These are lyrics I heard a long time ago on some crazy independent radio station on the east coast USA. I have no idea who the artist is, so if you know, please share. A bit of a mystery, sure. But definitely in my top interesting lyrics on sheer creativity. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the song was called A Dog Named Dammit, (and no it's not that country/bluegrass/whatever song. It sounded like it was written by postmodern beatniks who were tripping on shrooms while being arrested by Andy Warhol) because it went like this:
I was stolen by a dog named Dammit!
A dog named Dammit took me...
From here to there and back again!
And he left me down by the sea...
(Repeat that MANY times)
(Maybe other lyrics, I can't remember)
We were no where by the sea!
We were no where by the sea!
We were only by a pool.
We were no where by the sea.
-WE WERE IN THE DESEEEEEEEEEEEERRRT!!!
