Character summary

Location: near the prince together with the others
Health: Weak, recovering from multiple injuries and a massive blood loss, hungry
Inventory: Light armor
Actions: Agrees to help the prince, asks the Prince to teach him about machines as a rewards(his childhood passion), asks the prince to return him his axes and waxing stone

Shorus fought like he never fought before, his friends didn't succeed to escape and their lives depended on him keeping fighting.
The Minotaur shouted in pain when he saw the huge insect collapse under the weight of his wounds and fatigue but he couldn't do anything except keep fighting.
Another swing of the axes, another soldier loses his head, and then another and another.. The Minotaur felt an arrow entering his back, despite what the prince said earlier, it seems that fair fighting was not the game of those soldiers.. But it didn't matter, he must keep fighting! So Shorus ignored the sharp pain and kept swinging the axes.
But even a hulking, battle forged Minotaur warrior is not made of steel, the massive blood lost finally took victory over the exhausted Minotaur and Shorus collapsed to the ground, pulling few soldiers down with him..

Shorus woke up in a nice room, lying on a comfortable bed (at least in compare to what he been used to), someone has treated his wounds and stopped the bleeding.
At first he thought he fell captive, but the soldier that entered the room when Shorus roared explained that Shorus and the others are guests of the Prince and asked if Shorus needs anything.
"Shorus needs drink water!" replied the Minotaur and after a few minutes received a huge barrel full of drinking water. Shorus smelled the water, there was no scent of poison or any other substance, so the Minotaur emptied the barrel.
Then Shorus asked for his weapons back, but the soldier refused and told him that the prince will meet him in the council room. Shorus followed the soldier to the room.
When the Prince asked the prisoners for help, Shorus immediately agreed to assist. " Prince saved Shorus, Shorus will save Prince! But he will need his axes and waxing stone for that!" said the Minotaur in reply to the Prince's question. "And if Prince can teach Shorus about Machines after he recovers, Shorus will be very happy!" he added and pointed towards the catapults and other war machinery outside, when Mundhir started to talk about rewards.

Mercenaries? These are Prince Mundhir's elite mamalukes.

I agree the word is funny, but that is not the point.
What is the desired story line? And do you want Shorus to just collapse and be saved by the mamalukes (it really sounds like a sort of omelet!) or do you want him to crush something before he collapses?

So guys, the original plan was like this:
Shorus surprises the soldiers and draws their attention towards himself (squished few of them with the door, killed another 10-15 at the first seconds of the battle while they were surprised), at this time the group was suppose to slip away before the guards understand what happened (for example with the help of the dark elf and her blanket of shadows).
Shorus was suppose to stay behind and continue to draw the guards attention and either collapse a wall or something to cover his escape or collapse under the wounds and fatigue and be left for dead by the guards.
But given the fact everybody stayed and are fighting, what's the new plan ? Spark's wagons?
I do want to understand the plan before I post... I can play nice with Shorus collapsing at some point and get shoved into a wagon by Spark's mercenaries or I can collapse some rocks or create a small avalanche to shift the stakes a little.

I know y'all think I ignore everything. Sometimes I forget stuff, and this is true, but my last post was well researched. You were the one who spawned 300 guards, and I don't care how big this minotaur is, three hundred people is A LOT vs one guy. They'd of surrounded us, and whilst I do plan for your guy to be the last man fighting, my original plan was for him to be bundled onto a wagon and driven off. Maybe unconscious, exhausted, and this would excuse you from the RP for however long.

You don't have to prove anything, I believe you. But it would be nice if you actually react in the OOC or PM, if you told me you're handling this, I wouldn't of posted the ambush.

About the mile from the citadel walls, I missed that , sorry (also the 300 men can still be a magic illusion or a mistake in approximation made by Shorus due to some factor).

The reason I chose a high number is basically because 20-30 guys would of been smashed by our group like nothing, we needed a high number to make a reason for the Minotaur to stay behind( I also thought we're near the citadel and not on open ground).

The guards are not necessarily all on the ground, some may be standing on a citadel wall with bows and try to shoot..
