Lowering her hand, she nodded. “No, though I’m surprised no one else in this park noticed someone crying on the ground.” From his answer, it seemed he wasn’t sure where they are.either. They’d have to talk to the locals then but then the girl that approached them, the one she had seen watching both her and Marco, made herself known.

Talking to the locals would have to wait then, though there has to be a chance that she knew where they were. ...or that would have been the case but from her answer, it seemed talking to the locals was the only way they could find out where they were. For now, introductions seemed to be in order though the girl seemed very nervous.

It’s quite alright. It seems we will need to talk to the locals if we want to figure out where we are.” In response to her asking if she got their names correctly, she nodded. “That’s right. My full name is Lunafreya but you can call me Luna if it makes it easier for you to say. It’s nice to meet you as well, Hameln.” Hameln’s comment about having never seen anything outside of her lair got the Oracle’s interest. “You have a lair, then?

If this was back in her world, the man’s appearance would’ve made her think he was an infected but considering that she doubted they’d put them all in this cage with someone who was on the verge of turning, that wasn’t it. Really he looked like he needed some food — and badly too, maybe some medicine as well since he looked sick, at least to her. As for the outbursts of violence coming from the others, she learned to ignore them since that was between them, focusing on the seven foot man in front of her.

Really glad he wasn’t infected, Tess definitely didn’t want to mess with a seven foot infected.

It was time to introduce each other and she had to be honest: she’d never heard of someone naming their kid All Might but who was she to question what Japanese people named their kid. “Tess.” Taking his hand, she shook it, not returning the smile. “And yeah, that’s right. I was in Boston before I ended up here. Though I doubt you’d wanna visit considering the whole infection.

Hearing that oh so familiar voice she remembered before the soldiers came into the capitol building, the woman turned and her hazel eyes immediately found the source, that being her partner. “Back at you, Texas.” Seeing that smile he was managing which she could tell considering him smiling was a rare sight but the kid next to him, a smile appearing on his face with her around was understandable. “I figured it’s better we at least make a friend or two here. Have an ally with us, all that.

Her head turned to Sarah who was with Joel. “And I see you’ve been doing some catching up. This her, then?

The reaction he had told her all she needed to know about the nature of their relationship even before he answered the question. He cared about her, truly. The way he was upset over Star not being there showed her that and she knew Noctis must be feeling the same way back on Eos if when the two talked in the dream world was any indication.

It made her really miss him… but she knew that he was capable enough to deal with the Starscourge, she fulfilled her duty after all. And he was the Chosen King, if anyone was more than capable enough of dealing with the plague and the daemons on their own, it was him.

I had a feeling it was love.” She gave him a nod and continued to hold out her hand to let him pull himself up from the ground. “It’s nice to meet you, Marco. Do you know where we are? It looks like no place I’m familiar with.

The person that was causing this boy pain was called Star, no doubt a girl if the name was any indication. Perhaps a sister or his love then? “A lovely name. I take it from how distraught you were that she’s very close to you then? Is she someone you love in the romantic sense then?” It was best that she asked that question sooner rather than later to avoid any confusion on the nature of their relationship.

With his crying seeming to have calmed down by now, she held out a hand to him to pull him up to his feet, giving him a soft yet friendly smile. “Oh, my apologies, I haven’t introduced myself and I didn't ask your name. My name is Lunafreya but if it’s easier for you, you can call me Luna. What’s your name?

The silver haired man had drawn his sword and from the looks of it, caused a little bit of harm to the other man before it disappeared, his focus turning towards her. “May I inform you that whatever the reason we were all brought here for, fighting amongst each other isn’t the smartest move? Whatever this Luthor man wants with us, it’s most likely going to involve working with each other if we want to get back home so I’d suggest you don’t cause a fight between you and your… acquaintance. Your fighting can be saved for when you return home.

Both her and Corvo knew as well as they did that whenever there was fighting amongst a group that was brought together like this, it usually wasn’t the best idea. And it even seemed like the other man, the one with the big sword, didn’t wish to be anywhere near him. Of course even if he wanted to be alone, Falcon chose to go over to him and hug him and also hugged the other man, acting as if he knew the two.

Sighing, she looked back at Corvo. “That was eventful. I would be lying if I said part of me both missed this and didn’t miss this.

Her hand pulled back a bit when she saw the young boy seize up, likely surprised that someone was there. He must have been too focused on whatever it was he was crying over that he didn’t notice her which was understandable, it was the same way for her when she lost her mother. Feeling a pair of eyes on them, she noticed there was a girl watching them, most likely not knowing what to say or do, but that wasn’t her concern right now.

Her concern lied with the crying boy in front of her.

From the sound of his words, he was missing someone who was very important to him. Maybe a sibling or someone he loved were the most likeliest of conclusions. But despite his reassurance that he was fine, it was clear by the sniffle and the sound of his voice that it was the opposite. “This someone must be very important to you. Who are they? If you don’t mind me asking and if you’re comfortable telling me, of course.

That smile grew a bit bigger when seeing Corvo take off his mask to reveal his face, seeing how aged it was. Even the heroes of the multiverse were prone to aging but then again, they were just human after all. “Seems like you’ve gotten older. Guess even if you’re getting old, being pulled into multiversal trouble doesn’t discriminate against age.

Ciri took a glance at everyone else, her gaze staying on the reunion between a father and a daughter a little bit longer than she looked at everyone else before looking back at Corvo, being reminded of Geralt. It hadn’t even been an hour and she already missed Geralt, Yen, and everyone else back home but at least this time there were people there that she knew. “It’s not like we can avoid being dragged into these situations. What do you make of everyone here? Aside from Falcon of course.

Looking back at everyone, she then saw the interaction a spiky blond haired man with a giant sword and another man, this one with long silver hair, were having. “Most of them look capable enough though it looks like those two know each other. And not on friendly terms it seems.

Farewell, dear Noctis.

As Oracle, she was to travel across Eos and talk to the gods, asking the Six to help the Chosen King, Noctis, with driving the Starscourge out of Eos. So far, it had been going well until Altissa. There she was to talk to Leviathan but she became angered and while her attempt to convince the goddess of the sea to test Noctis succeeded, the Chancellor of Niflheim showed his true colors to her.

The Oracle was dying fast due to the stab wound he had given her and with the Ring of Lucii not yet given to Noctis, she visited him in a dream world to give it. With all that she could do now finished, she could only fade away into the afterlife, giving Noctis her goodbyes.

But it seems the gods have other plans for her…

Regaining consciousness, Lunafreya found herself on a patch of grass, her vision starting to adjust to wherever she was now. Sitting up, she looked at where the stab wound was to be completely gone now, her white dress no longer having a patch of red on it. Looking around, she recognized the place she woke up in to be some sort of park though not one that she was familiar with which begged the question:

Where was she?

This certainly wasn’t Altissa and this looked nothing like her home so where exactly was she? And surprisingly for the Oracle, she didn’t feel any connection to the gods she was so used to for many years so it ruled Eos out of the places she could be. Standing up and brushing off her dress, she saw the Trident of the Oracle had been laying next to her which she wasted no time in picking up and holding it in her left hand. Before she could ask the locals where she was, her ears caught wind of someone crying and her blue eyes looked to the source to see a young boy on his knees, crying.

Making her way over to the boy, she placed her free hand on his shoulder, speaking with a British accent. “Are you alright?
