My schedule is also random but I always have tons of time for the internet, espcially since it's summer. So I'll be able to get at least 1 post out a day :)

As for ideas on the roleplay I say give it a little bit for the plot to thicken and we can talk where we want it to go from there.

Good point. I still have an idea for my character so I'll develop it as the RP advances. If I can slide in what I want to do then I will, if I can't, I won't.

I think that's the point of the roleplay. Do you see these discussions and these different sides of the story? Maybe that's what we are supposed to figure out. Let the roleplay take it's path and see what happens :)

I just though of something. Shouldn't we know who the person who died is? Maybe it's a fellow classmate, or friend? Wouldn't it feel closer to home if we actually knew who died? It would also spur us to figure out who killed him or her.

But then it's not so much of a mystery, right? The fact that we don't know makes it that much more mysterious. And the first post said the body was mangled... It might not be identifiable. And if it is then maybe the investigator will figure it out.

Name: James Monroe

Age: 12

Gender: Male

Personality: James is childish. Not necessarily naïve or dumb, but he's just not prepared to take on life and what it throws at him. And sure he's 12, so maybe being so childish isn't a bad thing but you got to stop digging up holes at some point. Or at least that's what Isabella tells him.

Short Bio: James had always loved nature. The smells, the adventures, the sights to see. Everything about it is a gem--his little gem that he could admire. So you could say that this trip was going to pretty much be the peak of his childhood. Days in forests and fields, digging with friends, using imagination to live in the world they wanted to. This trip was his trip. It was his opportunity to get away and his chance to have fun. This was going to be a chance to bond with nature and his family, especially his sister.

James didn't have the normal relationship with his big sister that most people had. Well they did but James didn't look at it that way. Sure they argued and gave each other the "silent treatment" but Isabella was his big sister. She was the only sibling he had and he loved her. As to how far he would go for here.... Well that was a question for another day.
