Seichi, realizing he was still standing up, sat down in a seat nearest to him. He slouched down slighty in his seat still trying to keep a good posture (his mom's lectures flashing through his mind). Seichi silently scanned the Genins making many mental notes in his head about the ones he has seen so far. His eyes shot up when what appeared to be his Sensei finally arrived. Seichi let out internal giggle at the sight of his Sensei. He had an obvious look of laziness but had an aura of confidence you could feel, Seichi found that funny for some reason. He was extra curious as to what he would teach a group so big and diverse.

Seichi listened to his Sensei go talk until a waitress came with a tray of Dango that was quickly subtracted with his Sensei's quick claim of three sticks. Seichi also unable to hold in his hunger grabbed two sticks and gulped down the two simultaneously. He left the sticks protruding from his mouth trying to savor the flavor.

Minutes later more people would arrive, a thin pale girl came who seemed to be familiar with another black haired girl. Seichi scanned the girl noticing her height and making note of it.

Another female had arrived, frail and had a much tanner skin color with dark blonde hair. Seichi smiled slightly just in case he was caught staring at her. He always did have a staring problem which many disliked.

A little later, another scarlet-haired boy had arrived. Seichi nodded back the boys previous acknowledgment.

"What a colorful bunch." Seichi said to himself.

Seichi walked leisurely with his hands stuffed in his pockets as his instructions echoed in his head. Not much information was given to him other then to meet up with other Genin and his Sensei at a restaurant. As the thought of restaurant clipped into his mind, his stomach growled violently. "Hopefully our this Sensei will be treating us." He jokingly thought to himself grinning satisfyingly. The wind blew across Seichi's wild black hair, making it move tail-like. He pulled his occupied hands out of his pockets to brush his hair back but quickly flinched half-way up, gripping his left shoulder as a sharp pain shot through it. As the pain quickly dispersed and eased, he remembered the training he went through with his dad which left him exhausted the other day. He respected his father deeply but disliked his training methods. As hard as rigorous as they were, he always felt his dad was holding back on him, always shrugging off whenever Seichi would ask him to teach him something advanced.

As Seichi turned another corner, he saw the restaurant in sight and started to pick up his pace. A feeling of anxiousness crept in a sense that he was nervous about meeting other Genin but, also excited to see all the different experience and people. As he near-entered the restaurant he heard the sound of a soft rumbling stomach. He then spotted another boy, about his age but appeared younger, blushing in embarrassment.

"That makes two of us." Seichi said patting his stomach with a closed fist. He approached the boy and grinned widely, showing off his cat-like mischievous features. "Were you told to come here to?" He asked hoping to get a conversation going.

Appearance: Seichi has a regular size build and a height of 5"8. He has thick, black hair which hovers right above his shoulder and piercing blue eyes with an excited and energetic look to them. He also has a mischievous type face and smile which usually gives off the wrong impression to strangers. On his ears he has four piercings, two on top; two on the bottom ear lobe. He is also commonly seen with his signature face marking, a black line that extends from his eyes to ears.

He is commonly wearing his dark-blue jacket open with a fishnet shirt on the inside. He wears at his legs tight ninja joggers, one side taped in bandages, rolled up to above his ankles and black ninja slippers. He wears his headband tied to his right arm. On his arms he wears long black gauntlets that cover the back of his hand.

Personality:
Seichi in most cases is a cool-headed kid. He usually is in thought with himself and if ever in conversation he tends to keep things casual, vaguely expressing his thoughts or emotions. When in intense and/or heated situations he becomes a more exuberant type character. Usually in these cases he is louder and more obnoxious, in some descriptions may be seen as insane as tends to take risky actions. In either cases he's seen neither positive or negative and usually is a fence-sitter on issues.

With others he works hard to always be the peace-maker and only tells people what he feels they need to hear. His parents always taught him to be polite so he in many instances can come off as too easy-going and/or a pushover.

History:Seichi was raised in a basic child-like lifestyle but idolized mainly his father, Shusuke Hino. His father being the only ninja he ever knew and got to talk to regularly. Even at a young age, Seichi would beg his father to train him and even though they were basic routines he valued every minute of it. It was was until his father was unable to continue his Shinobi work due to his near-fatal injury while on an A-Rank Mission. His father, now being unable to do simple tasks, is what pushed Seichi to work even harder and become a Shonibi just like his father was once. As much as his Mother and Father insisted he not pursue something that big, his goal was still set. His drive and enthusiasm is what then led his father to spend most of his time crafting and studying weapons even though he had many handicaps.

"My arms still work! Come on now!" He would always say as he deflected Seichi's kunai attack while sitting. Seichi would later take that skill with him in his Academy days. In the Academy, Seichi was a regular non-standout student. He was not the best, but he was also not the worst. He mainly favored weapon training/classwork/tests and excelled in the area.

Upon finally becoming a Genin, his drive increased and his ambition to be like his father grew too.

Twin Dragon Tantos

Two Tantos which Seichi favors to use in combat. They are light and easy to carry which give Seichi an advantage when it comes to speed and power. He mainly carries it on one side of his belt.

Description:

Weakness:
Most powerful jutsu in arsenal and only effectively useful once a day. Due to his low chakra levels it only last 3-5 minutes before the lightning disperses.

Description:
The technique starts Seichi throwing a barrage of Kunai and/or shuriken and depending on which projectiles are off target he is able to use his increased speed of the jutsu to recover the projectile and launch them back correctly. This is effective for fighting those with blind spots because it attacks from most angles.

Weakness:
Heavy Toll on body once complete and lasts until all remaining projectiles have stopped moving.

Description:
Once handseals are done Seichi puts his hand down and creates an eletric current on the ground which then starts to emit clones from their paths. This is mainly a defensive move with about 10-15 clones

Weakness:
Clones cannot move or interact with anything. A simple touch causes them to disperse.

@SayZun Just one thing...those are tanto not daggers. Just sayin. Was literally the only thing bugging me as I was reading xD

EDIT: Well they are a type of dagger but I've roleplayed a lot of sword based combat and tanto is the common term.
