Detective of the Free world Group, has full approval to appoint himself a partner even if said partner has a criminal record.

Bio:
Sean was a big shot detective to begin with. Though before the meteor struck he had a reputation of being to lazy, calm or laid back in serious situations which he still is. Like many workers under the Free World Group the sudden change due to the meteor didn't effect as much as the rest of the world. Well in comparison no but it did effect how the organization handled their work. Sean discovering his new found abilities continued in his career field aiming to take down the illegal big shots and unjust industries that were born in result of the horrid meteor. 

Powers:
Gravity Manipulation
Sean can change an objects gravity to make it slower or faster, even change its direction of movement by causing its center of gravity to change. This only works if he can see the object he's manipulating the gravity of. Sean can also shift his gravity doing the same to himself as he can to other objects. 

Flight
The manipulation of gravity has also unlocked the ability to fly. Sean rarely uses his flying skill but oftens floats or levitates unconsciously.
