I've got a celebratory kazoo remix here if anyone's interested.

4/10, not enough trumpets.
Name: Scraps

Species: Scraggy

Gender: M

Moves:
– Sand-Attack (Ground/Status)
– Headbutt (Normal/Physical)
– Low Kick (Fighting/Physical)
– Feint Attack (Dark/Physical)

Bio: Similar to many other Scraggys, Scraps was born as the fourth of five Scraggys sons and daughters; his parents were related to a gang in the "bad neighborhood" by blood. The Underground Gang as it was called (ironically, their base of operations were hardly, if ever, underground, and they were far from subtle) were frequently involved with gang battles that caused a lot of destruction for a small amount of control over certain area of the neighborhood.

Scraps' parents, however, was not interested in that sort of life, and moved back into Allure Town for a more casual replacement, and ended up placing themselves in a Fighting Dojo association – the most notable one being Lee's Dojo, though there were many others throughout some towns and cities. They believed it was better for their children to live away from negative influences despite their troubled pasts. Overall, Scraps' family was from the darker side of town, but they haven't experienced any direct serious tragedy.

Scraps was even able to befriend some other Pokemon, along Kawazu, a Mienfoo, who claimed that his mom was the manager of a Fighting Dojo in a more distant land. While the Mienfoo often came up with stories that were often flashy and fake, they had formed a friendship that lasted for some years, and occasionally sparred.

Gang life eventually came back to haunt them, however, especially with some separate family affairs, debts, and fights, and Scraps' parents decided to place him into the Allure Town's guild in hopes that he could fully stay away from the gangster life that awaited their family along with some of his still young siblings; they were rapidly placed into the guild, but due to recent complications, were placed into different rooms with different teams. Now away from his regular life, Scraps tries to make the best out of his new surroundings, doing whatever was needed to survive. He writes to his friend every week in the guild, and often refers to him as he talks.

Differences: No physical difference, though Scraps wears a white scarf around his torso.
That would take tons of searching through 90+ pages of RP topics... sorry.

I did it within 10 minutes. Thank you, search engine.

It also turns out the original Allure Town was from a RP way back in 2012 made by Solawind, so technically this is Allure Town v5.0. This is (obviously) made before PMD: Gates to Infinity and Pokemon X/Y, so there had been a lot of changes over the years.
Hm... I've had four PMD Rps... they're apparently kinda fallout crossover RPs...
it's confirmed!

:o Mind if you can link them?

Edit: Actually, I found it on MCF.

Tears of Continuum, Explorers of the Void v1, and War of the Elements.

Idunno. It's a pretty cool coincidence, though.

And we're still waiting for Fallout 4.

Soon enough it'll be a meme like Half Life 3.

Ah, a truly classic setting for a Post Nuclear Role Playing Game.

Fallout Pokemon crossover confirmed.
As Scraps gave their room a final check before closing and locking it, he fitted in an extra answer to Rebecca's questions. "No, not a lot of Pokemon actually shout out their moves; Team Frontline is the only team who bothers to do it. It sounds unnecessary, but one of the other guild members, Kawazu, claimed that move-shouting intimidates or distracts the foe and increases your chi," Scraps explained. "I mean, it does make sense. I tend to yell when I do my kicks and punches."

The whole concept still didn't make a lot of sense to Levita; she wasn't a direct fighter who used her body often, anyway. So she found it appropriate to just comment with: "That's interesting." Once the Scraggy closed the door, the one next to them opened, and Levita was able to get a good look at what seemed to be "Team Frontline". A black paw with red ends emerged from the door, and out came a Zorua and an Aron...with a Fletchling on the Zorua's head. They looked like as if they've just returned from a dungeon mission, though it was likely they were just fighting with each other in the room all this time. "I totally won this time," the Zorua commented smugly; he seemed to have a green armband with a badge, drawn with a symbol of three arrows pointing upwards.

"No, you didn't!" the Fletchling retorted; she had a high pitch in her voice, and gave the Zorua a quick peck on the ear.

"Did – OW! What was that for?" the Zorua whined before glancing at the three in front of them. "Hey there, Scraps. I didn't know you suddenly got popular with the ladies lately. Did you sleep with – OW!"

"Don't mind Ebon here, he's just being a dirty little fox," the Fletchling berated, her wings folding before smiling back to the three. "Oh, congratulations, Scraps. You formed your own exploration team now?"

"Scraps is just lending us the room for a few days," Levita interjected; she couldn't help seeing someone get their facts wrong, and moved in front of the Scraggy to point to herself confidently. "I'm Levita, and she's Rebecca. We're part of Team Crescendo. Perfect to the last beat!"

Ebon found another chance to talk again, and pushed away the Fletchling to get close to Levita and Rebecca, giving them a quiet stare at first. "Team Crescendo?" he repeats, before raising his paw and shaking the two, his attitude changing an entire one-eighty degrees. "Well, it's nice to meet you two! My name is Ebon. Cinder's the Fletchling, Collier's the quiet Aron. We're Team Frontline – always on front, always first." Levita accepted the shake with a blink, looking at the Zorua's two other members; Collier merely answered with a "Hey."

"So, we're neighbors! For now, that is," he continues, pulling on his armband. "And it's dinnertime as well. Mind if we all walk along?"
Nevermind, it didn't take that long. I'm trying to finally finish Silent Hill 2, though, so it'll still probably be a while. Or maybe not. Depends on how uncomfortable I get.

Crap, I forgot how awesome Nincada's evolutionary line is. I still don't think they've come up with another line like it.

Anyways, I have an idea for an NPC, and I'm wondering if NPC's are allowed to have illegal moves that they can't learn normally (he specifically would only have one, to fit with the theme I'm going for with him).

Nincada technically evolves into Ninjask AND Shedinja. I'm not sure if they share the same personalities or something. But...super-speed ninja and one-HP wonder.
Well, I'm gonna be off celebrating our storied pagan traditions in a couple of hours, and I don't know how long I'll be off partaking in said traditions, but I'm probably not going to be getting to writing anything until later today.

Or in short...going to church?
Sorry about last night. I was just feeling embarrassed and angry, which eventually led to that last post.

It's fine, and you can still go as scraps. I'll just need to continue working on my character. His personality and bio is different from Scraps' anyway.

You shouldn't be the one apologizing, Lavul. I just thought the way you worded some parts of your posts were a little pretentious. Don't take offense, please, because I don't want the same thing to happen another time.

You still made me feel guilty. xD I think it would be better if Scraps wasn't placed on Team Crescendo, and maybe on a separate team. I can play someone else.
