I say our little group gets their make over done and then continues on. Perhaps finding Poppy gathering, and since none of our characters know what the hell a little sister is, we try to help her and then BAM. Mr Bubbles to the rescue
JUMP EVERYONE. JUUUUUUUMP!
Kennedy waited and watched, as each of the others introduced themselves and greeted the newcomer. She stood silently for a moment, when Jeff handed her a med kit she placed it in her bag and nodded once to him as he whispered to her. It was expected, trust cannot be fully granted to a stranger. She knew Jeff and most likely the others would be keeping a very close eye on the man, and she would as well. Until he could prove himself, he was going to be under heavy surveillance.

Kenn looked to Daniel as he questioned Jonathan on the side effects of leaping through one of these dimensional portals, and she laughed lightly when the only response he got from the man was "Well... I seem to be okay." She wondered also what would come of this adventure, considering they were about to launch themselves into another world that seemed very different from their own. Looking around the tent, she was satisfied with the supplies they had on hand and the optimism from her team. With a cheeky expression, she smiled and announced "Alright boys, let's go."

Jonathan nodded and took in a deep breath. Kennedy watched with gleaming eyes as he mustered up his strength and produced a rather large tear. Looking through the hole, the underwater world could be seen in all its glory. A brightly glowing neon light spoke to them, "Welcome to Rapture." Kennedy was in awe yet again, but she gathered herself and looked back to her friends and comrades. "There it is," She looked back into the tear and closed her eyes. Get it together, Kenn... Inhaling a deep breath, she opened her eyes, and as she did, she stepped through the tear.

Landing with a slight stumble, she straightened up and looked around. It worked... it actually worked! She stood in a different city, a different time... Luckily they had entered the world in an unoccupied area, behind a wall in a large open court area. Looking ahead she could see out of a glass wall, a sea turtle passed by and behind it was the rest of the neon city. Kennedy kept her excitement contained as she waited for her party to join her on the floor of this new world.
Okay guys, since it looks like rocket won't be here for a couple weeks, I'm gonna say we are moving on to Rapture TODAY. I will get a post up that sends us into the beginnings of our journey underwater. And as much as I hate controlling other people's characters, we can't wait for 2 weeks haha. So get ready!
Kennedy looked at Leroy. He was right, they had known each other long enough that she should be able to trust him on this. She nodded and looked at the cop as he introduced himself. "Kennedy," she stuck her hand out to him in greeting before looking back to Leroy. "Okay, if you vouch for this man then I trust your judgement." Kennedy looked to Jonathan as he spoke, giving a slight laugh at his question. "It's the prettiest hell you'll ever be in." Sure, Columbia was beautiful at times. But that was all a cover for what was really going on in the floating city. Kennedy's gaze shifted back to Clarence, "Welcome aboard. Looks like you get your initiation quickly," she now addressed the whole group, "We've got a job to take care of guys. We should have everything we need already, but get any last minute supplies you need now. We need to leave as soon as possible, no time to waste here." If the situation was as bad as this Jonathan fellow was making it out to be, then every moment that was spent standing around was another moment of torture and hell for an innocent victim.
Too quiet in here o.o
The car drove down the road, transitioning scenery as the ride progressed. Kennedy kept her vision out the window, watching the world pass by. Her brain was working hard, deep in thought. Retracing all the moments of the last hour. The fight. The split. The hurt. Everything. It all passed by in a blur, though at the time it took an eternity. Kennedy's thoughts moved to her personal items that were left behind in the rush of things. So much for my car... and clothes... and everything else I own. Rick will probably throw it all in a pile and burn it... she sighed, wondering if there was any way to salvage her personal belongings. Maybe she would return to the manor herself, at night perhaps, to grab all of her things and drive away in her car.

Kennedy's thoughts were interrupted when the car pulled to a stop in front of an older looking house. Jaii had been resting on her shoulder during the drive, but he was now out of the car and attempting to walk around. Kennedy shook her head and shuffled out of the vehicle with the rest of the cramped group. It didn't take long for the ruckus to start again, and Kennedy wasn't able to do anything but stand there and watch as a few arguments took place in the yard of their supposed new home. After the tension had calmed once more, Vera turned to Kennedy and fellow pack member Kiara.

"Ah, yeah... sorry for the lack of formal introduction." She stuck her hand out for a brief shake, "I'm Kennedy." After the introduction, attention was turned back to Jaii, who seemed to be really out of it. As Vera spoke to Jaii, Kennedy took a couple steps forward. It was true, they were all here for a reason. Not only was it pack code that any wolf who challenges the alpha and wins shall become the new alpha, but Jaii had the true qualities of a leader. Kennedy could sense that, and she was sure the others could as well. She took this as an opportunity to speak up, "She's right Jaii. We're all here for a reason, we all followed you. This will be a better life for everyone, but in order for that to happen you need to quit being a stubborn ass and get some help." She offered a friendly smile, her eyes sincere.
The discussion was interrupted when in walked Leroy, as expected. Except he had a surprise in tow, the cop from earlier that they had all assaulted and roughed up. Kennedy's face fell blank as the man entered the tent with them. The light, casual conversation had ceased, and everyone had turned their attention to the intruder standing at the door. Kennedy raised an eyebrow in curiosity as she looked over the cop. He didn't look hostile... an air of nervousness surrounded him. He hadn't come in guns blazing, he had simply strolled in with a fellow member. A member he had tried to detain not a few hours earlier.

Placing her hands on her hips, she eyed Leroy. Each of the boys offered a comment towards the man, but Kennedy had not said a word. Instead, she stood analyzing until the room had gone silent. Leroy chimed in, surprisingly calm and smooth despite the situation which he and the others all knew was anything but. She tilted her head to the side before replying in a calm voice, "Well, I think we need a little explanation as to how this opportunity has presented itself." She nodded to Clarence, making clear eye contact. "What's keepin' you from arresting my friends and I? How do we know this isn't some kind of set up?" Kennedy was cautious. She wasn't about to make a quick decision and risk putting her family in a bad situation.

The Knights of Songbird were welcoming to all, but there were certain precautions that must be taken. To Kennedy, the situation was a tad peculiar. Sure, the man could be a great addition to the team. But were his intentions in favor of the others? She wasn't going to turn him down immediately, she merely required a good reason and a sense of trust before allowing him to remain even through the gathering. Kennedy let out a small breath and looked at both Leroy and Clarence. "Look, give me enough reason to let him stay. Give me something to go on here."
Working on a post now!

AND HOLY CRAP IT JUST MAKES ME EVEN MORE IMPATIENT
Leroy and Clarence had a heart to heart and we may have a new ally. But that's about it
