@Hael: Sorry.
@HaelIt's not anything we cant work out, and what blank spot?

I think Hael means the territory south-west of the Fuso colonies (next to my colonies, which doesn't change the situation, though I guess isn't as bad because our colonies there are less condensed)
@ClocktowerEchos Explicitly: PRK, Ceresia, Verendes.
That's another part I take issue with, Hael is basically forcing me, Voltus, Willy, and you, to have invaded him in the past. Based on the way our Ceres Sea borders are I just don't see an alternative.

Which is confusing, given if he's even marginally industrialized as he claims with such an immense and in large part fertile land to draw a huge population from, he'd be able to oust everyone on numbers alone.

I mean he could literally have tech from 1900 and still oust all of us zerg rush style, which makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Actually, there is one way this might have worked. We all ganged up on him in a big colonial alliance, similar to the Eight Nation Alliance against China. This would be pretty funny considering my nation itself is based partly off Qing China. (Though even then, it would require him to not be fully industrialized)

Well, as @Hael's immediate neighbour, I am actually alright with the size, its more the
But I shall continue to be super-industrial!

part. I mean, I am still modernizing, meaning the nation that I have apparently been colonizing ontop of is not only the size of the worlds USSR but is just as advanced as it (And therefore more so than I am...).. I mean, how have I even been able to colonize if my target is so advanced?

@Hael: If you want to remain that large and industrial, could you at least say that you are rapidly industrializing like I am rather than already so? Or alternatively, the regions I have colonized were part of other nations that weren't you? (Otherwise, I have somehow been able to fight a technologically superior nation, win and then start colonizing you)

In other news: I have added a new government description to my sheet as well as added new stuff to history timeline.
Alright so, Cyclone and I have created a new piece of history.

As of now, the reason the Gnomes fled their original island homeland in the south-west is because my naga went and invaded it two centuries ago.

As such, here is the new map of the world with the gnomish homeland part of the Ceresian Empire. Currently speaking the Gnomish population is aiming for a free gnomish state (a la Israel).

@Willy Vereb So, how would you like to go about history between the Sacred and Heavenely Empires?

THINGS THAT I AM CONSIDERING FOR CERESIAN HISTORY:
#1: A gigantic invasion of that old Not!Rome (Old Morovian Empire?) using sea monsters and trident wielding-naga a millenia or three ago, act like a common enemy for all the main civilizations in the past
#2: Some kind of ancient binding treaty that allows the elves to hold those islands in the Ceres Sea. Possibly there was some ancient alliance against a common enemy and the Ceresians gave those islands as a reward. This is probably a better explanation that military concessions since I am already giving concessions to other nations in recent history.
#3: A war against a player in the past that I actually won (Any volunteers?)
Its official, Hans Landa really likes this RP.

(Added my first armour and ordnance)
First parts of history and relations added, I am now officially Naga underwater!Qing China.
