Speaking of for this character's background I was thinking of having him be a faunus, eagle to be exact hence the white hair color and the appearance pic has metallic wings on the back...I was thinking maybe I could use that???

He smiled "Sure, the box is the lightest load, it's mostly snack foods, some are healthier but anything really good that was down there was...well... not good anymore." He chuckles and hands her the box, keeping the two cases of water he walks in behind Chase. "I can't believe there was stuff down there, one of the fridges though was on the fritz so nothing in it was salvageable, and the walk in freezer was turned off, I think someone had used it as a safe-room, there was a cot among other living area items in there..." he looked away feigning regret "I searched a little for the previous occupant on my way back, I found him dead, claw marks and the like, no sign of the demon though, but with the way the markings were it definitely just seemed like a lesser one." He sets the water down on the table, grabbing one and sitting in the chair with his leather coat. He looked out the window, idly fiddling with his necklace again "I like thunder and lightning storms, it's something about them. It's like a symphony playing, the rain the is all the instruments building up to the crescendo then, well you know." He says chuckling, almost to emphasis his point another lightning cracked and thunder roared. He chuckled "I miss orchestras and symphonies. Well most of the finer things in life I miss, the cost for it all not so much." He chuckles again.

Xavier sighed and chuckled "Alright then I'm gonna go looking for supplies in here." He says grabbing his sword and restrapping it on, he steps over the salt circle, mentally flinching and kept walking like nothing happened. He walked down the hall, yawning a bit and walked down the stairs into the apartments kitchen. He started raiding, pantries, refrigerators, and storage spaces. He found a few cases of water, luckily some ice, as this hotels electric must be coming froma generator, sadly no food was really salvageable and the only ones that were, was junk food. He leans against a wall and shakes his head "We're all going to get fat if we aren't careful." He jokes to himself, he finds some bags and boxes, loads them up with the stuff and starts carrying it back. He moves his shoulder and taps the door with his sword, "Hey got a decent bit of foodstuffs and two cases of water." He says waiting for someone to open the door. He shook his head again smiling, he was thoroughly amused with how this all has turned out so far.

Physical Description:

Personality: Cipher is extremely jaded when it comes to people, being a victim of prejudice all his life lead him to see others with a very skewed viewpoint.

Extent of Cybernetics: Both of his arms are cybernetics as well as both of his eyes, and wings leaving them as lethal weapons and a shield, has a jetpack fueled by crystalline red dust.

Cybernetic Design Flaw: Must always wear protective eyewear to keep his over sensitive ocular implants from over exerting themselves. without their protective sheath, an important part of his arms servos (haha get it) are exposed. The wings were designed to act as a shield for the user and for the jetpack, the jetpack having crystalline dust inside if the protective plating was damaged could lead to an explosion. Jetpack is not part of the Vagrant cybernetics however.

Favored Dust: Lightning dust, fire dust for the jetpack

Weapon: Twin gunblades, will have pic of it. (yes I know it's FFXIII but this is literally the one good thing about the game is the gunblade) This sucks cause I wanted to use the rifle sword from Phantasy star 0 but could not find a decent pic of it. Razor sharp wing blades used in flight in conjunction with his gunblade in it's gun mode.

Bio: Cipher was born midst a changing and prejudiced world...well that's how he would describe it. As a Faunus he's been ridiculed and bullied all his life, as a bird Faunus (eagle) his wings felt like a symbol of pride for him, they were big, powerful, and beautiful in his and his parents eyes. But that wasn't the case when he was around the humans, they mocked him, ridiculed him, just because of his most prized feature. He didn't understand back then why they did, that. His parents joined the White Fang, and being their dutiful son he joined as well. His parents were extremely vocal about their beliefs and the beliefs of the White Fang, and when the Fang started being more violent,
they still backed the Fang. Cipher was in school when it happened, humans torched their home and killed his parents in cold blood, they weren't fighters, they didn't stand a chance, but because they backed the White Fang especially after the organization grew violent. They and their son suffered for it. Being alone and on his own Cipher did everything to survive, becoming a thief and all around thug in the streets of his home town. He started owing money to a group of low lifes and that is when his life went down hill from there he joined beacon to get way from them and was safe for a time, well to say he joined would be silly, he was recruited by Glynda after he had helped her fend off a pack of beowolves and Ursa attacking her. Using his father's gunblades to do so. his father was a weapon maker before he died, he calls them his father's because he doesn't feel they are his despite Cipher's father making them for him. He felt safe and secure in Beacon despite the prejudice and slowly started accepting that not all humans are assholes. During a mission he was ambushed and attacked by people from the crime boss he owed. They wanted Dust and he wasn't going to get it for them, so they tortured him and viciously attacked him, leaving him when a grimm came into view, Cipher was already in bad shape, broken ribs, broken wings, and many of his fingers were broken. It was a one sided fight, the Grimm was decimating him, the beast tearing off one of his arms, and clawing his wings, the last two to go were his eyes and his other arm as he shoved it into the beasts mouth and fired his gun, the beast chomped down on his arm and it's teeth being blown out of it's mouth from the blast blinded him. He was found alive, barely by the people heading team SRVO, he was given the name Vagrant due to his seedier background and dealings.

Non combat skills: Is a great cook (lol I know what use is that but hey some of us need to eat), amazing scout. has eyesight and hearing of an eagle, meaning he can see and hear far more than other people.

Other: Cipher isn't his real name, he gave himself that name before the attack that crippled him but after he lost his parents.

Corvain let the engineer work, he knew what to do with his armor, but the man was well paid to do this type of work. So instead he cleaned and sharpened his sword, and made sure his gun was well taken care of as well. That night he wouldn't get much sleep, and instead stayed up and practiced his magic outside of the town, focusing on his lightning based attacks, quick drawing his gun and firing electrically charged rounds had gotten easy over the years. But his all around mastery was still low, he could only hold a weak stream of lightning for a couple minutes, and anything stronger lacked any sort of range at all. He sighed and sat on a rock looking at the town, he didn't know what he was doing here, yeah he was the finest marksman and second best knight in his kingdom, but compared to the others and their abilities he wasn't much help. He growled and kept at his training, even when dawn broke in the early morning, he was still outside, working on his magical abilities. Hoping that through sheer force of will he'd make some headway.
