That's worse than death in my character's and my book. If I wrote books. Rather die XD And my character can swing a sword... Who needs complex more powerful weapons... :3 One sec I need to clean up the envy and jealousy I spilled everywhere.

I'm gonna assume the energy can be focused on one person. Almost like when you put a bowl full of food in a microwave and take it out. Only the bowl was targeted because you need a new microwave... Or other way around.

Edit: I actually never had him drop the explosives, if blasted they'll probably go off and kill some civilians if the beam itself doesn't. Could be worth it XD

:3 He isn't even bad yet, he isnt using his spirit blade thingy, only one of the two normal weapons he carries around. Consider what he is doing now bad then wait till he go "mlg" pro or whatever. Well, you can attempt to nuke him. He'd die certainly if it hit him, he is only realy mortal, not sure if the pillar of light that strikes people down can strike him anywhere on earth or something.

"Because killing people isn't nice, especially if he could just disable them. What a bad person." -ERode 2014 before pondering killing Grimm.

Powers: Can summon the dead, become invisible, make riches sprout from the ground. Has somekind of control of his dog Cerberus. In addition, all the powers a god would have,

Personality: Keeps to himself most of the time, introverted but still managing a flamboyant personality. An eccentric being. He is very vengeful, gloomy character. Often times looking on the bad side of things. Average-Intelligence. Somewhat stubborn, if he believes something or has an opinion, he tends to stick to it. He is rather laid back, but when interested in winning or when in a competitive situation he can become rather serious.
