[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

Ligero "Fuse"

Gender: Male

Pokémon: Luxio

Ability: Intimidate

Moveset:

  • Spark
  • Thunder Fang
  • Bite
  • Discharge

Personality: He gained the nickname "Fuse" because, well, he's got a short fuse. He's got a small temper, but if something truly eats at him, it doesn't take long for him to get angry. However, it takes something BIG to get him angry. Something like someone getting mugged in an alley, or a brutal four versus one battle. He's normally pretty relaxed, and is happy to help out someone in need. Other than his quirks, he's a pretty normal young Luxio. Except... he considers himself an outcast from his tribe due to his many failures, and has decided not to return until he feels he has redeemed himself.

Backstory: He doesn't remember much about where he was born, they didn't stay there long. He was born to parents in a nomad Luxray Tribe, always on the move across the Desert Continent. His childhood was a fairly normal one, except for one thing: a long standing feud between his tribe and a tribe of Manectrics and Electrikes who lived on the same land. Almost every day there was some kind of battle raged. This was the one thing he hated about his family, which helped lead to his short temper in these situations.

Eventually he became old enough to set out on his own, which was kind of a right of passage for the Luxray Clan. He was sent out to find an artifact that belonged to the Luxray Clan, which was stolen by the Manectric Clan long ago. He tracked the artifact across the Desert Continent, but failed to find its location. Eventually, the trail went cold.

He came upon a rather large town, though, and found out about Pokemon Law Enforcement. He applied to become an officer, where he trained and eventually evolved into Luxio. However, he failed when his attitude was put to the test in a number of scenarios. Another failure. He'd failed his tribe, and he'd failed himself. He wouldn't return until he had righted his wrongs, he decided.

After that, he traveled the land alone. He'd grown used to it by now. At least, until his supplies were stolen by a gang of Outlaw Pokemon. It looked like he was finished. But he would be saved by Guildmembers from the Folio Town Guild. They brought him to Folio, where he finally had a chance to right his wrongs. He would end up joining the Guild as a solo member, not wanting to burden anyone with his personal dilemma. And that has been where he's stayed ever since.

Team: None

Fun Fact: Fuse's real name means "Light" in Spanish
Brent Ignia, Lily Meadows, Michael Stint, and Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Sketcher
Brooks looked over to the Zoroark. "Your Zoroark is correct. They wouldn't kill you, even bad guys have codes that they live by. Plus... I'd love to see one of them try and sleep at night knowing they just flat up murdered a bunch of kids." He looked back to Devon. "You say this like you've encountered other organizations before. Then you should know it's all about the fear, the intimidation factor. If they can scare you into doing what they want instead of fighting, or even by fighting, it's an easy tactic to use. And by the sounds of you all, it worked... to an extent."

Lily and Brent nodded. "What Devon said, though. They better get what's coming to them!" Said Lily, quite furious about the whole event now. Brent pulled her shoulder back down into her seat. "Seriously, just ask him. It won't hurt if a few people know." He said, Lily looking down unsuredly. Michael looked over after hearing this. "Know what?" He asked.

While Lily thought about whether or not to ask, Brooks kept talking with Devon. "Battle, huh. Hmm..." He looked at the Zoroark standing with him. Just at first looks he could tell the Zoroark was quite skilled. The look in his eyes, his stature, his composure, impressive. However... still not a match for Feraligatr, but then again, it had been a while since he'd fought with one of his other Pokemon in a casual battle, he would have to think on this. "Sure, I'll battle ya. Let's save that till morning, though." He said.

Nurse Joy finally emerged from the back rooms. "Nurse Joy? How's Shaymin doing?" Asked Lily as she turned to look at the Pink Clad Nurse. "Shaymin will easily recover, a couple of bruises left, but after a good nights sleep she'll be fine." She responded. Lily smiled, turning to her friends for a moment, then stood up. "Would it be okay if I... saw Shaymin?" She asked. "Of course. I'd be quiet though, she's fast asleep now." Lily nodded. "I'll be back." She said, heading towards the back rooms with Chikorita on her heels. Brooks kept his eye on her for a bit, he had a feeling there was something up about the situation, something he didn't know yet.
Selena the Bayleef and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Rhys' Clinic]

@Ninian @Light Lord
Selena and Ember waved goodbye as the Blue Kirlia departed to view the end of the show. Selena barely knew, mostly guessed, at why the Kirlia wanted to watch it so badly, but Ember had no clue. When the subject turned to her and her attack from before, she looked down to her chest, were a slight bruise had formed. She sat the Oran Berry she had been given aside. "I'll be fine, it's just a little bruise, after all. Nothing like the beating you took, Devon." She said, slightly blushing at the comment Devon had made.

