Thank you. I'm about to leave for a party, so hopefully I'll be back before anything major happens, OOC or IC-wise.
I've finished my character. He's on the first page - last post.
Name: Gary Bradley
Alias: He's still deciding. Probably going with the alias of 'Venom'.
Age: Seventeen. (17)
Gender: Male

Personality: Gary's attitude can and will swing at the slightest breeze, like a feather tied to the end of a thread. Catch him on a good day and he can be as calm and quiet as anyone. He's sarcastic, of course, as it was one of his many defenses growing up, but he mostly doesn't mean any harm by his words unless the person he's speaking to is someone he finds really annoying. He's very witty and curious, interested in other peoples lives, but at the same time he can be oddly calm. Sometimes it seems as if the world could be set a flame and he'd hardly bat an eye. When he's upset, he merely goes silent, which isn't all that odd considering he's usually quiet when he's not angry, turning his gaze and choosing to show little emotion that depicts his anger or sadness, perhaps except for a hardening of his jaw or a raise of an eyebrow. Then again, when he's angry, his calmness turns eerie, like he knows something you don't. His smirk or neutral frown will ether pull into a scowl or snarl and every movement of a muscles become like that of an animal stalking its prey. In fact, its like he himself changes, as if his movements are no longer his own. He is quite rebellious and aloof, along with a tad of wrecklessness that goes against his default intelligent, observational attitude, so he would be more then happy to sneak out or go for a late night training session. He has a lot of self-control, which is what he uses to combat his Symbiote's persuasion, although, at times....it could become loose, which is why he joined the camp.

History:
Gary was originally born in the urban state of Detroit, inside of a bare and poor orphanage filled with batty old women and bullies. He didn't know that he was bonded with Venom until he started feeling aggressive amongst the beatings of his caretakers, and whenever he got his candy stolen, or beaten out of him, by the bullies. One day, at the age of five, he sort of had a pissy fit and ended up breaking a ten-year-old bully's arm with his bare hands, which effectively gotten him thrown into timeout for a very, very long time. The orphanage calloused him, and he wanted out. But...he was an intelligent boy, and quickly realized his powers - and what the curse they pulled. He couldn't be a normal boy. He couldn't rough house with the teenagers, in fear of injuring - or killing them, and everything just sucked. That's when a flitting thought passed through his mind. 'Why not leave?' And so he did, leaving his 'home' at the age of 12, after enacting a bit of...revenge on his previous caretakers. His travel as a homeless mutant took him amongst many states, as he survived via mugging others, stealing money, and surviving amongst the darkened streets of the corrupted cities. This introduced him into the criminal underbelly...and he was effectively scarred. He went through a few years acting as a sort of 'vigilante', quickly taking on an alias as 'Venom' and enticing horror amongst innocent citizens and corrupted criminals alike. But...all he wanted was survival, and to give back to the community, for he was simply a monster...and monsters could help somehow, right? And that's when he was notified about the camp...
Yes, there's another space. Also guys I'm going to be gone all day.

Name
Aiden Pierce

Alias
He's not really known much 'Alias' wise, although some may know him as 'Quake'.

Age
Sixteen. (16)

Gender
Male

Appearance
Aiden is a tall, athletic young man with a muscular, yet lean build, and fairly pale skin. His eyes are a golden brown, while his hair is a dirty blonde, falling round his head in messy, yet feathery and silky locks and bangs. His face is angular and slim, with strong cheek-bones and a lightly chiseled jawline, perfectly framing with his small nose. His eyes are usually intense and laidback, although when he becomes angry, they have the tendency to glow yellow with power.

Ties to Hero
Lost brother of Terra.

Power(s)
Aiden has the mutant ability of Geokinesis, along with enhanced attributes that comes from his specific mutation.

Abilities
He's experienced with smaller sidearms, i.e pistols, and he's efficient in hand-to-hand combat.

Weapons/Gadgets
His body.

History
Aiden doesn't know much about his history, to be honest. He grew up in an orphanage somewhere in a really, really ratty city, and quickly escaped once he accidentally collapsed the ceiling during a brutal spanking. After that, he quickly realized his powers, and began training them, becoming a vigilante that helped take out criminals brutally, violently, and yet, efficiently. He is rather infamous among police officials, due to some cases of actually killing the crooks. He's now a 'hobo', living off the land and travelling the world, taking out bad guys.

