Your talking about a character who summons all sorts of characters from normal humans and god like beings from all sorts of dimensions and then sends those characters back in the past in a different dimension to fix it. So summoning a boeing into a universe shouldn't be out of the question. That being said you won't always have your backup.
That I know, however, mind warning me when I won't be able to use it.

Sam wears 4E MARK VIII suit, a specially designed wetsuit made from a D.A.R.P.A. invented version of Dragon Skin that fits tightly around Sam's body (similar to a bodysuit), making it almost impossible to hear it move. It has a weight of 4 pounds (unloaded) and a thickness of 8 millimeters. The fabric of the suit is interwoven with Kevlar (outer layer), RhinoPlate (core material), and made of seventh generation Gore-Tex (inner layer), allowing it to reduce damage caused by bullets with relatively low velocity, such as pistol rounds and assault rifle rounds fired from long range, though it is relatively weak against bullets from closer ranges, as they maintain a faster velocity, and more power.

Athletic skills
Sam Fisher is extremely agile and athletic. He is capable of many different climbing and scaling abilities, such as step-jumping to climb raised walls, staying still for long periods of time, as well as being able to hold on tightly to ceiling pipes or even the undercarriage of a moving train. He is also strong enough to lift the body of a full grown man onto his back and carry it around.
Stealth tactics
As the nature of Fisher's job relies on stealth and non-detection, he is highly adept at blending into shadows and moving silently. As an expert in fieldcraft, he is able to sneak up on most opponents undetected and quickly subdue them using either lethal or non-lethal means. He's actually better at identifying targets, while operating from concealment, which makes him a very dangerous threat to his opponents in dark environments.
Close combat
Fisher exclusively uses Krav Maga for unarmed combat as well as for split second decisions in combat. Krav Maga or "Contact Combat" is a hybrid hand-to-hand combat system developed in Israel. Israeli military personnel, especially its Special Forces, use them as a way of defense and offense. He has reached the advanced level of 3B under the tutelage of his instructor. This system is widely used by special operators, police, and similar personnel.
Shooting technique
Sam uses Center Axis Relock pistol stance for both his primary and secondary weapons.
Fisher is also skilled in marking and executing multiple targets simultaneously. His standard M&E starts with a hand-to-hand takedown, after which he picks his targets and positions himself to eliminate them. Even if the enemy thinks he's not targeting them directly, they may still be in the line of fire.

UAV drone: Fourth Echelons personal drone that can be used from either SMI in Paladin, or can be enslaved to either Sam's or Briggs's OPSAT. Shoots a 20mm cannon or 40mm missiles. Can only be used when Paladin is available.
Isaac Briggs: A Fourth Echelon field operative. Helps Sam infiltrate hign threath locations and can provide sniper cover.
