Felix has a trim frame with musculature on his upper torso, not in the style of a bodybuilder, but a gymnast. He has a generally fair complexion with the exception of a tan on his forearm. Occasionally spotted with acne under his chin or on his forehead, he grew out his bangs to help divert attention away from the blemishes. His hair is brown with long bangs and somewhat shorter length sides. His face is somewhat boxy with a slightly pointed nose. He is generally considered quite handsome when he cleans himself up, though he rarely puts in the effort and instead chooses to avoid the public eye by dressing like a slacker.
Attire:
Typically Felix can be found in T-shirts, plain with a single color, and tattered jeans. He frequently wears black hooded jackets made of fabric and he prefers to avoid shorts or anything that leaves his skin exposed. He typically wears gym shoes or combat boots. Though he is not opposed to colored clothing, he prefers to keep his outfits so that they don't draw unwanted attention to himself.

Outward & Innate Personality:
When around people he finds annoying, Felix will act with bravado and be short with the people he dislikes to avoid taking on the position of a social inferior. He honestly isn't a rude person at his core and is quite considerate of others when he isn't afraid that he is going to be stepped on. He hates seeing people victimized and will step in even when it is more to his detriment than the other person's benefit. Unless he believes he is going to be humiliated, he enjoys teaching others and entertaining them. But if he sees the possibility of himself being bullied or belittled, he'll keep to himself. He is generally clever, considerate, and creative, though he prefers that other people not be completely aware of his ingenuity so that they may not come to rely on him. Because he hates appearing as weak or like a quitter, he does his utmost to win any contest against another person, though if he can't win, he'll accept a truce, anything but losing. Felix identifies himself as a nerd because of deep interests in both science and fiction, and it makes him feel a bit insecure.

Skills/Talents: He is very good at keeping up appearances, lying, and improvising. He is talented at thinking about cause and effect. He is also quite attuned to his body and it's nuances, generally able to figure out how much of a running start he'd need to make a jump or things of that sort. Though he doesn't have a particularly strong memory, he is good at gathering information and forming ideas.

History/Bio:
Born 16 years ago to a couple of then-troubled late teenagers, Felix was the firstborn and parental experiment. His parenta initially put in a great deal of effort into molding him into a respectful little dignified boy, but then his mother became pregnant again, shortly before Felix went off to school. With a four year old son and a baby on the way, Felix's father engaged in some criminal activity in order to support his family.
With little attention on himself, Felix grew a but downhearted and felt neglected and like his parents didn't love him anymore. His emotional sensitivity made him the victim of classroom bullying and mockery, and his preoccupied mother did nothing about it. Felix's father was arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison when Felix was seven.
Sick of feeling victimized, Felix began to bite back against his classmates, rather violently, and he earned his dignity through use of intimidation of would-be bullies while awkwardly trying to be kind to everyone else. But, as he grew older, the bad-boy image wasn't sticking around, so Felix proved he was bad company and a poor choice to pick on by beginning to break into people's houses and shops when he was fourteen years old.

Power:
When he touches an object, an ultra thin and microscopic layer of "Sweeper Cells" is emmitted from the point of contact. Sweeper cells are fast moving cells that explore every nook and cranny of an object before quickly sending all information gathered back to the brain. They give him information about anything that they find and allow him to know the Ins and Outs of most things just by touching them. The sweeper cells can also spread out beyond the original point of contact, but it takes a great deal of time. The benefit is that it ends up giving him an extraordinarily thorough mental 'map' to work with, though he may forget the details relatively quickly. The information given to Felix from the cells includes the weight, density, movement, exact shape, surface area, and any weaknesses in an object. Once he knows these, he can use do many things. For throwable objects, he becomes aware of how their trajectory may be altered midair, or how hard it must be thrown to break. His cells can learn everything about his own body with a quick scan that can give him a sort of reading beyond any medical equipment.
Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks:
The sweeper cells, just like many other small organisms, can be killed with disinfectants or eaten by other cells, potentially altered by a virus, or eradicated in a manner that would kill other forms of life. A sweeper cell can explore living creatures, including humans, but it can only do so until the immune system develops a reistsance to them. Sweeper cells cannot pick up auditory or visual input, only shapes or feelings. This would allow him to "read" a book by feeling the imprint of the ink, but not allow him to know what it actually looks like. Thus far he has yet to discover the 'map' function, never thought to use it for a readout on living things, and is not even sure how he knows about things he touches.
