Interested as well.
Sakura watched as the ball of light flew inside her. There was a sudden shiver as it felt like all her muscles were contracting at the same time, but she soon went back to normal. Huh. Weird. And then she was off, wheeling herself on the heels of the rest of the faculty.

Still tail-end as they entered the cocoon, Sakura snickered at Lux's instructions. God, could this possibly get any cheesier? Still, she tried to imagine herself as a heroine, fighting evil and protecting people. There was a bright flash and then Sakura stood there, transformed. Lightning crackled around her, and the new magical girl smiled.

Wait. Back up a minute. She stood up?! Realizing what was going on, she took a step forward, and another one. Pure schoolgirl joy erupted from her mouth as she did a little pirouette... and promptly overbalanced and landed on her face. Evidently there were still some bugs to be worked out...
Sakura buried her head in her hands. She'd grown up watching Sailor Moon, pretending to transform and fight evil. And then... and then she grew up. But now, her girlhood was coming back with a vengeance, and she smiled. "Hey, Ko. Don't knock it. How many people just go through life being ordinary? If I get a chance to be special, I'm going to take it! And if this ends up putting me in a straitjacket and a rubber room- well, there are certainly worse delusions to have."

The brunette rolled herself over to the fairy, bowing as much as she could in her wheelchair. Which... wasn't much, honestly, but it was the thought that counted, as the saying went. "Lux, is it? I'm Sakura. Cliche name, I know. My parents had absolutely no imagination whatsoever. Now, how does this all work? Bolt of magical energy? Make a wish and sign a contract? I've got to admit- you've got me rather curious as to what's going to happen, and I can't wait to find out!" Sakura's voice started to rise in pitch, and she was talking a mile a minute; clearly, the physics teacher was jumping up and down with excitement. Metaphorically, of course.
Sakura rolled herself into the teacher's lounge. Whoever had built the school had been a little sloppy in their construction techniques, and there was just enough of a lip that she had to put in some extra effort to get in. She reached out for the coffee pot, glancing over to Kohaku. "Morning, folks," she called out to nobody in particular. "Ready for another day of trying to beat knowledge into the most stubborn minds in all of Japan?" And then she saw it.

A tiny little blonde... person... fairy... thing? Whatever it was, it was small enough to fit in her hand with room to spare. Sakura rubbed her eyes, but the creature was still there. There are only two possibilities right now. Either I'm too drunk, or I'm not drunk enough. And quite frankly, I have no idea which is more disturbing. The wheelchair bound brunette checked her surroundings. Everybody was looking at the little thing. She might have been having a hallucination, but the whole damn faculty having the same one? No, whatever was going on was very real. And she wasn't one to refuse to help others, not after so many people assisted her after her accident. "Alright, what do we need to do?"
Name: Sakura Kawamura

Age: 29

Civilian Appearance:

Subject: Science, more specifically physics

Personality: A smart-ass to the core, the overly polite side of Japanese society seems to have missed Sakura completely. Not that she cares all that much. She's had to fight for every scrap she's gotten, and it shows. She has a love of sweet romance novels, and has asked Izumi if she can teach her basic coding in her spare time.

Bio: Sakura seemed to have the world in her grasp. Going into her senior year at one of Tokyo's most prestigious universities with excellent grades, the only question was where she was going to get her Ph.D from. And then, it all went to hell.

One night, a drunken salaryman blew through a traffic light in his Subaru, and Sakura was the unfortunate pedestrian in his way. The blow wrecked her spinal cord, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. She spent the next year trying to adjust her life to her new circumstances, and with her finances drained, she needed to get a job.

Ayame High came calling, and Sakura answered. And in the process, she found a passion she never knew she had. Teaching seemed to excite her, and she was able to make the topics fun and engaging for her students. A few of her seniors have even said she's inspired them to become scientists themselves. So even though she can't bring herself to believe what's happening, well, she'll do everything she can for her students.

Magical Form:

Weapon- A metal staff that doubles as a lightning rod

Powers: Sakura wields the elemental force of electricity

Lightning Quick- Sakura is enhanced with superhuman speed and reflexes. The irony is not lost on her.

Thunder Whip- Sakura can create a chain of lightning to restrain and damage foes.

Thunder Ball- A simple ranged attack, just what it sounds like

Electric Explosion- A large scale shockwave effect, emanating from her body

Wrath of the Storm- Sakura's finisher, a large cone-shaped effect that takes several seconds... well, charge, if you'll pardon the pun.

Why not?
I'm thinking electricity powers, personally.
Dibs on science!
Alasta moaned as she trudged up the mountain paths. It wasn't the low, haunting mumble of the typical walking corpse, however- more like a child in the backseat frustrated with being stuck in a traffic jam. Many of the other council members had private jets, or could warp space and time like rubber. Her? She had to make do with what transportation she could scrounge, most likely her own two feet. Alas. Still, it was for a good cause. Unlike many of the other creatures of the night, she was still human in the ways that mattered, rotting flesh be damned. A monster was defined by what they were on the inside.

The doors opened for her of their own accord, as they always did. While she might be able to hold her own against the Prince of Darkness for a time in a purely necromantic contest, the Count was far more adept than her in most areas of sorcery. Her cloak, the same crimson as her hair, brushed gently against the floor as she made her way through the corridors to the council chamber. A few of the other members had arrived, but strangely, it seemed the Count himself could not be... well, counted on. More than a little infuriating. If you tell somebody to come to your place, and that it's urgent, you had damn well better be there to tell them what's going on. Unless... Alasta followed the train of thought to its station, and her decaying eyebrows raised at the implications, but she forced them back down quickly.

Looking around, there were a few old hands already in attendance. Cameron the Skinwalker, looking as aloof as always. Nyarlathotep, the devious creature. How Dracula trusted her was beyond her understanding. And Orlok, still with the remnants of his latest lunch. You know, the mortals have these strange things called blood banks. Perhaps he should start making withdrawals.
