How about making it clear that the boomtown rats were created to STOP the MURDERER? Because all your saying is theboomtown rats are going to StoP the murderer, not that the group was MADE to stop themurderer!

Oh? Your thing never states they were formulated to combat the killer, it just says "we're the boomtown rats" as if it had already been established prior, not that the boomtown rats were made to combat the muders only that the boomtown rats were stepping up to the plate to fight the murderer....

Since thats the only lore we have on these "boomtown rats" sine your bio states the boomtown rats are about vigilantism!
Also im sorry for not including weaknesses or character flaws! But your application dosnt state weaknesses/flaws just stand ability and personality!