Selena had gone back to thinking, something had crossed her mind. She'd only lost control for about a minute, probably less. Usually those spells lasted, well, longer. Maybe it was how she was feeling, what had happened to her today. Maybe... maybe her friends could help her, without even knowing it. She gave a slight smile, caught by Ember. "See, there's that smile I know. We'll get through this, no problem!" Said Ember, happily looking into the grass type's eyes. "Yeah, I think we will." She said, somewhat confidently.

As the hour dwindled down slowly, they started talking a little about the coming evening and night. "Well... I've got to get home to my mom after this, she doesn't trust me out after dark after... well... I won't go into detail, let's leave it at that." She said, Selena nodding. "Yeah, I don't even know what my mom's going to say about what happened today... or... my dad..." She said, with the slight bit of distaste in her voice. "Well, what about you, Devon? If Mr. Rhys let's you go, where will you stay?" Ember asked. "Probably at the Guild, but I'd stay here for a bit, make sure your healed up a bit before you head out." Said Selena, ever cautious.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Treacherous Roots B3]

@Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
They finally got a move on, deciding to pass the Waypoint as they said farewell to Karaha and the second hardhead. Less luggage but on the other hand they just lost one of the better group members, leaving the defense of their client to three Pokemon. "I still don't like it... we don't ever get jobs way down here, and for good reason." Said Fuse, scanning each corridor as he followed their group. Breeze had other things on her mind. "I think we should have stopped back at the Waypoint up there, waited the night out. It won't be long until..."

Her sentence was cut short by Letho's confirmation that they were not alone. A Roserade... "I've got nothing good against that thing, personally. I've got electric attacks and Bite, but that's it. Nothing effective enough to take it out quick before it sounds any kind of alarm..." He said in quite a hushed voice. Breeze flew down lower and spoke in lower tones as well. "I've got Air Slash, but I don't think it'll be enough for one shot..." Then Fuse remembered something. "What about one of those... Alliance Attacks? I've never used one, but they sound like one might do the trick... your call Letho." Said Fuse, looking at the Dark/Ghost Type.
Time moves quicker when nothing's really going on. We'll get to a point soon.
Brent Ignia, Lily Meadows, Michael Stint, and Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Sketcher
Brooks scoffed when Wye made a joke about Team Royal Skies. "I wish there were only that many... would make things a lot easier..." He said. Devon immediately considered them a "Terrorist Group". Brooks shook his head. "Terrorists... that's about as wrong as you can actually label them... to be honest, they haven't actually really done anything... well... illegal, so to speak. They've been battling against random trainers, and they've been searching for something... damn if I know. This is the first I've seen them hunting rare Pokemon though..." He said, the hint of worry slightly noticeable in his voice.

"My other encounters with them, eh? No matter what they always pull out, whether I tangle with them or not. I just don't get these guys..." He said, scratching the back of his head. "At this point, I don't think anyone in Viore is safe..." He finished, pulling up a chair from a nearby table and sitting down.

Lily was greatly concerned. "So... do you think they'll come back for Shaymin?" Brooks shook his head. "Surprisingly no. If they stick to their usual patterns, they're probably on to some other kind of operation or whatever. I think you'll be good, unless Shaymin is that high priority of a target for them. Which... considering how quickly they took off earlier, isn't that important to them." Lily breathed a sigh of relief at this news.

Brent had remained rather calm the whole time. This Brooks guy seemed to know a lot about the goings on here in Viore, maybe even as much as Professor Maple. He leaned over to Lily and whispered. "Maybe you could ask him about that thing you saw on your hand, he might know something..." Lily gave him an "Are You Crazy" look. "With... all them here?" She replied in a hushed voice, pointing to the three trainers who had joined them. Brent merely shrugged.

Michael realized he may have been poking around with something that shouldn't be poked. Celes, as she named herself, was a very odd girl. He suddenly had a slight look of remorse on his face. "S-sorry if I kept poking... I just wanted to help a little that's all..." He said, looking down to his feet.

