@RhineQueen Well that means everyone here is new(er) you've been here for 4 days, @bluetommy2 is new, and I've here for 100 days but only been in 1 RP so we're all Newbs for the most part.
@RhineQueenOkay, because at the moment this is my first "Nation RP" so if I seem odd/inexperienced at times that's why. I've been in normal RPs before, but this is my first NRP.

Nation Name: The Confederate Empire of America.
National Flag:
Location: Southern United States.
Land Owned: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, North & South Carolina, Tennessee, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
Population: 30 Million.
Language Spoken: English.
National History: Created by a small tribe of men who came across an old memorial to the Confederate Rebels of the old world, these men have organized the areas that used to be states and have created The Confederate Empire of America, with an army of over 100,000 and quite a few pre-war guns they plan to soon expand their confederate empire into the northern U.S. and Mexico.
Leader: Confederate President, The Honorable Coleman A. Osburn.
Describe the Govt.: Although it says Confederate it is far from as most men and women don't know different types of government. It works very similar to the Federal government of the U.S.The states also have more power in government. The presidency is also different. Once a man is elected, he stays in there for life, but can be impeached or leave. Once he dies a new election is held. Also there is no electoral college, instead they tally votes from the voters. The citizens are given extensive amounts of rights and there aren't many federal type establishments or programs such as a central court.
Technological Overview: They are moderate, and due winds and rivers have managed to get some power from wind turbines and hydroelectric power sources previously set up there. Their weapons are mid 2000's style military at best, while many men have to fight with very old weapons, some even have to be cavalry. Only the richest of society can afford the few working cars that are available.
Cultural Overview: Much of the land is un-populated. Land that is though will either be ruins of a city that are being reconstructed (To the best of their ability) while the rest of the land is either desert or farmland where 90% of their foods are grown or raised. Due to the higher number of farms, and not a large calling for education they are not the brightest of people ion the world, though they still function. Since they are in very barren lands though they come across many deadly radiated creatures that they must fight off so just about everyone owns a gun and is shown how to shoot from birth.
Military Description: The military is 5,000,000 strong with 2 Battleships they managed to find unharmed, a few small motorboats and water taxis fitted with MG's for transport, a whopping 1000 Military land vehicles, 350 of which are tanks making up their armored division. They also have 12 helicopters and only 5 people who knows how to fly them. They have 12 bombers, 13 fighter jets, and 11 Troop Transports. They also have began taming the wild creatures from the barren wastes to use in warfare. Also, instead of having one central Military, each state has it's own military that it will combine into the Confederate Army, with most state armies staying together.

Welcome to the new beginnings of Humanity!
Story:
In 2052 the world was erased and started fresh by a Nuclear war between the super powers of the time, and very few people remained. After years of re-population the human numbers have grown to 2 billion and now wish to set up Nations as if it were, as they say, the "old World". Some look to the past to make their empires, others create their own by will of the people, but either way nations arise from the ashes of old. However these new nations must deal with new problems. Not only must they deal with other nations and men, but their own citizens, radiation from the Nuclear wars, creatures created from the radiation, and much more. Be warned, running a country is not for the faint of heart for you just deal with all this and much, much more. If you are ready, though, step forward for your people and make history!
Rules:
1.) If land is already claimed in CS, you can't claim it so please don't try. You want it, PM them and ask about it don't fight in OOC for it...
2.) Going along with the previous rule don't invade a land and say you murder their whole army so you get their land.
3.) I will allow some of what is "Offensive" as long as it is realistic to your society. You could be a Neo-Nazi nation and that'd be fine just don't purposely act offensively toward people...
4.) The world still has a small population so please don't have massive armies, and try to keep things proportionate to your country.
5.) Please don't claim excessive amounts of land, like half of Europe and all of Asia, that's stupid.
6.) This is cheesy, but have fun! This is meant to simulate your dream nation in a new world where you don't have to worry about a U.N., social structure, or anything like that! Just have fun and be creative.
