Despite Damien not laying a finger on him during their fight, Taka felt like he had been dealt a beating. Memories he could not fully remember were drowning his other senses, his attacks not as accurate nor as hard-hitting as he normally had them be. As a result, his spells would be reflected back towards him and his strikes would be sidestepped, exhausting him both mentally and physically. He was about to consider dishing one of the more dangerous attacks among his arsenal when suddenly, support came through a Dark Corridor. Taking this open window of opportunity, the Nobody decided that Drake was right, that it'd be in his best interest to return back to the ship to come up with a better strategy for dealing with this new enemy.

Taka was teleported back to the ship, correct? Would it be fair to say that he received a decent amount of damage from (offscreen) fighting Damien?

Seeing how Dremkick was acting so suddenly violent, Morgan decided to act on her intuition and throw herself at Dremmick, using the momentum of her tackle to move him off the woman and tether him to the floor via his shadow. Then, before he woman tried anything while her back was turned, Morgan quickly placed her hand on the floor, connecting her shadow to the woman's, causing the same tethering effect to her.
"Terra, I suggest you do something similar to Ris, and quickly. Whatever is causing Dremmick to behave abnormally must have to be connected to the spikes from earlier. If my hunch is right, Ris will begin acting very similar.." Morgan theorizes. She wishes no ill will unto her guildmatee, but soon enough, their actions may not be their own.

I don't mind at all! It's my own fault for being inactive the past few days. Normally I find catching up in RPs to be tedious, but because of the plot for this one and just the wonderful writing in general, it's a blast reading everything that has occurred in my absence.

I can't recall the last time I fought against something that wasn't a Heartless or Nobody, so forgive me if I'm a bit rusty...I'll try my best not to disappoint an elder." Taka responds, hastily summoning his blade as though he were about to begin some sort of fighting exam. Pieces of his true memories floated into focus, resulting in more garbled dialogue. However, he could not place a name to this voice. "Taka..*zzrt*..as your *zzrt*...I ask you to protect *zzrt*...even if your life is *zzrt*..that is my mission for you..."