Turtwig kept looking back at the now faint scratch marks on his back, talking back. <Nice to meet you too...> He said. Glameow slightly bowed, staying silent. She still wasn't sure about these new people and Pokemon yet.
Selena the Bayleef and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Rhys' Clinic]

@Ninian @Light Lord
The two followed closely behind the Kirlia and Totodile as they made their way through the Residential District. Eventually, they managed to find their way to Rhys' Clinic. Briefly encountering Guildmaster Glyph and Robel the Heliolisk on their way out, they gave a small smile and wave as they made their way inside.

As Rhys took full control over Devon's treatment, the two finally caught a moment to relax. Selena still had a few watery drops in her eyes, but for the most part her tears had finally cleared. However, her mind was anything but relaxed. They just didn't seem to get it, the true danger they were in. She had no clue what she had done, even if it was a single attack, that one attack could have... hurt her friends. "As much as it helped... I don't want to be in that situation... not again... it's scary... you really have no idea..." She said very nervously.

Ember stayed close as they took their seats in the room. "Maybe Mr. Rhys can do something for you..." Suggested Ember, but that only made Selena frown. "Whatever it is... it's not something you can treat like a cut or burn... it's deeper than that..." She sighed. "It's always been a part of me... I can't control it, I've tried for so long..." She stopped, she couldn't talk about it anymore, or she might start crying again. That was the last thing she wanted to do.

When Lilisette showed her dismay over possibly missing the Dance Troupe after all that. "If you really want to see them that badly..." Ember started. "...Go ahead, Lilisette." Selena spoke up surprisingly. "I can tell it means a lot to you to see the performance, I really can." She gave Lilisette a look that showed a possible deeper understanding. "We'll watch out for Devon, don't worry." Said Ember. "If Selena says you should go, then I've got no objections. What about you Devon?" She asked, looking at the blue Big Jaw Pokemon.
Brent Ignia, Lily Meadows, and Michael Stint
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian @Light Lord @Sketcher
It seemed the topic had quickly grown off of their ordeal from earlier, but was now onto more simple matters. Nasir was still somewhat in the spotlight, but now it seemed Celes was simply not having anything at the moment. Michael quickly noticed that she seemed to converse with the Dratini she had as easily as Devon talked with his Zoroark, but the Dratini couldn't speak human. It was odd, but he'd note it down for later. For the moment, he focused on Celes herself and her sour mood, he could help but try and cheer someone up like that.

"Hey Celes, maybe you're just not seeing the whole picture... I don't even completely know what happened, but I can tell everyone else had a plan that you probably weren't in on..." He said. Probably not the best word choice there, but he told her what he truly thought. He didn't know what else to say.

"You know he's right about that."

The voice emerged from behind them, and in would walk the same denim-clad trainer whom had passed by them earlier. "Sorry to intrude on the conversation, but I saw pretty much everything. Your Dragonite knew what was going on, and he did what he thought was right. It's not something to be mad about, learn from it, just as you learn from everything else in the world." He said. Then he turned to the rest of the group. "Shaymin, did it make it here okay?" He asked.

Lily nodded. "Nurse Joy should be taking care of it right now... who are you anyways?" She asked. "Oh yeah, sorry, didn't have time for introductions back there. My name's Brooks, I'm a trainer from New Amber. I was out in the woods when I heard the battle, I knew something was up." He said. It wasn't the whole truth, but the less they knew right now the better. "Who were those guys? I know I've heard something about them before, but I can't remember..." Brent asked.

"They call themselves Team Royal Skies, some kind of organization working here in Viore. I don't know for what, but I'll tell you this. The guys you got mixed up with, they were just the grunts, pawns if you will." Lily and Brent were a little shocked at this revelation. "They... they were just the grunts?! And they were that strong?!" Said Lily. Brooks nodded. Brent looked at the blue-clad trainer. "How do you know so much about them, anyways?" He asked. "I've had a few run ins with their group before." He answered simply.

While all this was going on, the Pokemon were starting to chat again. <So, Johto Region?> Asked Turtwig. Chikorita nodded, but Cyndaquil shook his head. <I was born here in Viore.> Soon the conversation centered around Mist. <Yeah, I'd be mad too if one of my friends grabbed me and got me out of a probably deadly situation but left my other friends behind...> Said Glameow. <That's almost exactly the situation Michael pulled you out of when he first met you, except you had no friends back then...> A swift scratch to the small grass type's shell got her point across quickly.

