Guys, no bad intentions. You planned to leave the citadel, I wanted Shorus to stay behind and cover your escape. He has no intention to fight off all the guards, just to draw their fire till you escape, that's all. After that he will collapse a wall or something and use the havoc to escape himself. I don't see a reason for spark to not introduce her character, a battle is a good time like every other time. And you don't even have to fight, just use the havoc Shorus created to escape.
And yes, I needed the Minotaur to be busy for a while, I actually told you that.. (Hamster, you ignored that, so I tried to make him busy myself).

Ok guys, couldn't sleep, so posted instead. Thank you for the action summaries in the long posts, that allowed me to understand quickly where we are (that is basically what made it possible for me to post today).

Shorus tapped the weak prince on the shoulder as gently as a Minotaur could, "Don't be sad noble man, stuff like this happen. I will follow you!" said the Minotaur.
At this point Shorus was seriously wounded from the prior encounters and the wall collapse, but his Minotaur stamina kept him going. He stood up and raised his battle axes as he began to follow the prince. The passageway was so narrow that Shorus could barely squeeze in, but still he managed to enter it. Shorus was following the wounded prince on every step, he was too tired and not much interested in the conversation around him, so he just kept going, ready for the next encounter.
" Stand back, I will take care of it!" said the Minotaur suddenly. His sensitive ears could hear what the others couldn't, he heard the guards making an ambush. Somehow they understood that the group will exit from here and instead of 20 -30 men, they sent 300 men to this point. " I will create a diversion, the minute you got a chance, run for it!" he said to the group before he charged the door.
Shorus hit the exit door with such power that the door flew of it axles and squished the group of guards behind it. Afterwards the Minotaur put his axes to use, he was waving them with enormous power, smashing and choping everything and everyone who stood on his way. "Yeah, you filthy humans, Shorus eat your leader for lunch, what you say about it!" he was shouting in order to draw the guards attention towards himself and away from the dungeon exit. Arrows where bouncing off the steel plate on his head and from his axes, one of the arrows stuck into Shorus's shoulder but the Minotaur didn't stop. Shorus was hoping that this diversion will buy his friends time to escape away from the citadel.

Guys, just wanted to say I won't post for the next 2 days (appartment search..),
I will return on Sunday, so in the mean time Shorus needs to be buisy (because Steel fist is buisy searching for a new appartment).
So either Shorus gets a personal mission from the prince and leaves immediatly or he stays behind to cover the group's back when they leave the dungeoun (to slow the guards and win time for the rest of the group to escape) and they don't hear from him for couple of days..

Unfortunately I was too late for Shorus to participate in the boss fight, but never the less we are moving forwards! :)
About the collapsed hallway, don't sweat over it, we can find another way out. Including some forgotten wing or passageway in the dungeon or just breaking through the walls or the ceiling with some help from Shorus.

Shorus ran into the hallway from where the heavy steps and the clashing metal were heard, but it seemed that the chitin monster, the green eyed and the pointed eared with the sword had already defeated the attacker. Shorus was surprised, the defeated warrior that layed on the floor was as big as Shorus himself. For a moment Shorus even thought that it was another Minotaur, but he couldn't find his horns and realised that it was just a very big man.
"Hehe, I see that you little ones are very tough and skilled fighters! Shorus gives you big honour!" , the Minotaur congratulated the three warriors that defeated the World Breaker as he grabbed the wounded '9' and brought him back to the barracks as the little lady asked him to.
The Minotaur then spoke to everyone in a hope that someone understood anything about medicine, "I found guard's health fixing cabinet, does anyone here knows anything about fixing health?" , said Shorus as he put '9' on the floor of the barracks and pointed towards the medicine cabinet.
Shorus opened his mouth to defend his plan that was criticized by the nymph or as he called her 'The antlered forest lady', but then he heard steel crashing and the lizard shouting "Get up!" outside the barracks. Shorus grabbed his heavy axes and ran out. As upon exiting the barracks from the opposite side , Shorus immediately saw the lizard-man trying to hold back the attacking guards while the creature with the '9' on his forehead is kneeling fatigued while holding the forest lady. Shorus's first thought was to charge the guards but he was afraid to squish his friends in the process, so instead he raised his left axe and ran into the space between the wall and the collapsed insectoid.
The mighty Minotaur dropped his heavy axe directly on the head of the guard who was holding a raised sabre above '9'. Afterwards Shorus pushed '9' together with the nymph he was holding backwards towards the barracks. "Take the giant insect and the forest lady and run back to the barracks!! shouted the Minotaur towards the lizard-man.
After that Shorus charged the attacking guards with full strength, his axes were working as a well balanced pair, protecting from one side, attacking from the other, crashing and chopping. The guards bodies piled up in the hallway like stones in a barricade . But there were just to much guards. Shorus couldn't continue in that rhythm. With one last burst of energy the Minotaur pushed the attacking guards backwards and then crushed the foundations of the hallway walls, making the walls to collapse at this particular point, burying the guards and barely avoiding being buried alive himself. On his way back to the barracks Shorus grabbed the fatigued chitin creature together with the forest lady that was still holding to him from the hands of the lizard-man who was struggling to push them back to the barracks and the four of them entered the barracks together.
The wounded noble man was just calling for everyone to steel themselves, his eyes were full of fear and surprise. "I guess he found out his old friends are not that friendly.." thought Shorus while adjusting a steel plate to his big head and finding the medicine cabinet by scent.
