Description:
Behemoth is a a Battleship sized highly-advanced machine of synthetic-organic making. It is truly a sentient Star ship. In terms of physical design, the Behemoth resembles a cuttlefish or squid, with a bulky semi-cylindrical body, a tapering plate over the rear and five tentacle-like arms extending from its front end. In addition to six jointed legs extending from its body. The rear-most of the larger legs have crescent-shaped extensions. Colossal in size, The behemoth is smaller than it's Reaper brethren which are known to range over 2 kilometers in length. The Behemoth is Only about 1.3 Kilometers in length. Causing confusion in on how it acquired it's name. Possibly it was considered a Behemoth many cycles ago when it was first created by the Harbinger. Possibly Being one of the first Capital Class Reapers.
Personality:
Behemoth shares similar personality with it's Brother Sovereign. Arrogant and disrespectful for all life. Although with recent time it has become more 'kind' in it's dealings with other Races. Still the Reaper flaunts his superiority. It seems to hold life more precious and not hold the idea of the 'Harvest' in High regard.
Weapons:
- Magnetohydrodynamic Cannon: This cannon is the strongest weapon the Behemoth holds, yet still weaker than a standard Reapers weapon. With a yield of 132 kilotons of TNT. There has not been a ship that is known to survive more than three direct hits from this weapons. Even then those ships were vastly larger than Behemoth. Each shot takes several minutes to be fired again.
- Tendril Cannons: As many as 40 of these weapons are spread around the Tentacle like appendages of Behemoth capable of shearing through most opposing vessels. Usually used as Point defense and Ground assault weapons. They fire a Red laser that fires in bursts until the targets have been destroyed.
- Oculus Drones: The Oculus is a fast-moving device used by the Reapers as a space and atmospheric superiority craft. Oculi possess powerful beam weapons, similar to other Reaper and Collector weaponry, and can invade an enemy ship by cutting into its hull after jettisoning part of its armor.
- Husk Garrison: Different types of Husks are carried by Behemoth and used as ground fighting force and boarding Starships. These synthetic-organic "zombies" created from the bodies of organic beings. Usually fighting the same race that was recently harvested.
