the black smoke disappeared and Gwendolyn's eerie silence was broken, "We cant stay here." She slammed her helmet down on the table, "Even if Sarah were to wake up there would be questions, exams, more questions, more government, they would lock us up and we'd probably never see the light of day again, then they would experiment on us and if you were lucky you'd die and it would be over." She sighed, "Even if that's not what they would decide to do I don't want to risk it. We are not monsters." She threw herself into a chair. "I have a beach house North of here, its surrounded by woods and in the middle of nowhere. The cops haven't seen my face, they wont look for us there." Her eyes then rested on the TARDIS, "We'll have to leave Sarah and the TARDIS behind unless David is willing to wait here until it becomes real. Sarah's body will have to be left in the TARDIS either way, incase she is actually alive. We are going to have to leave in the next hour, the cops didn't report this to the station yet so we have time, but not much. Does anyone have any issues?"
"PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER GIO!" Gwendolyn roared, she almost threw her helmet she was so mad. "We all are about to have serious issues, but think rationally for one goddamned second. My character has no head. SHE HAS NO FUCKING HEAD." She took a deep breath in, "I still have my head, this means that the changes aren't complete, Sarah might not me dead... yet." Gwendolyn approached the couch, Sarah looked dead, like super dead. It was kind of weird for her, she had never really seen a dead body but this one felt especially dead. It was probably the dagger that was lodged in the woman's skull that really emphasized how dead she looked. Gwendolyn didn't really want to touch her so she began to call. "Hey Sarah, you should get up now. People are starting to freak out. I mean, what would room service say if they found a dead body in our room. Boy wouldn't that be awkward." She chuckled nervously. No answer.

Hesitantly, Gwendolyn touched Sarah's shoulder. It was ice cold. Swallowing her nervousness she began to shake Sarah's shoulder lightly. "Come on, I'm really trying to keep it together here." She whispered quietly, only Sarah would have heard this.
"Were you even listening, out of everyone here my changes are the most minor. A small compensation for the huge changes I face in the future." She sighed, "Getting breakfast in our current states will likely alarm people, its too realistic. There is a difference between a really good cosplay and the actual character. Only an idiot would completely miss the change. The only people really suitable to leave the apartment are the Doctor and I, and even he might need a change of clothes." She then gave Gio a tired look, "For breakfast you suggested a steakhouse and Chinese takeout. For breakfast. What do people eat for breakfast? Breakfast foods, not steak or Chinese." She massaged her temples. "The crazy in here is getting out of control. It really isn't a good idea for us all to leave, being in the situation we are in. But, I wont stop you from coming along, just make sure you all are decent. Please think of the children." Gwendolyn picked up her helmet and turned to leave. She wasn't going to wait around very long for them, she was bound to go insane if she was in there much longer.
Gwendolyn caught her reflection in her helmet she looked the same, she didn't really feel any different. "I'm not sure what you all are talking about..." Even her voice sounded normal, obviously she was exempt to whatever was going on. She began to scoot away nervously, this was too crazy. She stopped and thought for a moment. Her motorcycle suit fit a little too well and it now instead of reflecting light it somehow absorbed it. She swallowed nervously and tried to pull off one of her gloves, it didn't move at all. Her breath caught in her throat, she just wanted to take the stupid gloves off. As the thought passed through her mind the gloves vanished into a strange black smoke that eventually dissipated. Her hands were pale, sharply contrasting her tanned face. She swallowed slowly, she was beginning to grasp what this meant. She zipped down her suit to her collar bone. There was a thin black line, separating the pale skin from her normal skin tone. Black smoke came from this line, it was almost like a shadow. "C-celty doesn't have a head." she murmured to herself, fearing the worst she pushed her head, as if to remove it from her shoulders. It remained attached to her body, she sighed in relief.

Zipping her suit back up, she looked to the others, "It appears my changes are minor for the time being. Your realism might scare people, so if you want I can go get breakfast." Her suit had already morphed into a turtle neck and pants, it was hardly a change as Gwendolyn could barely do more than eliminate the zipper and make the one piece into two.
Gwendolyn could see rays of sunlight under the door. It was finally morning and she was hiding in the closet. Late last night she had come over from the hotel room next door to see why they were making so much noise and to ask them to keep it down. She had not expected to be invited in. By the point she joined the party most of them seemed pretty wasted. For whatever reason she was now hiding in the closet, she didn't remember having a single drink but her memory was still oddly fuzzy. She was in her cosplay outfit which made sense because she decided to take a late night motorcycle ride for kicks. She decided to leave before anyone noticed she was there.

Grabbing her helmet, Gwendolyn pushed he door open very slowly. Peeking around the room it seemed like no one was awake yet. She began to tiptoe carefully across the floor, inching closer and closer to the door. She was almost there when she heard a voice, too close for comfort. Slowly turning around she saw a man lying on the couch he was facing the opposite direction messing around with some sort of metal looking claw. Gwendolyn took another tentative step backwards, luckily there was a slice of pizza right under her heel. She fell dropping her helmet, which rolled away and knocked over some bottles. If there was anyone still asleep they were probably awake now.
