Victor sat staring at ingredients and sighing slightly, "I haven't been able to taste anything ever... How am I suppose to be able to cook something?" He scratched his head in thought. "We can go be our smell. Victor has a good sense of smell... just in case we forgot about that." His alternate personality said a calm and relaxing tone in its voice. Victor nodded, "Yeah, that's true. Okay going by smell it is." The boy started mixing ingredients together and after a while he had some blood red soup type concoction in a pot. In all honesty Victor didn't even know what he made let alone the ingredients he used, but one thing was for sure... It was probably one of the best smelling things he has ever smelt. With such a good sense of smell the boy was able to make even just the slightest hint of the fragrance of the concoction make anyone feel warm inside.

"We have an odd number so we will allow it this time. But we will not always do so." The teachers told him.

Victor sighed in relief, "Looks like it's you and me buddy." His other personality nodded, "Indeed it is."

Victor raised his hand, "Um... Is it at all possible to partner up with my alternate personality? I mean, I'm basically two people." He did not like the idea with dealing with the other class mates. The only one who ever talked to him first was Roxy... And obviously she was not one to work with others.

Victor stood up and walked to the next class. He let out a big sigh, today was not going how he expected.

Victor sat looking at Nate with his hand out for a hand shake as it seemed the new student didn't even look his way. He sighed, shrugged and turned around, walking to a corner of a hallway. He sat down gently tapping his leg and waited for the next class to start.

Roxy shrugged. "It is safer to be alone. I prefer it." She told him simply. She glared at Victor when he included her in his plans to look after Nate. "His name is Nate. And you are welcome to him." She stepped back into the shadows heading towards the classroom.

"You are not the first nor are you likely to be the last to become frustrated with us." The teachers said. "You must learn balance. You can not depend on your power because you might not always have it."

Victor sighed sadly at Roxy's glare, "Good going Victor..." He ran a hand across his face as he nodded at the teachers in acknowledgement, "I'll try to remember that." The boy walked up to Nate and reached out his hand for a hand shake, "Hey, sorry for not finding out your name... Mine's Victor by the way."

"We have a new arrival." The teachers explained. "Roxy found him outside. I would suggest taking him to the lunch room. If he did run all the way from California then he is going to be starving."

Victor looked at the newcomer with surprise, "Damn, that's a far distance." He turned his attention to Roxy, "Come on, I guess you and I are going to look after what's his face for now." The boy looked at the teachers and nodded, "Oh and sorry for snapping at you in the Gym..."

Victor sat up and sighed, he felt bad that he snapped at the teachers. "You think I should say something to them?" The boy asked, "The teachers I mean. I did treat them unfairly." His alternate personality nodded, "If it weighs so heavy in our heart, then yes." Victor ran a hand across his face and stood up, searching the area for the teachers. After some searching he finally found them, but he also found Roxy and another new kid who seemed to have been through some rough times. The boy stood there with a questioning look, "What happened here?"

.Jayden went to the cafeteria and saw Victor. He apologized, he did not want to make him fell uncomfortable

Victor sighed, "Don't worry about it." He didn't look at Jayden or make a gesture towards him, he was still sulking over the fact that he was the worst one out of everyone during the obstical course and even his alternate personality wasn't helping him at all.

Victor sighed in relief, he could finally go back to being a nobody that sat in the corner of the room. He slowly walked to the cafeteria and sat down at a table far from everyone, "Why are we in such a rotten mood?" His alternate personality piped in after a few minutes of silence. "Oh don't pretend you weren't there for that terrible performance... I mean, we do share the same body." The boy replied with a sigh of disappointment. "Victor speaks the truth, but we know better than to just make a scene." Victor slowly placed his head on the table, "Yeah, I guess you're right."
