Pardon me if this is a dumb question but what does it mean by age physically? What's the difference between that and soul years?

Figured out I'm only in a foreign country for 4 more days :)
So I'll be able to get home faster than anticipated.
And in my original post I made it seem like I won't be able to post until I get home. I mean't I won't be able to post until I'm back at my hotel for the day. I will be able to check the roleplay and hopefully post everyday. No worries :)
