you also have to understand that the measures that you're referring to were actually being used to stop John from bullying the other students, and that while they may seem extreme that the actions are naturally going to be a bit more extreme than normal because we all have extraordinary abilities

I didn't mean to, and wasn't trying to play him as a bully at all, just....disillusioned maybe? being at a school like for a time that would make somebody somewhat cynical, but he's not a bully, or at least I don't think he is.

Eddy nodded politely as Valliere gave him a look to stay where he was, upon having the Contracts turned his way he began to scan them, they all looked fairly regulation, except for the privacy clauses, not that there was anything in there that the captain hadn't mentioned to him, it just occurred to Eddy that the large payment and secrecy rules in conjunction with each other might cause certain men to wonder what it was that the Averice either was intending to do, had on board, or was intending to have on board that was so secret. Eddy shrugged his shoulders and figured what would come would, and signed the contract. Breathing a sigh of relief as he did, he was finally getting away from this damned Island.
