Name: Creo Be'llis – Echani Jedi Knight
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 178
Creo has sharp features with gray eyes and pale skin and long white hair. He normally doesn't wear a shirt, but a heavy brown cloak over his body for the sake of decency. His body is lined with muscle, but can be described as slim rather than bulky.
Creo is defined by his unmatched sense of loyalty and sheer ruthlessness on the battlefield. He constantly thinks things through before attempting to take any actions that will impact those around him and is generally level-headed. Although he's taken time to control it, his anger will sometimes get the best of him - especially during combat. Outside of combat, he remains fairly light-hearted and doesn’t enjoy taking things, besides fighting, seriously. All-in-all he’s courteous to his friends and a terror in the field.
Extensive Echani Combat Training – Proficiency in Ataru & Shien – Basic Force Training – Heavy Knowledge in Biology of Sentient Organisms
Creo has mastered the technique of utilizing the Force to speed his movements and in turn, learned to read equally quick maneuvers.
Because of his Echani roots, Creo fights passionately – something frowned upon by the Jedi Order. In addition to that passion, his anger may explode if he’s set off, causing him to take actions he may regret in the future. Combining these flaws, it shows that he is somewhat susceptible to corruption from the Dark Side.
After being born on Eschan, the Echani Homeworld, it’s fairly obvious that Creo had been practicing Echani Martial Arts since childhood. Even though the Echani’s culture is based heavily on combat, the Be’llis family in particular had a natural affinity for it. Born the youngest of 5 children, Creo had generally been on the losing side of most of his sparring sessions with his siblings. At the young age, strength wasn’t – and still isn’t – his best suit. His exceptional speed eventually gave him the edge in most battles. As time passed, he found that he surpassed his siblings and some of his peers in the native martial arts, but he wouldn’t have much time to perfect it.
In the middle of a sparring match, Creo noticed a man, not exactly old, but not an adolescent, watching him with one of the “higher-ups” in their city. The man had taken note of his fighting skills compared to others his age. As it turned out, Creo was quite Force-sensitive. The man, obviously a Jedi, Creo speculated, seemed a little conflicted on asking him to join him back to the Jedi Academy. Creo had heard plenty of the Jedi and their light swords and magic powers. He knew, even at this young age, that his people frowned upon the usage of anything but your hands in battle, but curiosity had the best of him. His family was generally supportive of him, save the jealous siblings. So off he went.
Once at the Academy, Creo noticed he was a few years older than the ones in his “class”. However, he was astonished at the knowledge they had on the “Force” – the source of their “magic” powers. It was at this point that Creo’s thirst for knowledge began. He didn’t crave the “boring” things though. He wanted to further his combat prowess while learning the Jedi Way. As a young initiate, he learned the basics of the Force and the foundation of the Jedi’s teachings.
After a while, he grew older, 13 years old, to be exact.. Jedi Master Yeron Maug took the grateful Creo on as his Padawan. Creo recognized him as the man who had recruited him to the Academy and wondered if he’d intended to apprentice him since he’d first been there. During missions, he noticed how fluid and devastating his Master’s style of combat was. This was Creo’s introduction to Ataru, an aggressive lightsaber combat form. He also observed how his master acted during several tough situations. Eventually, Creo found himself acting very similarly to his master. The way he walked and talked with his friends in the Academy. It reflected what he’d been learning.
During missions his master had to take solo, Creo would be given assignments to study human anatomy and then sentient being anatomy. At first he’d hated the research, but he realized what he’d been learning. Most of his research had been done on the pressure points and weak spots in organisms. He was elated at his first break through. Once his assignments were finished, he read more on the other lightsaber forms and worked tirelessly in the training grounds to perfect the forms. Creo even made a conscious effort to incorporate Echani-style movements into his combat. It didn’t take long for Creo to be the best fighter among his friends.
As time went on, Padawan Creo eventually graduated into Jedi Knight Be’llis. After several missions by himself, Creo wanted to visit his homeworld once more. He’d had permission from the Council to take a leave for a while and he’d intended to use it well.
When Creo arrived back in his homeworld, he was welcomed with open arms. His siblings were eager to fight him as were his old friends. They were far more evenly matched this time around. He refused to use even the slightest of his newly learned force powers to bolster his speed, and he realized what he’d need to do. He had quite a bit of time on his hands, and with the help of his family, decided to stay to master his people’s martial arts. He’d made a compromise with the Jedi Council that he’d return to them whenever they needed, but preferred to spend his free time on Eschan.
However, he was called by the council to stay indefinitely. Something about a task force.