Personality
Aiden is a very laid-back, witty guy with a potentially explosive temper. He enjoys eating candy, riding really fast vehicles, and reading comic strips, although he seems to hate sand-castles with a passion. Fighting villains has always been one of his 'dreams', and although he can go too far at times, having killed criminals in the past, Aiden is devoted to protecting the innocent, even if some of his methods are...questionable. He enjoys cracking occasional sarcastic jokes, and seems to enjoy taunting villains whilst combatting them. Often uses the words 'epic' in a variety of situations, even if it doesn't make any sense

Friends
None.

Family
Terra. He doesn't even know this, nor does he even knows where she is.

Crush/Relationship
None.

Other
He enjoys loud explosions.
Yeah, so...I'm going to make a character now. ^^ It's no problem, Lily. You guys play nice.
Ahem...

So, uh, sorry to come in after that...interesting conversation? I assume that this Role-Play is still open to new applicants?
Matthew - I mean Litepow isn't making a Companion, so there's only two currently.
Interested in making the son of Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy~
Outskirts of Tokonosu City - Harrington Shopping Center

The shopping center, formerly a nice, relaxing place with a pond, garden, and benches, with a variety of different types of stores surrounding it, was now a simple shell of what it once was. The large pond overfilled with inky brown and crimson blood, torn bodies filling the murky liquid with their rotting flesh. Zombies of all shapes and sizes slowly dawdled around, some in 'mall cop' outfits, and others crawled on their amputated knees. Regardless, it was obvious to tell that this former-hotspot for both teens and adults like...was now an apocalyptic wasteland.

"I'm cool!"

The calm, laidback tone did well to hide his fear, and his mind suddenly blanked as the earlier events played throughout his head like a mixtape. 'Aiden was simply at home, watching Law and Order and drinking sprite when all of this...shit happened. The door to his home was knocked upon, and his mother went to answer it. A piercing scream echoed throughout the building. Then? The groaning began. His mother, and his father came stumbling into the living room, rotting green and brown flesh dripping from the multiple cavities now sludging amongst their mutilated bodies. Aiden was frozen in shock. His mother - former mother lunged forward, and instincts kicked in. He had leaped away, grabbing the nearest item closest to him; a vase, and bashing it over her bleeding head. The glass pierced her brain, and she fell, now permanently dead.

By then, he was in a survival-mindset. His quickly adapting brain took all of this chaos in, and instantly it all made sense. Some sort of virus, or infection...and they were now undead corpses...no longer the parents he once known and loved. As soon as this all registered, his father's corpse lunged as well, tackling the boy down with the force of a truck. He was winded amongst the groans and snarling, and blood dripped down from the undead's jowls, coating his pure white t-shirt. Fear choked at his throat, and Aiden brought his fist back, before sending it forward...once, twice, three times. The fourth punch forced the corpse off of his body, and, with a sense of finality, Aiden brought his foot upwards and back down on top of the zombie's cranium.'

That had been quite a few hours ago. Now, with nothing but his light-weight red backpack - now a mottled black from dried blood, his crimson hoodie, a sharpened machete he took from under his father's bed, the man's police-issued Glock 17, and his customary leather jacket...well, he had traveled from Tokonosu City and scavenged far and wide, ending up at the Shopping Center. Only for this situation...

Aiden slowly reached for his Glock, which was holstered on his hip, while watching the gangster looter shake with his stolen revolver in-hand. "I'm cool, man..." His hands gripped the gun's cold grip, and Aiden made a show of gasping and looking around. They were in a small Gamestop store that was North-ish of the main shopping center, and it smelt and looked like shit in there. The games were ruined, except for some My Little Pony DS crap and some Mario Kart DS games, and everything was ruined...except...

"Zombie behind you!"

"Where?!"

The gangster twirled around, his sagging pants making the movement virtually fatal, and Aiden smoothly unholstered his gun and pulled back the safetly. "Right here." Instantly after the crappy one-liner, the boy pressed the trigger twice, two high-caliber rounds tearing from the weapon and piercing straight through the back of the gangster's head. His gag reflex acted up, and Aiden turned away, mentally forcing himself not to puke.

He had killed too much to gag about one shitty human life.

With a sigh, the young boy dashed forward, quickly scavenging through the unknown gangster's pockets and grabbing the man's revolver, which he stuck inside his bag, and his wallet - which had only a few bucks in it. "This world is fucked..."
