Sazama woke up to the sound of the teacher's voice, she hardly paid any attention to what he was saying mostly due to the fact that there was an unpleasant smell lurking in the air. It wasn't until Aki who sat in front of her, stood up and gave an introduction. He sat down and pulled out a book who's title she could hardly make out. The room went silent, Sazama looked around and saw that it was her turn to give an introduction. She stood up pinching her nose and only faced Mr. Yoshida, "Hello...my name is Sazama Nyko. You can call me Saz if you'd like. Um... I'm not good at expressing my emotions but I'm happy to be here with you all..." She turns to the class and slightly bows, still pinching her nose. Back to her seat, she immediately lays her head face down on her blanket-pillow to cover up her nose but stays awake to hear everyone else give their introductions.

Pretty much all that has happened so far is that The Birds (Tom, Savannah, James) raid the White House that belongs to the White House Group for supplies. Sean who was unaffiliated with any of the groups who turns up and turns out he was hired by the WHG for a job once but was never paid. He is there to get back what he should have gotten paid for but ends up getting into a scuffle with the Birds. In the end they invite him into The Birds which he accepts. Meanwhile Eliza, an officer, tries to escape to another base (Capital Building) with important info on the WHG but get caught by the Birds. They search her and Savannah finds and photographs the documents (which has been coded) without Eliza knowing. Tom agrees to not harm her any further but instead forces her to have a meeting with them. The "infected" break through causing them all to band together and escape. 2 seemingly intelligent and overpowered infected appear and almost captures Tom. Luckily they all manage to recover him and finally escape from the White House. We left off with The Birds figuring out a place to go for a "meeting" since they don't want to give away their hideout while Eliza is planning to leave with the information.

It would only be right to plot something against them since they were the reason the White House Group lost the White House in the first place. But right now they were out and the Birds seemed to have their hands full. "Well since this day has been ruined no thanks to you all, I'm going to take my leave." She looks around for any remaining guards to escort her to the capitol building.
