When the pair entered the building, it was completely empty. The CBO had rented the entire building for the night, a three story log cabin. A fire had already been set, and it was roaring to life. Milo, now sufficiently buzzed, tossed the brandy on a nearby feather couch, and took off his field jacket. Milo's professionalism had all but left, partially due to the fact that he was expecting to spend the next few months with Alec, and partially due to the brandy. His two scout swords strapped to his back were instantly visible now. Milo sat on the couch, near the fireplace, attempting to warm himself and dry his clothes at the same time. Milo sighed for a moment, before turning his head to look at Alec, "Come and sit, Mister Cross. We can keep chatting." Milo said, his voice slightly whimsical now, which took on a odd turn considering Milo was, impressively, able to hold his stoic visage perfectly.
Milo corked the brandy, and sat it beside him. Milo felt oddly challenged, and defensive, now, by Alec. Milo leaned forward, still keeping his indifferent look. "You can put your trust in me and the Scouts." Milo said, simply, as the carriage lurched to a halt. Milo opened the door, grabbing the brandy as he went out. It was now getting increasingly darker outside. The carriage had arrived to a small building, that looked very lavish, and made out of huge tree trunks, instead of boards. It was reminiscent of a log cabin. Milo nodded to the Scouts on top of the carriage, and they set about taking care of the horses, and the carriage. Milo waited for Alec at the door to the building, before preceding in.
Soah followed Crom's vision, and looked behind him. Sure enough, there stood Adrian at the end of the alley, watching the two of them. Soah sighed, and looked back to Crom. "Listen, why don't you come back with us and grab a drink?" Soah offered, feeling too tired to keep up his facade anymore. He was tired. He was exhausted. He needed rest, and more importantly, he needed to drink. Fighting with Crom would get him no where, and it was obvious the man was slightly apologetic for what had happened. Soah paused for a moment, before speaking again, "I'll buy." Soah added, as he turned and started walking away. He didn't care if Crom accepted or not, at this point. Soah had hit his wall, and keeping with his normal abrasive attitude was taking far too much energy from him.

Milo paused for a moment, staring back into Alec's deep, and slightly uncomfortable, gaze. Uncorking the brandy once more, and without breaking eye contact, Milo took another swig of brandy, "All you need to know about me is that I'm Lieutenant Milo Ranier, of the 33rd Royal Arcarti Scouts, scored high in academics and commanding during high-pressure situations during officer school." Milo replied, not very apt to share personal history with the man. While the man's gaze was as piercing as a dagger, Milo's stoic visage was nearly impossible to see through, at this point. Milo had made it a point earlier in his life to make sure that people couldn't read his emotions, and now was no different from then.
Aight, awesome!
Awesome. When do we plan on starting?
Hero name: The Reaper
Name: Henry Ranier
Gender: Male
Age:20
Appearance:
Henry has black hair, that he keeps shaggy and long. Normally, Henry does his best to keep clean shaven at all times, to prevent looking unclean. Henry is lean built, with plenty of muscle mass.

Personality: Henry is normally a very serious individual, and does not joke around a lot. He prefers to keep to himself, and act on his own accord. He has a very observing personality, preferring to watch a situation play out a little, instead of rushing in.

Skills:Henry is somewhat of a martial artist, and has been practicing self defense since he was 13. He has become very good at it, and uses it to the best of his ability. His style is best described as a mix of heavy offense and quick bursts of movement. Henry will always prefer to take the offensive, rather than the defensive. Henry is also quite skilled in the use of various knives, having taught himself over the years, but he is still learning how to use them to their full potential.

Weaknesses: Henry has long cut any connections to his parents, and most of his family. Although, Henry's main weakness his is little sister, Shayne, who is only 9 years old. Shayne lives with Henry in their small apartment, with Henry playing the role of caregiver.

