Appearance
Cicily stands at the average height of five feet, four inches. Her thick, dark brown hair falls to her waist. More often than not she just leaves it alone, but will pull it back into a ponytail or braid it. Her skin tone would be described as tan. Look8ng upon her square-ish face, you will see dark brown eyes, long lashes, thick eyebrows, full lips and a slightly wide nose.
Cicily is not afraid of makeup, and will gladly wear shades of dark red lipstick, mascara, highlighter, foundation, etc. Some days she feels like putting it all on, others, she simply let's her natural beauty shine.
Her personal style is casual, to say the least. In her closet, you will find sneakers, sandals, skirts, dresses, graphic tees, converse, skinny jeans, leggings, sweaters, shorts... anything and everything, really. When you think of a child of Zeus, the typical stereotype probably comes to mind. Blonde hair, arrogant, super tall, yada, yada, yada. Hi ahead and throw at least half of that stereotype out the window.
Though Hotheaded, Cicily is not arrogant. She knows she isn't the best, though she strives to be. The young woman is competitive, though not so much as to literally make a competition out of everything. A bit of an adrenaline junkie, Cicily loves to climb things, skydive, and do other various things that make some people say 'No way in hell.' It's no big secret that she loves makeup, but don't t let that fill you - Cicily has no problem taking anyone down in a fight, nor does she mind if she gets covered in mud from time to time.
It has been said that Cicily is full of energy, and loves to be outdoors. She is extremely sassy. Nearly every word out of her mouth is some sort of sarcastic comeback. She loves to flirt, though most of the time it is nothing serious.

History
Cicilys mother, Alexandra, was a young, beautiful, Mexican-Italian woman of eighteen when she had Zeus. Looking for her start in the show blindness, she went for an audition for a small roll in a movie one day. The director - Zeus - took an instant liking to her. They had a few drinks, laughed, talked, and got to know each other at a party. Soon, the two grew close. Zeus promised Alexandra everything she could ever want: a family, a mansion in California, a big time movie career. Needless to say, Alex never got any of it. What she did get, however, was a positive pregnancy test. When Alex tried to call the Lord of the Sky to tell him the good news, the number had been disconnected. No one had any idea where he had disappeared to, and Alex never seen the man again. Upon the day of Cicilys birth, Alex did receive a letter, however. Said letter was not to be opened until Cicilys sixteenth birthday.
Cicily had a normal enough childhood. Her mother was a waitress attending night classes, struggling to pay the babysitter and searching for her next big break. Cicily attended normal, public, mortal schools. Her grades were mostly A's in science and history. Any of her other classes were merely average. When Cicily was almost twelve, something inside of her mother just... broke. Maybe it was the realization that she would never get her big break. Maybe it was the fact that Zeus would never come back. Whatever it was, it turned Alexandra I to a shell of a person. Though she spent any time at home drinking her life away, Alex always made sure to keep food on the table for CC, and clothes for her to wear. Perhaps it wasn't as good as what the other children had, but it could have been a lot worse.
Through out her childhood, a few strange things happened here and there. Once on the school playground, a bully tried to take Cicilys book bag. Feeling threatened, the young girl felt a knot form in her stomach, and then a large gust of wind. The bully hit the ground, and Cicilys book bag was now free. Little did she know the blast had came from herself.
Skipping forward until age twelve. Cicily loses her temper at the family get together after being sat at the kiddie table. The TV mysteriously explodes. There are a few more small episodes like this through out her childhood.

~Cicily can lift things by using the wind, though they may not exceed the weight of 120 pounds.
~She can blow gusts of wind from her hands that can reach no more than twenty miles per hour.

~Again, a very limited power, Cicily can summon just enough water to make her opponent... er... wet. More specifically, their t-shirt. She can throw the spheres of water at her attacker at five miles per hour - just enough to throw them off balance.