Cyndaquil moved over to Mist. <Hey, I bet by morning she'll be her usual happy self, don't worry! I'm Cyndaquil by the way.> Chikorita walked over as well. <Chikorita, nice to finally meet you!> She said.
Selena the Bayleef and Ember the Quilava
[Folio Town - Residential District]

@Ninian @Light Lord
With Selena now on her feet again and Ember keeping her there, Brick finally returned and assured them he would take care of the trio of thieves. "Well... that's one weight off our shoulders..." Said Ember. Selena hoped these thieves would find it easier than the poor Furret from before... she still couldn't believe he tied the thing in a literal knot...

When Lilisette admitted that she had no clue where they group should go, Selena remembered something. "Actually... my mom... sometimes she visits Mr. Rhys' clinic. She usually goes... that way... I think..." She wasn't sure if she remembered it right or not, her mind was flooded with so many things right now it was hard to think. She pointed up just passed the residential area. "I never go up there, so you might be right. We could probably cut through a few alleys to get there too. So, let's get going!" She said, looking over to Selena. Her eyes were still somewhat waterlogged, but she'd physically recovered from her quick spell for the most part. "Yeah... let's go." She replied.
Rico and Lulu the Riolu Twins
[Valiant Village]

The two casually walked through town, chatting with a few locals, but keeping their minds on what may lie ahead of them. Their father clearly wanted them for something, but they just couldn't figure out what. They would soon lay their eyes on the Sawk and Throh Dojo, located towards the south part of town. They would soon enter, finding the place dim. Then... swift movement could be heard, and one by one each candle was lit with a flame. Now in the center of the room, cross legged, was Spirit. His children swiftly took the same position before him.

"You two are wondering why I wanted you to come here..." He opened his eyes and looked at his children. "It is because I believe you have exceeded my expectations these past few days, and have sped up my decision on this matter..." He brought from behind his back a small wooden box. "The day has finally come, a day that makes me so proud of you..." His children finally realized what was happening, and were wide eyed with joy and excitement as he sat the box before them. "Rico, Lulu, you two are now full members of my Guild. The training wheels are off, so to speak." The twins opened the box, and there they were.

Two carefully handcrafted Guild Badges, a blue sphere in the background with four swords converging from four different angles at the center. "We... we finally did it..." Said Rico, nearly speechless. Lulu was so happy she could barely contain it. "OH DAD! Thank you thank you thank you soooooooo much!" She said, hugging her father, who returned it happily. "You two are happy, and you've made me one of the happiest Pokemon on the planet today." He replied.

After a bit, the excitement finally died down a bit, and Spirit continued. "Zaru and Milton have earned this same right, and they have attained full Guild Membership as well. I wish to tell them myself, so if you see them later, don't reveal this yet." His kids nodded, then went back to happily chatting between each other.

Omen the Absol and Serenity the Sylveon
[Valiant Village - Town Center]

Word spread quickly about the duo being back in town, and pretty soon many of their old friends and townsfolk were catching up with them in the village center. "It really is great to be back here after so long... so much has changed, too!" Serenity was very happy, she hadn't been this happy since... since she met Omen for the first time. She smiled. Just before this she'd seen Melody over at her clinic. She didn't know what happened to her daughter the night before, and that was for the better.

Omen caught up with a few of his old Guildmates, Razor in specific. "You know... I still remember when she first came in to be trained by Spirit, all those years ago as an Eevee... boy has she grown up." Omen nodded. "Mhm, she's changed a lot since then, she used to be the most intolerable wild kid you've ever seen..." He said loudly enough to be heard by her. "Hey... I wasn't that bad..." She said in reply. "...But she's grown into a mature, indispensable partner for a lifetime." He finished, flashing her a smile.

?????? and ??????
[Unknown]

They had set out early that morning, and it was finally time for a break. They sat down near the edge of a crystal clear lake in a forest clearing. The water was pure, fresh, and safe to drink. The duo rested their wings for a bit. "You know, big brother? Maybe we could have found a place a little bit closer to live..." Said the younger, female sibling. "Yeah, but I doubt we'd find one with that good of a view, eh?" He asked.

He got no response. He looked over. His sister seemed to have fallen fast asleep. He rolled his eyes, giving a quick chuckle. "Oh, little sister... I told you to get plenty of rest last night... Oh well, come on..." He said as he picked her up, setting her on his back. "Guess I've gotta carry you all the way there now... you'll pay for this, one day..." He said as he took off into the sky again.
Just waiting on Ninian and Light Lord. They'll get it up soon though.