Backstory: Since Henry was a child, he was often bullied, leading his parents to encourage self-defense classes. After a few classes, and a few more run-ins with bullies in which Henry won, Henry felt like he was nearly invincible. He had disillusions of grandeur at a young age, of becoming a great superhero. Growing up in New York City was rough for the Ranier family. Henry, once he was 17, left his parents, and most of his family behind, due to his father abusing Shayne. Henry alerted the authorities to the treatment of his younger sister, who was then sent off to live with their grandparents. Having reached the age of 19, and applied for college, Henry was given custody of Shayne. By this time, Henry had already started his pursuit of his dream of being a kind of superhero. Henry had started to devolve into taking money from the criminals he fought, in order to make end's meet. Henry currently lives with Shayne in a small apartment in the Queens.

Superhero Backstory: The 'Reaper' gained a reputation for his gross treatment of criminals he caught. Often left beaten and broken, with most of their personal possessions gone, people started to fear the Reaper. Rumors spreaded around say that the Reaper's family was killed by thugs, and now the man behind the mask seeks to make criminals pay in every way he can. While the Reaper has yet to take a life, he has beaten several criminals within an inch of their life. The strangest thing spoken about the Reaper is his supposed electric powers. It's said if the Reaper grabs you, he will fry you with his lightning like abilities.

Equipment: The blade, as pictured above, made of a sturdy and sharp material. Not liable to break easily.
Gas propelled razor wire, which is attached at the hip of Henry. Henry can 'shoot' the fiber wire from his hip, having it latch onto something, then have the fiber wire pull him to that area. Henry can use this wire in order to move quickly, or even to trip up foes. The wire is extremely sharp, and can easily cut through flesh.
Ceramic mask, the mask provides protection from blunt trauma, and also allows Henry to protect his identity
Bullet proof coat, the coat which Henry wears is bulletproof, protecting him from handgun rounds fairly well.
Taser gloves, embedded in Henry's black gloves are tasers, which have a lot of voltage behind them. While the voltage is a little less than what is required to kill a person, it still causes massive trauma within the subject. Henry, an engineering major in college, created both of these. The voltage can easily stun a person for long periods of time, and subdue them. Henry actives the electric charge by bringing his thumb towards the center of his palm.
Awesome!
Name: Addie Kay
Age: 16
Looks:
Special Attributes/powers (if applicable): Addie has the ability to become completely invisible. IF she is touching anyone, she can also make them invisible as long as contact is kept. Anything being carried or worn by Addie will also be turned invisible. Anything that Addie picks up will also turn invisible.
Reason for being at the orphanage: After becoming blind due to a car accident, which also resulted in the death of her mother, Addie's father placed her in the care of a orphanage, being unable to care for her himself, and believing the orphanage was the best course of action for her.
Count me in
SOAH

Soah growled for a moment, half disappointed Crom didn't act, and half disappointed that Crom was taking the peaceful route in conversation, "Honor? You're a drunk old man who abandons naked men in the mountain wilderness." Soah said, his voice still rising. "Whatever honor you possessed died a long time ago, old man, that's if you ever even had it in the first place." Soah remarked, gruffly. "I have more honor than you. I wouldn't abandon a person on their own in the wilderness, no matter who it was, and I wouldn't let a person like Adrian go with a group of thugs." Soah added, as he released his tight clench on his fist. His anger was slightly subsiding, as he continued to glare at Crom, unblinkingly. Soah wanted to strike the man in front of him, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. He might hate the man that stood in front of him, but he respected the old solider more than anyone else in his group.

MILO

Milo finished his swig of the bottle, corking it back up, and sitting it beside him. It was likely he would be drinking some of it, again. "The Scouts are among the most elite soldiers in the Empire. Trained to accomplish and carry out a wide variety of missions. Versatility and Adaptability are the calling cards of the Scouts." Milo said, almost disinterested now, with his voice. "Light infantry meant to act and succeed without any kind of support." Milo added. Speaking about the Scouts started to take him back to his training days, when he was a lot younger and more bright-eyed about his future. "Scouts serve without question from their superior officers, and have been taught that the word of officers are God's law." Milo finished, uncorking the brandy bottle and taking another long swig. It had been a while since he had any type of drink. It felt good. He could already feel himself starting to relax.
