"..Theta....go with them....don't worry...I'll be fine..." Tiny says, but she could tell this was a lie. Just from his voice...his eyes. Tiny thought he was dying, today. The soldiers surrounding them were all clad in chrome suits of armor, with Bio-hazzard signs on them. They were no doubt hand picked for this mission against the dynamic duo...

As for the outside world, nothing much happened to halt the spread of the plague.....leaving this city, vulnerable. The man is taken aback, before no doubt the kiss leads to a parasite slipping down his throat....

Drac saw, and he comprehended barely, yet totally. Acting slightly on instinct, he plunges his hand into the orb that was the portal, and slowly, it went from the vibrant pure white, to a darkness like that of a void, one that could been seen starring into.....and no doubt, after he had fullfilled his mission......something started to snap him out of this trance. A phone would ring, loudly, on his actual person still stuck before Bobbett....

"..That...was...what?" Drac asks, leaning up, and shaking his head as he awoke. He quickly then pulled out his phone, and pressed a singular button.

"Thank you for the information leading to the arrest of the war criminal...consider your crimes absolved, and your kingdom an ally to our empire.....good day, Drad." A voice says though the phone, before a loud click can be heard.
"...nice to see, at least a few things went smoothly..." Drac huffs, oddly seeming out of breath.

'Shut it, dog.....Yes, there is a law protecting you..If the person who hired you was actually at war with us. This pre-emptive strike was an act of terror.....and YOU, Tiny will pay for it....however, Theta...you've got options." Jack says, turning to Theta.

I would...HEAVILY suggest nerfing it...or..it....may accidently get swallowed by a black hole..or something.....

Appearance: with his right arm being mutated to this

Powers:
Super Human: Saied's physical prowess is far above that of normal humans. He's able to easily lift several hundred tons. This means, for example, he could easily pick up and throw Smough from the Dark Souls 1. His speed allows him to move up to nearly mach one. Still slower than many characters, but far, far faster than any normal human. His reflexes, rather than being 0.2 seconds, is in fact 0.001 seconds, allowing him to react to bullet fire easily, but still have trouble managing to dodge/reflect energy attacks.

Demon arm: Saeid's right arm isn't his own, rather, it's no longer his own. A witch's soul has been bound to it, mutating his arm severely. This mutation not only brands him as a partial demon, but allows him one major advantage...A constant ally. The witch still lives on in his arm, able to communicate with him. He can also tear off his own arm, and if there's a lot of blood around, the arm will take a full humanoid form, reviving the witch...at least, until Saeid wills her to return to him.

Demon Hunter: Saeid's sword, a large, dragon-slayer blade permeated with the trapped souls of its victims. While that'd normally make the sword a horrible weapon of destruction, it's in fact a weapon of heroes. In Saeid's home universe, demons can revive nearly instantly, if their soul isn't trapped. Of course, their repentance for this is their souls are physical items, able to be damaged by physical means. With that, Demon Hunter can trap the souls of humans, but only if their souls become physical.....

Weakness:
Death Wish: For an undisclosed reason, Saeid seeks his own death in battle. He will throw himself at anything "evil" until he either kills it, or he dies.

Weakness to both Holy, or Demonic magics: Saeid, as both a Paladin, and being infused with demon powers, he is vulnerable to both unholy, and holy magics.

Oi, dude, I do take it the Silence Glavie isn't as actually strong as it is in the sailor moon series, right? This is a nerfed version?

It's a slaughter, the strange people all being mowed down with ease. It ends when Tiny fires a gernade into a large tank of some sort, before quickly grabbing Theta, and portalling out with speed she's never seen from him before. Judging by the small amount of fire coming from the portal, it's a good thing he moved so fast...
